Nowadays social media has become an effective marketing for communicating interactively with consumers. Even social media has an important role in integrated marketing communication (IMC). This study wants to know the implementation of social media and the benefits of social media to the development of UKM TARAJUNIK (Unique Knitting Bag). Some of the most tangible benefits of using social media are 1) as personal contact with consumers, 2) as a product gallery, 3) as a promotional media, and 4) as a basis for business decision making. In addition to these benefits, several other perceived benefits are conveying responses to consumers, customer surveys, online discussion forums, data collection on consumer needs, and others. Keywords: Social Media; Marketing; SMEs.

The objective of this study was to examine the influence of financial technology (FinTech) on Islamic banking from the aspects of benefit, opportunity, cost and risk (BOCR). The research data were obtained through in-depth interviews and questionnaires from respondents which consisted of experts from academia, FinTech practicioners, Islamic banking practitioners and financial services authorities who were chosen by purposive sampling. The data analysis method of this research was Analytical Network Process (ANP) with the BOCR network structure approach. The results show that based on the priority aspects of the respondents' answers, rapid development of the FinTech industry provides positive opportunities for Islamic banking to implement strategic cooperation with the FinTech industry as a customer-oriented integral part.

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research examined the synergy of transformational and servant leadership character, which was suitable for Islamic boarding schools' perspective as an Islamic typology. Background Problems: The study of transformational and servant leadership has only focused on the business sector from a western perspective, which tends to be productivity-oriented. Meanwhile, the spirit of the two leadership characters is on morals and human, which have never been reviewed in empirical studies, especially in the perspective of Islam and in the context of Islamic boarding schools. Novelty: The synergy of transformational and servant leadership formed a new model which was inclusive perspective leadership of Islamic boarding school. Research Methods: This research used single case study approach with an exploratory descriptive design. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews with several informants who were selected purposively and through snowball sampling. The data were analyzed by using interactive models. Finding/Results: The results showed that the conformity of transformational and servant leadership could be implemented in the leadership in Islamic boarding schools. The leader of the Islamic boarding school can be a transformational leader as well as a serving leader. Islamic boarding school as an organization has a mission of change in the context of transformational leadership with modes of serving in the context of servant leadership. The synergy of these characters could potentially be an inclusive leadership model. Conclusion: The two models of leadership must be used simultaneously in leadership in Islamic boarding schools. The resulting combination will manifest the message of the mercy of Islamic leadership.

Beragam potensi desa bisa dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kondisi ekonomi masayarakat desa. Salah satu potensi yang bisa dikembangkan adalah aspek pariwisata. Pengembangan desa wisata membutuhkan banyak dukungan dari berbagai sektor desa. Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas merupakan wisata yang terletak di Desa Palaan, Kecamatan Ngajum, Kabupaten Malang. Dalam pengembangannya Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas membutuhkan kegiatan promosi untuk mengenalkan potensi wisata kepada calon wisatawan. KKN-T Kelompok 6 UNIRA Malang melaksanakan program untuk mengenalkan potensi Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas melalui program event marketing dan digital marketing. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kampung Nanas dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Palaan.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the role of organizational commitment in mediating influence between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on OCB of teachers of Islamic boarding high schoolin Tulungagung. This study useda census method by distributing questionnaire to the entire population of 150 teachers. Data was analyzed using a partial least square approach. The results showed that the perceived organizational support does not significantly affect OCB,job satisfaction affects OCB, perceived organizational support affects organizational commitmet, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, organizational commitment affects OCB, perceived organizational support affects OCB through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affects OCB through organizational commitment.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengelola Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas. Masalah tersebut adalah tidak adanya dokumen SOP berbagai kegiatan. Secara spesifik tujuan yang hendak dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menyusun dokumen SOP Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah dokumen SOP Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas yang dibagi ke dalam empat bidang, yakni: (1) SOP Bidang Kesekretariatan, Kepegawaian dan Umum, (2) SOP Bidang Tata Kelola Wisata, (3) SOP Bidang Keuangan, (4) SOP Bidang Promosi Wisata. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi pihak pengelola Wisata Edukasi Kampung Nanas dalam menjalankan tugasnya.

This study analyzes the effect of ethical leadership, compensation, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research is quantitative with a sample of 42 employees through the census method. The multiple linear regression analysis showed several results. First, ethical leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Second, compensation has a significant impact on employee performance. Third, organizational culture has a significant negative impact on employee performance. Although the results contradict previous studies, ethical leadership, compensation, and organizational culture still have an essential role in achieving employee performance. The results provide positive implications for improving employee performance through applying for compensation and work culture. However, the implementation of work culture needs to be accompanied by other variables such as good corporate governance.

This study analyzes the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance of the administrators of the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Malang, East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires distributed to 33 boarding school administrators. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership significantly affects the performance of the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School administrators. However, work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of the management. The results of this study provide positive implications for the leadership of Islamic boarding schools in improving the performance of the management through the implementation of transformational leadership values such as charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and attention to individuals.
