Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) by Suharmisi Arikunto, (2018) which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 11 students in grade I SD Inpres Bere-bere. There were 11 students consisting of 7 female students and 4 male students. Data collection techniques used tests, observation and documentation. In cycle I learning outcomes, the number of successful students was 4 students (36%) out of a total of 11 students (100%). Meanwhile, 7 students (63%) were not successful. With these results so that researchers conducted research into cycle II, in cycle II there was a significant increase, namely students who managed to become 9 students (81%). The improvement of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 45%. The results of this study are due to the use of pictorial word inductive methods that have been effective by the teacher. So that the researcher can conclude that the use of the pictorial word inductive method can improve the learning outcomes of grade I students at SD Inpres Bere-bere Kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student achievement through parental guidance at home. The population in this study were all students of class V MIS Hi. Achmad Syukur Daruba, totaling 30 students. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students or the entire population. This study uses a percentage quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis in this study used the presentation formula and the presentation interval scale. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that, this study is in the "medium" category because of the 10 tables of data analysis results 4 tables fall into the "medium" category, while the "very low" category does not exist, the "low" category 1 table / question, category "Enough" 1 question / table, category "high" there are 2 questions / table, and "very high" 1 question/ table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning methods and students' intrapersonal intelligence on science learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative experimental research method with a research design using ANOVA Two Paths with Treatment by level 2 × 2. The population in this study was class IX students of SMP N 9 Morotai Island with a sample of 16 students in class IX-1 and class IX-2 students, totaling 16 people. The results of this study indicate (1) there are significant differences in science learning outcomes between students who are taught using experimental learning methods and students who are taught using demonstration learning methods (2) there is an interaction between the use of learning methods and intrapersonal intelligence on science learning outcomes (3 ) there is a significant difference in science learning outcomes between students who are taught using the Experimental learning method with an average score of 91.71 and students who are taught using the demonstration learning method with an average score of 78.39 especially for students who have high intrapersonal intelligence. (4) there is a significant difference in science learning outcomes between students who are taught using the Experimental learning method with an average score of 85.30 and students who are taught using the demonstration learning method with an average value of 73.84 specifically for students who have intelligence.low intrapersonal.

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative research which aims to determine the use of thematic learning methods for slow learners at MIS HI Achmad Syukur Daruba, South Morotai District. The research was conducted from February 2022 to March 2022. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with MIS Hi teachers. Achmad Syukur Daruba, South Morotai District, while secondary data was obtained through data that had been processed from other parties, namely with documents from the evaluation of students who experienced sloe learners. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data presentation in the form of brief descriptions found during the research, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that the number of students at MIS Hi Achmad Gratitude Daruba, South Morotai District, totaled 214 students, while overall students for Slow Learners MIS Hi Achmad Syukur Daruba, Morotai Selatan District, totaled 52 people where the most students were in class IV with a total of 12 students, while for the total Slow Learners students are at least in class V with a total of 4 students. While in total the Slow Learners were dominated by male students with a total of 29 students, while there were 23 female students. The highest percentage of slow leraners is in class IV with a total of 12 students, followed by class II and class III with a total of 10 students each, in class VI there are 9 students, class I with a total of 7 students and for the percentage the lowest number of slow learners is in class V, which is 4 students. Based on the explanations from the respondents, the researcher can draw the conclusion that Slow Learners students have retarded understanding of each subject given by the teacher, causing the grades obtained by students to be unsatisfactory.

Abstract

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were grade 1 students of SD Negeri 1 Sofifi, totaling 36 students, consisting of 19 female students and 17 male students. Data collection techniques using tests, observation, and documentation. From the results of the evaluation in cycle I, out of a total of 36 students, 13 students (37%) finished studying while 23 students (64%) had not finished studying so that in cycle I the research did not get maximum results, so researchers continued to cycle II research. In the second cycle of research, student learning outcomes increased, from a total of 36 students, the success rate became 33 students with a percentage of 91.66% while those who were not successful were 3 students with a percentage of 13.63%. So it can be concluded that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 55.55%.

Abstract

Disiplin siswa merupakan suatu bentuk perilaku patuh dan taat siswa terhadap peraturan yang berlaku. Kenyataan yang terjadi pada lingkungan sekolah, anak kurang disiplin dan kurang memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, tidak membuat pekerjaan rumah, mencoret coret bangku, kurang hormat pada guru. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk budaya disiplin siswa di SD Inpres Daeo.(2) Untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dan guru dalam meningkatkan budaya disiplin siswa di SD Inpres Daeo.(3) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan budaya disiplin siswa di SD Inpres Daeo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif (Studi Kasus). Informan kunci yakni dari pihak Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan Tenaga Pendidik dan Siswa yang ada di SD Inpres Daeo, dan subjek penelitian adalah keseluruhan siswa mulai dari kelas I sampai kelas VI yang ada di SD Inpres Deao. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan mereduksi data, menyajikan data,menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu, (1) betuk-bentuk disiplin Kerja Sama siswa di SD Inpres Daeo yaitu aspek disiplin waktu, aspek disiplin sikap dan aspek disiplin menegakkan aturan, (2) peran kepala sekolah dan guru dalam peningkatan disiplin Kerja Sama siswa di SD Inpres Daeo, adalah memberikan teladan yang baik, memberikan pembiasaan, mengajak siswa untuk selalu berkomunikasi, mengadakan pelatihan dan pemberian hadiah dan hukuman, (3) faktor pendukung dalam peningkatan disiplin Kerja Sama siswa di SD Inpres Daeo adalah adanya komunikasi yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua, sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah adanya siswa yang masih bermalas-malasan dan kurang tanggung jawab. Kata kunci: Disiplin, Kerja Sama
