Abstract

This article discusses the cultivation of values that must be done by a nursemaid to the child she takes care of. There are two types of mothering models; one which is done by the mother herself at home and the other one that is conducted by a mothering assistant. The mothering model that uses an assistant can be done either by sending the child to a childcare institution or by hiring the assistant to work at home. Both the models are evaluated using family communication pattern in child mothering program. The method used in this writing is descriptive method with the secondary data taken from a library research.

Abstract

This research purpose that the family communications pattern analysis, function of socialization of family, form of communication happened at family who live in setlement and countrified in Bekasi City. Besides, also to know development of child of the the family. Method which in using in this research is descriptive method uses descriptive survey design, data analysis Statistik by using anova, wilcoxon and Rank Spearmen analysis. Result of research indicates that communications pattern to family in setlement is more usingly is combination pattern between patterns laisez-faire, protektif, pluralistic, and konsensual. Its use in corresponding to various conditions and situation when mothering. Function of active socialization, passive and radical in using in combination by family who live in setlement and countrified. In mother tongue usage ( area), both types of the family applies for inuring and recognition to child of child of they.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to: 1) analyze the form of student creativity in SMP Negeri 19 Bekasi in academic year 2009/2010. 2) analyze the influence of family communication on student creativity in SMP Negeri 19 Bekasi in academic year 2009/2010? 3) find factors affecting student creativity in SMP Negeri 19 Bekasi in academic year 2009/2010. Sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling method produces 62 samples. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, the percentage also use the regression test of inferential statistics, normality tests. The results showed that 1) the intensity communication of the student family who study in SMP Negeri 19 Bekasi in academic year 2009/2010 includes both categories with the percentage of 64.47%. 2) Student creativity in SMP Negeri 19 Bekasi in academic year 2009/2010 is categorized by percentage 62.29%. 3) There is a positive influence on the intensity of family communication creativity in SMPN 19 Bekasi in academic year 2009/2010. The amount of influence on the intensity of the family communication creativity lessons learning student of the academic year 2005/2006 amounted to 42.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe patterns of family communication in child development. Design research is a descriptive survey using a statistical test of causality by Structural Equation Model (SEM) using LISREL and SPSS version 16 for conform and look at the model equation. The results showed that (1) Effect of verbal language, intonation, tone of the physical development of children is 0.210 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.790. Effect of verbal language, intonation, tone of emotional development of children is 0.329 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.671. Effect of verbal language, intonation, tone of the child's cognitive development is 0.138 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.862. Effect of verbal language, intonation, tone of the psychosocial development of children is 0.0955 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.905. (2) Effect of nonverbal communication facial expressions, proximity, and hectic kinesics against physical development of children is 0.136 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.864. Effect of facial nonverbal communication, proximity, hectic and kinesics to the development of the child's emotions is 0.240 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.760. Effect of nonverbal communication facial expressions, proximity, hectic and kinesics of cognitive development of children is 0.130 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.870. Effect of nonverbal communication facial expressions, proximity, hectic and kinesics of the psychosocial development of children is 0.0977 and the other is the influence of other variables (errorvar) of 0.902.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the use of patterns and forms of communication will be undertaken in the application of the function and role of the family. The research method uses descriptive correlational survey. Analyzed using the chi square (X ²) with inferential statistics, frequencies and percentages. Results showed that families of migrants who come from ethnic Malay, Batak, Nias, Minang, Palembang, Madurese, Bugis, Papua states that laissez-faire communication patterns include frequent and very often done by both types of families both families. Protective communication patterns are also included in the category often and very often done in communicating to both families both newcomers and families families resident natives. Pluralistic communication communication patterns fall into this category and included've often done in the family. Communication pattern is consensual communication patterns that include frequent and very often used in both types of families. Use of Communication patterns of laissez-faire, protective, pluralistic and consensual on the application of religious function, social function of culture, charity functions, protection functions, the function of reproduction, socialization function of education, economic functions, and environmental functions of all the family considers important and even essential

Abstract

This research explains that family communications pattern, function of socialization, form of communication happened in family who live in setlement and family who live in countrified. Method which in using in this research is descriptive survey method and data in analysis applies Chi square (X²) statistical with program SPSS version 1600. Result of research indicates that family who live in setlement and family who live in more countrified tends to mengunakan family communications pattern Laissez-faire which in combination with family communications pattern pluralistik, pattern pluralistik in combination with pattern konsensual. Function of socialization at family who live in setlement is more usingly is active socialization and family who live in countrified more usingly is passive socialization. Form of communication verbal is more in using in countrified while family who live in setlement is more usingly is form of communication verbal and nonverbal.

Abstract

CSR adalah komitmen bisnis untuk berperilaku etis, beroperasi secara legal dan berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas hidup karyawan dan keluarganya, serta masyarakat lokal dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Salah satu bentuk implementasi kegiatan CSR telah dilaksanakan oleh The Body Shop di Indonesia dengan CSR Program Bring Back Our Bottle yang mengajak pelanggan mengembalikan kemasan kosong ke gerai The Body Shop Indonesia. Hal ini sekaligus menjadi langkah lanjutan dari The Body Shop di Indonesia untuk mewujudkan perusahaan yang aman lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan public relations dan evaluasi program corporate social responsibility bring back our bottle the body shop. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Two-Way Symmetric, konsep Manajemen dan Public Relations. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah The Body Shop mampu menjalankan program-program CSR-nya dengan baik dan menganggumkan. Adapun kegiatan CSR pada The Body Shop Program Lingkungan The Body Shop Indonesia adalah Bring Back Our Bottle. CSR merupakan tanggung jawab sosial dari perusahaan pada dasarnya memiliki konsep dengan visi yang sama yang untuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research to explain that women in Bekasi have low motivation in looking at politics and political execution which occurred in 2004 and 2009 elections. The method of writing using descriptive method by using quantitative data and research results. Analysis of data using Chi- square test (X 3). Results showed that women's political motivation in the City of Bekasi is still included in the low category, due to access a wide open yet. Not a real motivational factors associated with women's political participation, political access of women, and female representation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telekomunikasi membawa perubahan terhadap pola-pola pemasaran. Dalam banyak diskusi, sejumlah ahli komunikasi pemasaran berargumnetasi bahwa perusahan-perusahan perlu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi agar dapat menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas. Kehadiran media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membangun dan mengelola merek, meningkatkan dan mempertahankan loyalitas merek, juga manajemen hubungan pelanggan dengan biaya yang lebih ringan. Sayangnya, di era yang semakin terbuka ini tidak menjadikan informasi mengenai strategi pemasaran perusahaan-perusahaan besar semakin mudah diakses. Hal ini tentu didasari karena setiap perusahaan besar saling berlomba merancang strategi pemasaran yang paling efektif dan efisien untuk dapat mendominasi dan memonopoli pasar. Sebagai maskapai yang diklaim mengalami perkembangan paling pesat di dunia, strategi pemasaran terpadu Qatar Airways menjadi penting untuk dikaji. Hasil observasi diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran untuk memperkaya khasanah berpikir disiplin ilmu komunikasi, melalui pengaplikasian teori-teori komunikasi pemasaran khususnya untuk menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas di era digital saat ini. Dari hasil pengamatan yang penulis lakukan, diketahui bahwa Qatar Airways telah menginovasi lima konsep pemasarannya dengan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan melalui media baru. Namun demikian, ada beberapa aspek yang terlewatkan dan/ tidak terimplementasi dengan konkrit dalam produk dan/ materi publikasi yang dikeluarkan dan diproduksi oleh manajemen Qatar Airways.
