<![CDATA[This research aim to determine how much influence wage rate and economic growth to the Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in Riau Province. With independent variable of wage rate and economic growth is proxy the level of GDP. And dependent variable is Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in Riau Province. Analysis method in this research is descriptive method and data were analyzed using multiple regression model with SPSS version 16. The data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics and Department of Manpower & Transmigration in Riau Province. The results showed the variable wage rate and economic growth significance influence on Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in Riau Province. How much influence (R2) of independent variable for dependent variable is 75,8%. And 24,2% residu influencing of another factor not descript in this research.Keywords: LFPR, wage rate, GDP.]]>

<![CDATA[The research was conducted Pekanbaru City in May and June 2014. The purpose of research to find out influence of education level, age structure and infant mortality to fertility. This research using primer data and analysis of data used is deskriptive method. Population sampling of this research is reproductive age couple of wife at district of Tampan, Bukit Raya, Marpoyan Damai, and Tenayan Raya as much 86.145 RAC (Reproductive Age Couple). Sample in this research using Slovin formula as much 100 reproductive age couple of wife, while using simple random sampling technique. Conclution of the research that 48 respondent were in senior high school level with at most 2 fertility, and 26 respondent were in academy at most 1 fertility, in the meantime respondent with low education or primary school and middle school at most 3-4 fertility. This is show that aducation level RAC of wife influence fertility. Age structure RAC of wife showed the age of the first marriege. Majority of respondent marriege at the age of 20-24 years old as much 58 respondent. Respondent marriege at the age of < 20 and 20-29 years old fertility there’s a lot, meanwhile respondent marriege at the age of > 30 nothing 3 or 4 fertility. This is show that age structure RAC of wife showed the age of the first marriege influence fertility. Of 100 this respondent only 10 respondent have infant mortality and respondent having 2 until > 4 fertility. Nothing of respondent having fertility > 4 with 2 infant mortality. <![CDATA[This research is done conducted by in Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi as a mean to know factors influencing unemployment storey;level exist in Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi. Data used is data of time series in the form of data of skunder with duration 10 year of year 2003-2012.Uji analysis the used is doubled linear regression by using statistical test of persial test with degree of confidence 95%. To test F in measure with test R² and also by using beta test. Result of research obtain;get conclusion of persial of wage rate variable of minimum (X₁) having an effect on signiflcance to unemployment level. And level of PDRB ( X₂) and also mount opportunity of job/activity (X₃) by persial have an effect on do not significance to unemployment level. biggest variable its influence to unemployment level is Sub-Province minimum wage rate and is smallest of its influence is variable mount opportunity of jobactivity. <![CDATA[The presence of fish feed businesses in the District of Kampar regencySiak Hulu has a contribution in supporting regional economicdevelopment. Fish food processing industry has not experienced growth in terms of numbers, but in terms of the advancement of knowledge in the modern age as it makes the Siak Hulu district more and more interested in trying to establish fish feed businesses. Opportunities in the domestic market for this commodity is still very open,because of the consumption of fodder for livestock entrepreneurs so that the demand for animal feed is relatively stable and even tended to increase.The research was conducted on the Siak Hulu district Kampar regency.Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the fish food processing business in the District of Kampar regency Siak Hulu could be developed in termsof its economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of fish feed processing business in the District of Kampar regency Siak Hulu. Population and samples in this study were all fish feed processing industry owned by the people in the District Siak Hulu, amounting to 9 business units.Based on the results of analysis show that the average amount of revenuefish food processing business in the District of Kampar regency Siak Hulu is Rp.3016667 with a total production cost of Rp. So the revenue of Rp 2,035,824.94.980,841.72. BEP value of production volume in Siak Hulu district of 230 kg or Rp. 1,150,000.00 per month.Keywords : Feed Fish Processing.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is done at Pekanbaru's City on month of May 2015. To the effect of observational it is subject to be know juvenile forming program was impacted positive or negative to young men at Pekanbaru's City and to know resulting young men skill by on duty young men and Pekanbaru's City sport in face job market. This research utilize secondary data and primary data. Juvenile observational one goes along in executed program by on duty young men and olahrga is Pekanbaru's City year 2013 total one 150 person. Sample is taken by use of method Stratified Random Sampling which is sample take method by agglomerates population according to program as much 30 person, meanwhile analisis's method data that is utilized in this research is descriptive method. Base observational result to be known that young men already follow training has more skill, automatically have positive impact to young men at Pekanbaru's City, and labour exploit (young men) one that terampil or has skill more than resulting another young men by on duty young men and sport (At spore) Pekanbaru's city stills less optimal deep face job market, Working young men corresponds to its skill as much 18 person (60%) and one works in conflict with skill it as much 12 person (40%), if is seen from term skill type waits, kesesuain and accepted pay and less optimal human resource exploit (young men) terampil, more reverential reducing accords it skill type, the duration term waits to get work, inappropriate it talks shop with skill and insufficiently accords expected pay it with their one accepts.Keywords: Young men, skil, and Job market]]>

<![CDATA[The success of Industrial and trading sector have given big contribution in creating national economic structure. One of food industries in Payakumbuh city that have vase growth is F1 Aina corn industry. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Sweet Corn Industry F1Aina. Knowing the industry development strategy F1Aina Sweet Corn. The analytical method used is the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunites, Threats). This research was conducted in the District Payakumbuh West Payakumbuh Nagari Koto Nan IV. The population in this study is the sweet corn industry F1Aina located in Payakumbuh, Engineering sample selection of respondents was done by purposive (purposional sampling) that is as much data was collected by interview, observation, and questionnaires. Sampling method is purposive sampling. This type of data consists of primary and secondary data. The results of the SWOT analysis matrix values can be obtained from internal factors 17 and the value of the matrix of external factors 5. Application Aggressive Strategy / Strategies SO Sweet Corn Industry F1Aina means are in a situation that is very profitable or have the power and opportunity. The strategy should be applied is taking advantage of opportunities for profit. <![CDATA[Pentingnya lahan dalam kehidupan manusia, namun perubahan fungsi lahantidak dapat di elakkan karna tuntutan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan tuntutan akanmutu kehidupan. Konversi lahan adalah perubahan fungsi sebagian atau seluruhkawasan lahan dari fungsi semula (seperti yang direncanakan) menjadi fungsilain yang menjadi dampak negatif (masalah) terhadap lingkungan dan potensilahan itu sendiri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu konversi lahandi Provinsi Riau. Data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah data skunder“time-series” untuk tahun 2004 – 2013 yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumberdata yang telah dipublikasikan oleh lembaga-lembaga resmi seperti Biro PusatStatistik dan Instansi Pemerintah lainnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Ada tiga faktor yang menentukan konversilahan, jika dilihat dari berkurangnya luas lahan hutan. Ketiga penyebab konversilahan hutan disebabkan oleh faktor bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, peningkatanProduk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan bertambahnya luas perkebunankelapa sawit. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,962244.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabelbebas, jumlah penduduk, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), luas lahanperkebunan kelapa sawit, memberikan kontribusi sebesar 96,2 persen terhadapvariabel terikat (luas lahan hutan) secara serentak. Sementara sisanya 3,8 persendi pengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain .]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendata jumlah pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil serta mengidentifikasiaspek-aspek kegiatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan analisisdeskriptif.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha mikro dan kecil di dominasi olehkaum laki-laki sebesar 62,35 persen, tetapi tidak terlepas juga dari kontribusi kaum perempuan.Sedangkan desa/kelurahan yang paling banyak pemilik usaha mikro dan kecilnya adalah di desa PasarBaru Pangean, sebanyak 20 persen. Sedangkan jenis usaha yang banyak ditekuni oleh para pemilikadalah agribisnis, sebanyak 35 persen. Status kepemilikan adalah 90 persen lebih adalah milik sendiriatau mandiri dengan modal awal adalah dari modal sendiri. Lama proses produksi adalah dibawahtiga hari dengan cara pemasaran langsung kepada konsumen serta wilayah pemasaran adalah daerahsetempat yang paling banyak.]]>

Pendataan dan pemetaan ketersediaan pangan KabupatenRokan Hulu ini didasarkan atas analisa terhadap situasi dan informasipermasalahan kerawanan pangan. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan sensus.Dengan menggunakan metode indeks, semua indikatornya dirubah ke dalam bentukindeks untuk menstandarisasi ke dalam skala 0 sampai 1. Berdasarkan hasil survey,perhitungan indeks ketersediaan pangan, secara rata-rata per kecamatan diKabupaten Rokan Hulu termasuk daerah tahan pangan dengan nilai indeks sebesar0,26.]]>
