Abstract

Al amin (2015). Analisis Pengaruh Usia Perusahaan Total Aset Dan Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Studi Kasus Di BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena semakin maraknya bermunculan BMT (Baitu Maal Wa Tanwil) di Yogyakarta tentu akan berdampak pada persaingan yang sangat ketat dalam memikat masyarakat untuk bermitra dan menjadi nasabahnya. Ini akan menjadi suatu ancaman bagi BMT Beringharjo dalam bersaing menjadi yang terbaik. Walaupun demikian, BMT Beringharjo sudah cukup lama berdiri dan melayani masyarakat dalam dunia BMT. Dengan adanya keunggulan BMT Beringharjo dalam usia, aset dan citra perusahaan tentu ini menjadi sebuah keuntungan bagi BMT Beringharjo untuk tetap eksis dan menjadi yyang terbaik dan terdepan dibandingkan dengan BMT lainnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, aset dan citra perusahaan BMT Beringharjo terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan Random Sampling.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukan variabel independen usia perusahaan (X1) dan total aset (X2) terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas nasabah (Y), sedangkan variabel independen citra perusahaan (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas nasabahkemudian pada uji F untuk loyalitas nasabah BMT Beringharjo adalah sebesar0,000. Hasil uji tersebut berada dibawah nilai alpha 0,05, kemudian nilai F hitung sebesar 12,607 sedangkan nilai F tabel  sebesar 1,66023 (F hitung> F tabel) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat  pengaruh signifikan  secara simultan antara variabelindependen  (  usia  perusahaan,  total  aset  dan  citra  perusahaan)  terhadap  loyalitas  nasabah BMT Beringharjo Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The study of Islamic insurance and maqasid sharia in this research writing uses a philosophical approach known as analyzing insurance issues using the maqasid sharia approach. The analysis was carried out by descriptive analytical analysis. The author describes the main theme and then analyzes it from maqasid sharia point of view. Induction analysis patterns are carried out to analyze general data before they are identified and concluded in a general conclusion; namely the philosophy of insurance and maqasid sharia. On the other hand, deduction approach is used when the concept of maqasid sharia which is the conclusion of the nash argument is sought for its relevance to be applied in the insurance.Maqasid Shari'a in human life is seeking or getting maslahah (benefit). There are five aspects that must be protected which are known as al-kuliyyah al-khams; religion, soul, mind, descendants and property. On the field, the protection of maqasid sharia against al-kuliyyah al-khams can be done from two sides; the manifestation side (ijabiyah) and the prevention side (salbiyah). Insurance coverage in accordance with maqasid sharia is hifdzu din (protecting religion), hifdzu nafs (protecting life), hifdzu 'aql (protecting the mind), hifdzu nasl (protecting descendants) and hifdzu mal (protecting property).The results of this study indicate that Islamic insurance and maqasid sharia have the same goal in the stipulation of maqasid sharia or at least participate in realizing the benefits of human life.Keyword; insurance, maqasid, sharia.

Abstract

Abstract Murningsih. 2009. "Analysis of Factors Affect the Demand of Financing Mudharabah at BMT Hidayah Umat Yogyakarta in 2013”. A Thesis. Yogyakarta: School of Theology Alma Ata. KJKS BMT is an institution that serves as a financial intermediary institution. KJKS BMT distributes third party funds to the people. Among of them are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. The background of this research is that sharia, service, product, and promotion are the factors to be considered by the people to apply for funding to BMT Hidayah Ummat. This study was conducted to determine the influence of sharia, services, products, and promotions on the demand of financing mudharabah at BMT Hidayah Ummah. Type of research is a field research with documentation of data collecting methods, because the data in this study is a secondary data. Where as this data obtained from customers data is filled directly. Analysis tool of this research is multiple linear regression tests that use the classicallinear regression tests and statistical tests. The resultof t-test analysis shows that each of the independent variables significantly affects the demand of financing in BMT Hidayah Umat Yogyakarta. In the F test shows that the sharia independent variables influences significantly, while theservice, product, and promotionare not influencing significantly for the demand of financing mudharabah. The determinants coefficient (R²) of 0.729, which means that the demand for financing mudharabah in BMT Hidayah Umat can be explained by the independent variables was 72.9%. The remaining of 27.1% is influenced by other variables out side this research. Keyword: Financing Mudharabah, BMT.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled "Eksplorative Study of Productivity Level by Marketing Agent of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java". PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java is a company engaged in life insurance services. This study aims to determine the level of productivity and the factors that support the productivity of marketers such as recruitment/selection, training, job satisfaction and leadership. The results showed that all factors such as recruitment/selection, training, job satisfaction and leadership could support the success of the company with a good level of productivity. This is proved by increased of sales policy in every year. PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java do marketing agent recruitment with the involvement of psychologists to get individual characters such enormous interest to sell, talent, intelligence, broad knowledge and ways of communication to others, never give up, persevere and have the character of leaders . Then held training from PAMO, PAG, PAS and the PUM with materials that support the sale of policies and materials on familiar characters on the leader himself. Job satisfaction also appears to marketers when a close relationship between the leader and marketer, as well as between fellow marketers, besides giving provision which consistent with productivity at work. Leadership done by PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bumi Asih Jaya District Demangan Branch Central Java has been very good where marketers provide an appreciation of his leadership and zeal in work. Advised to the company to keep using the recruitment/selection, training, job satisfaction and leadership that already exists to further improve the productivity of marketing agents. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan program kampung UKM digital pada Sanggar Batik Kayu Krebet Sendangsari Pajangan Bantul yang mendapatkan program kampung UKM digital dari Pemerintah Daerah Bantul. Sanggar Batik Kayu di dusun Krebet yang mendapatkan program kampung UKM digital sebanyak 5 sanggar. Omzet penjualan yang dipakai adalah omzet yang didapatkan melalui pemasaran konvensional dan online melalui; Facebook, Instagram, Website, Blanja.com, dan Qlapa.Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data campuran. Data diperoleh dari 5 Sanggar Batik Kayu Krebet yang mendapatkan hibah program kampung UKM digital. Metode analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji paired sample t test dan uji wilxocon signed rank test.Hasil penelitian yang di dapat dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fasilitas program kampung UKM digital dengan uji paired sample t test, adapun hasil uji taraf sig-2 tailed 0,36. Sedangkan hasil uji dengan wilxocon signed rank test mempunyai taraf nilai Z sebesar -2,023, dengan signifikansi 2- tailed sebesar 0,043. Artinya nilai signifikansi 0,043 < 0,05, maka Hο ditolak atau ada perbedaan omzet penjualan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fasilitas program kampung UKM digital.

Abstract

Abstract KJKS BMT is an institution that serves as an intermediary (Intermediary Institution) fi nancial, KJKS BMT third -party funds to the public. Among them are mudharabah and Musharaka. The background of this research is that the prospects of the business, customer performance, and the ability to pay is a factor that is used to measure the effectiveness of customer revenue Artha Barokah BMT. This study was conducted to determine whether the business prospect, customer performance, and the ability to pay affect the revenues of the BMT Artha Barokah customers. Type of research is a fi eld (fi eld reserch) with documentation of data collection methods, because the data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the customer data is fi lled directly. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression testing using classical linear regression aberration test and statistical tests . Results of t test analysis showed that each of the independent variables signifi cantly affect the revenues of customers in BMT Artha Yogyakarta blessing . In the F test shows that the performance of the independent variables and the ability of customers to pay a signifi cant effect while the prospects do not signifi cantly infl uence customers’ budget revenues. The determinansi coeffi cient ( R ² ) of 0.440 , which means that the budget revenue on customer BMT Artha Barokah able to be explained by the independent variables was 44.0 % and the remaining 56.0 % is infl uenced by other variables outside the model of this study Keywords: BMT, Financing Quality, The Effectiveness of Income

Abstract

Based on research finding, in fact, the influencing factors on mudharabah Financing demand of vegetable traders are not influenced by business coaching, nor agreement that appropriate with syari’ah principle, vegetable traders, and BMT customer asked for Financing. Market society and market management do not understand about syari’ah Financing using profit sharing principle. No collateral is a dominant factor in influencing mudharabah Financing demand of vegetable traders at Giwangan Traditional Market. Islamic levels of BMT customers do not also influence mudharabah Financing demand. This is because a lot of mistrust from market community to BMT using profit sharing and the existence of Giwangan Market is unregistered as a legal financing institution at the market management. The profit sharing method still holds bank interest system; it can be seen at the amount of money that should be paid by BMT customers in the early agreement. The use of bank interest system is very contrary to Islamic principles and the vision, mission and goals of BMT.Keywords: Financing, Mudharabah, BMT, Market.

Abstract

Based on research finding, santris’ perspective toward market as the main role of economic which should conform syariah principles in order to get halal and toyyib profit. To create an Islamic market it is necessary to build Islamic markets or Islamize markets, in other words to fix the existing contract based on the syariah principles. In Islamic market, traders who do not understand syariah law are not allowed to enter the market. They can get training on syariah law, so can apply it on the market. Based on santris’ perspective, an Islamic market is not made based on whether or not there is rent and retribution fee. It is how the market does the transaction with syariah principles.  On santris’ perspective, exchange medium in Islamic market is not always dinar and dirham. It does not emphasize exchange medium but traders’ behavior whether they do the transaction based on syariah principles or not. Furthermore, using dinar or dirham does not guaranty no-usury because gold and silver belong to usury item. The most important thing is a role of hisbah council in watching market activities. They should watch the market and see how the transaction happened between traders.Keywords: market, Islam, Santri

Abstract

Waqf is one of the distribution tools in Islam, so if it is optimized properly it can help the regional economy. Based on the survey results, waqf literacy in Indonesia is still in the low category and this correlates with the low collection of cash waqf in Indonesia. The mosque is a place to collect social funds and all mosque activities are coordinated with the mosque takmir and mosque youth. Therefore, youth mosques in the Guwosari area need to be given socialization of cash waqf literacy management so that the collection of cash waqf in the Guwosari regional mosques can increase and help the regional economy. The general purpose of holding this activity is to increase literacy of cash waqf. The specific goal is for mosque youth to know the direct benefits of cash waqf for the people, know the flow of its implementation, the importance of cash waqf and increase awareness of cash waqf. The method used is lectures and socialization of cash waqf literacy management to mosque youth by providing material from several parties who are very understanding about cash waqf literacy management. The result of this activity is that mosque youth have an account to collect cash waqf in the mosque to be deposited into LKS-PWU and there are some who already have experience in collecting. In addition, based on the results of the evaluation, these activities were carried out well, where mosque youths received literacy related to cash waqf as a whole from the basics to the collection process which can be said to have increased in terms of literacy. So that it is hoped that there will be other ongoing activities, namely monitoring the program for collecting cash waqf, so that the collection of cash waqf can run more optimally.

Abstract

This research is a library research by using books and other literatures as the main object. The study in this paper provides a clear, objective, analytical and critical overview of the existing phenomena regarding the development of Islamic economics in Indonesia in the perspective of Islamic philosophy. Currently, there are still some discrepancies between the concept and its application in Islamic Economics. It took a lot of time to find meaning from the concept of Islamic economics through the Islamic law/maqasid sharia approach. The search for meaning is of course through inquiries by involving many researchers both from insiders and outsiders. The concept of maqasid shari'ah is strongly influenced by interpretation, perspective, educational background and depth of religious knowledge.In the study of the philosophy of the Islamic sciences, one of the efforts to break the stagnation of Islamic economic concepts and thinking is through the deconstruction of critical thinking with a critical paradigm. It is needed to avoid logocentrism (centered on its own logos/way of thinking). Each mahzab of Islamic economics should be aware that religious understanding from nash is essentially only one possible meaning of the many other possible meanings hidden behind the nash. This is to avoid the reality of the sacralization of each other's understanding so that it triggers conflict with the understanding of others. That way, the common thread of the concept of Islamic economics can be found together to be a reference for practice its field.Keywords; Economics, Islam, Maqasid Sharia, Philosophy.
