Abstract

Abstrac The development of education is increasingly in need of management system that good.For the development of education in need of people who was really experts in their fields. Profession is essentially a job that requires knowledge and skills that are highly qualified to serve or serves the public interest to achieve human well-being, especially in the field of education. This research generally aims to collect information on efforts to improve teacher profesionalisme of Qur'an hadith lesson in MTs GUPPI district Sumberejo Kab.Tanggamus. This study was conducted on 38 students MTs GUPPI Sumberejo (34%) as a sample of the student population as much as 117 which consists of class VII, VIII, and IX class and subject teachers of the Qur'an and hadith. Data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis using chi square statistic. Based on the analysis of data obtained count value X is greater than X tables, both at 1% significance level or at the level of significance of 5%. Thus Ho is rejected, which means there is the influence of professionalism of teachers on learning achievement quran hadith students. To determine the independent variables (Professional Teacher) and dependent variable (Achievement Qur'an Hadith Students) koefisienkontingensi then calculated using the formula (KK) or C, from the calculations, the price of C = 0.514 and compared Cmax = 0,816. When seen in the table there is a contingency coefficient values between 0.290 to 0.578, it can be concluded that there is a fairly close relationship between the two variables. Abstract

Abstract This classroom action research aims to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects, especially in the topic of utilization of natural resources, through the application of problem solving methods in class IV UPT SD Negeri 1 Pujodadi in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, because the data produced will be in the form of written or oral descriptions and involves observing behavior from various sources of information. Quantitative data is also used to support the success of the learning process. The research subjects consisted of 18 grade IV students, with details of 8 male students and 10 female students. The implementation of this research consisted of two cycles, each with four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting The percentage of students reached 40% of the learning outcomes in Cycle I. This shows that students still need to improve their learning. However, in Cycle II there was an increase in learning activity by 100%, this indicates that the class average in Cycle II increased as a result of increased student interest and understanding of the learning process. There is an increase in student learning outcomes in social studies subjects regarding the utilization of natural resources can be seen from the data showing this increase. Abstract

This research aims to describe the basis, form and value of local wisdom and the pattern of the formation of a multicultural society in Fajar Esuk village. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic analysis methods as a basis for interpreting elements of tradition and culture in a multicultural society. The results of this study indicate that cosmic multiculturalism is the basis for the formation of a society with high tolerance among community members. Furthermore, there are four influences that form the basis of this, namely the influence of cultural studies, globalization, unblocking gender, mindset. Various local wisdoms become media and patterns of tolerance in a multicultural society, including the commemoration of religious holidays, Hajatan. Wiwitan and joint economic development activities.
