Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by student learning outcomes still low. Therefore, from the many problems faced by teachers in delivering English material to elementary school students in grade 1. To anticipate this, a new paradigm shift is needed, namely by increasing teacher knowledge of conventional learning methods to active learning methods such as learning methods Picture and Picture to improve learning outcomes conducted in grade 1 SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari, This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in 2 cycles with the object of research was class 1 SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari, which consisted of 28 students consisting of 14 male students and 14 female students. The factors investigated in this study are student learning outcomes, teacher and student activities and the application of Picture and Picture learning methods. The results showed that the application of the Picture and Picture method in Class 1 SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari can significantly improve student learning outcomes. Pre-cycle activities show that overall student learning outcomes only reach 56.52%, after actions taken in the first cycle using Picture and Picture learning methods student learning outcomes increase student learning completeness by 65.21%, then proceed to the second cycle and increase learning completeness amounting to 82.60%. Keywords: Learning, Picture and Picture, learning outcome Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa masih rendah. Oleh sebab itu, dari banyaknya masalah yang di hadapi oleh guru dalam menyampaikan materi Bahasa Inggris pada siswa SD kelas 1. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut perlu diadakan perubahan paradigma baru, yaitu dengan menambah pengetahuan guru terhadap metode pembelajaran konvensional ke metode pembelajaran yang aktif seperti metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas 1 SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari, Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 1 SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari yang berjumlah 28 siswa yang terdiri dari 14 orang siswa laki-laki dan 14 orang siswa perempuan. Faktor yang diselidiki dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas guru dan siswa dan penerapan metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Picture and Picture di Kelas 1 SDIT Insan Rabbani Tegalsari dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Kegiatan prasiklus menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan hanya mencapai 56.52%, setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 65.21%, kemudian dilanjutkan pada tindakan siklus II dan mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 82.60%. Abstract

Abstract The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audio visual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

Abstrac The development of education is increasingly in need of management system that good.For the development of education in need of people who was really experts in their fields. Profession is essentially a job that requires knowledge and skills that are highly qualified to serve or serves the public interest to achieve human well-being, especially in the field of education. This research generally aims to collect information on efforts to improve teacher profesionalisme of Qur'an hadith lesson in MTs GUPPI district Sumberejo Kab.Tanggamus. This study was conducted on 38 students MTs GUPPI Sumberejo (34%) as a sample of the student population as much as 117 which consists of class VII, VIII, and IX class and subject teachers of the Qur'an and hadith. Data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis using chi square statistic. Based on the analysis of data obtained count value X is greater than X tables, both at 1% significance level or at the level of significance of 5%. Thus Ho is rejected, which means there is the influence of professionalism of teachers on learning achievement quran hadith students. To determine the independent variables (Professional Teacher) and dependent variable (Achievement Qur'an Hadith Students) koefisienkontingensi then calculated using the formula (KK) or C, from the calculations, the price of C = 0.514 and compared Cmax = 0,816. When seen in the table there is a contingency coefficient values between 0.290 to 0.578, it can be concluded that there is a fairly close relationship between the two variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT In general Islamic Religious Education is a subject developed from the basic teachings contained in Islam. So the lessons of Islamic Religious Education not only deliver the students to master the various teachings of Islam. But the important thing is how learners can practice those teachings in everyday life. Management learning Islamic Religious Education is an attempt by teachers in managing learning so that learning can improve students' learning motivation. Therefore, learning management is very important in a teaching and learning activities. motivation Learning in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection was done through observation method, interview / interview, and documentation, questionnaire. The informants were the Headmaster, Waka Curriculum, and PAI Teachers as well as the AKI Class XI. Meanwhile, to analyze the data using qualitative descriptive analysis technique, that is to describe and interpret the data that has been in can so describe the actual reality in accordance with the existing phenomenon. Result of research indicate that planning of learning of PAI in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan is PAI teacher to make learning plan according to the material that will be submitted, implementation of learning of PAI in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan in accordance with what has been planned by PAI teacher that exist, and teacher of PAI also use some how to improve the motivation of learners in following the learning activities, evaluation of learning PAI in SMK Pelita Gedongtataan goal is to know the extent to which students can understand the material and also can improve the learning motivation learners so that the results obtained in accordance with what is expected. Result of research from learning management of PAI in improving student's motivation of class XI AK2 SMK Pelita Gedongtataan is good enough, although still far from level of perfection. ABSTRAK Secara umum Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan mata pelajaran yang di kembangkan dari ajaranajaran dasar yang terdapat dalam agama Islam. Maka pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam tidak hanya mengantarkan peserta didik untuk menguasai berbagai ajaran Islam. Tetapi yang terpenting adalah bagaimana peserta didik dapat mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran itu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan sebuah usaha yang dilakukan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran agar pembelajaran yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu manajemen pembelajaran sangat penting sekali dalam suatu kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen pembelajaran PAI dalam meningkatkan motivasi Belajar di SMK Pelita Gedongtataan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitataif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, interview/wawancara, dan dokumentasi, angket. Informannya adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, dan Guru PAI serta kelas XI AK2. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendiskripsikan dan menginterprestasikan data yang telah di dapat sehingga mengambarkan realitas yang sebenarnya sesuai dengan fenomena yang ada. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan pembelajaran PAI di SMK Pelita Gedongtataan adalah Guru PAI membuat perencanaan pembelajarannya sesuai dengan materi yang akan disampaikan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran PAI di SMK Pelita Gedongtataan sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan oleh Guru PAI yang ada, dan guru PAI juga menggunakan beberapa cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran PAI di SMK Pelita Gedongtataan tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana siswa dapat memahami materi dan juga dapat meningkatkan lagi motivasi belajar peserta didik agar hasil yang didapat sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian dari manajemen pembelajaran PAI dalam meningkatakan Motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI AK2 SMK Pelita Gedongtataan sudah cukup baik, meskipun masih jauh dari tingkat kesempurnaan. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (2) Pengaruh masing-masing kecerdasan matematis logis (tinggi, sedang, rendah) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) Apakah terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD dan kecerdasan matematis logis yang terjadi pada prestasi belajarnya. Untuk memperoleh jawaban beberapa tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya quasi experimental design dipilih dan ujinya adalah analisis variansi (anava) dua jalan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji sceffe jika diperlukan. Prestasi dalam penelitian ialah: (1) terdapat pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (2) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan matematis logis terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) berbantu LKPD yang diterapkan dan masing-masing kategori kecerdasan matematis logis pada prestasi belajar. Kata Kunci: Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition(AIR) berbantu LKPD, KecerdasanMatematis logis, PrestasiBelajar. Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the application of LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning models on student learning outcome; (2) The influence of each logical mathematical intelligence (high, medium, low) on student achievement; (3) Is there an interaction between LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning models and logical mathematical intelligence that occurs in their learning outcome. To obtain answers to some of the objectives of the study, quantitative methods with quasi experimental design were selected and the test was a two-way (Anava) variance analysis then followed by a sceffe test if needed. Achievements in the study are: (1) there is an influence of the influence of LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectualy, Repetition (AIR) learning models on student learning outcome; (2) there is the influence of logical mathematical intelligence on student achievement; (3) there is no interaction between LKPD assisted Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) learning and each logical mathematical intelligence category on learning outcome. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of readiness for the application of e-learning in Department of Teachers Elemntary School and identify any factors that are still weak in the application of e-learning in the Department of Teachers Elemntary School. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research model in this study used a questionnaire instrument namely the ELR Aydin and Tasci models to measure the readiness of implementing e-learning. The variable in this study is the level of readiness for the application of e-learning as seen from several factors, namely (1) technological factors (2) innovation factors (3) human factors (4) self-development factors The level of readiness in this study is the level or circumstances achieved by the Department of Mathematics Education in the application of e-learning. Data analysis using ELR Aydin and Tasci models, the scores used in the assessment sheet are 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 for each question to calculate the total score, and then the final average is calculated. The results obtained, the level of readiness for the application of e-learning in the Department of Mathematics Education obtained an average score of 4.29, which means ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the technology factor obtains an average score of 43 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning The level of readiness on the innovation factor obtains an average score of 4.24 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the human factor obtains an average score of 429 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. The level of readiness on the factor of self-development obtained an average score of 4.27 which means it is ready in implementing e-learning but requires a slight increase. Keywords: Readiness, E-Learning, Covid-19 Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Keguruan SD dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang masih lemah dalam penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Keguruan SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket yaitu model ELR Aydin dan Tasci untuk mengukur kesiapan penerapan e-learning. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning dilihat dari beberapa faktor yaitu (1) faktor teknologi (2) faktor inovasi (3) faktor manusia (4) faktor pengembangan diri Tingkat kesiapan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat atau keadaan yang dicapai oleh Departemen Pendidikan Matematika dalam penerapan e-learning. Analisis data menggunakan model ELR Aydin dan Tasci, skor yang digunakan pada lembar penilaian adalah 5, 4, 3, 2, dan 1 untuk setiap pertanyaan untuk menghitung skor total, kemudian dihitung rata-rata akhir. Hasil yang diperoleh, tingkat kesiapan penerapan e-learning di Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,29 yang artinya siap dalam menerapkan e-learning namun membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor teknologi memperoleh skor rata-rata 43 yang berarti siap dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor inovasi memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,24 yang berarti siap dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning tetapi membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan. Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor manusia memperoleh skor rata-rata 429 yang berarti sudah siap dalam menerapkan e-learning namun memerlukan sedikit peningkatan. Tingkat kesiapan pada faktor pengembangan diri diperoleh skor rata-rata 4,27 yang berarti sudah siap dalam menerapkan e-learning namun memerlukan sedikit peningkatan. The application of Islamic education needs to be done by increasing taqwa to God Almighty and noble character is a manifestation of the faith that is believed by everyone. Therefore, faith and piety that are united in a person will shape a person into a good, strong, honest and responsible person. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find: (1) the direct effect of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance (2) the direct effect of teacher work motivation on teacher performance (3) the direct effect of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher work motivation, and (4) the indirect effect of transformational leadership of school principals on teacher performance through teacher work motivation. This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using path analysis. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The population in this study was all teachers at SDIT Al-Haraki Depok, totaling 45 teachers. The sampling technique used was random sampling, with sample size referring to the table for determining the number of samples developed by Isaac and Michael with an error rate of 5% and a confidence level of 95%, so that the sample in this study was 40 teachers. The results showed that (1) there was a direct effect of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance by 31.5% and (2) there was a direct effect of teacher motivation on teacher performance by 32.8%. (3) There was a 62.5% direct effect of transformational leadership on teacher work motivation; (4) There is a 20.5% indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance through teacher work motivation. Then simultaneously, the effect of the principal's transformational leadership and the teacher's work motivation on teacher performance is 77.6%. In this study, the principal was able to create change and achieve good performance, build a spirit of togetherness and discipline, and motivate teachers and employees to work optimally, which ultimately builds organizational awareness among teachers and employees by developing an attitude of belonging and a sense of responsibility for achieving the highest achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era globalisasi saat ini menurunnya karakter moral pada anak didik adalah hal yang tidak dapat dibiarkan begitu saja, adanya pendidikan karakter yang dilakukan oleh para tenaga didik disekolah dapat membantu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada anak didik. Para guru harus bisa memberikan pendidikan karakter pada murid-muridnya untuk menciptakan moralitas unggul yang bukan hanya dapat berguna saat disekolah tetapi bisa dimanfaatkan di lingkup masyarakat, MI Nusa Bangsa adalah objek penelitian kali ini, penulis membahas mengenai metode yang digunakan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ini dalam meningkatkan karakter, yang mana MI Nusa Bangsa berpedoman kepada visi Nahdatul Ulama dan salah satu visi tersebut adalah karakter, metode yang digunakan oleh MI Nusa Bangsa dalam meningkatkan karakter adalah Pembahasan, Pembiasaan dan Keteladanan yang mana ini merupakan suatu metode untuk membuat anak melakukan kegiatan meningkatkan karakternya melalui 3 metode yang telah di ajarkan guru, pendidikan karakter bukan hal yang semata-mata ada kurikulumnya, tetapi ini merupakan suatu tindakan para guru yang telah disahkan oleh pemerintah untuk membentuk karater anak bukan hanya sekedar meningkatkan prestasi saja saat berada di sekolah. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn more about school principals' transformational leadership approaches to the digitization of education.
