Abstract

Experiment on the assessment results of Grobogan soybean varieties with organic fertilizer and dolomite in coastal land held in April-July 2013. The site was in the village of Dusun Karang Jiat Pasar Anom District Purworejo with a altitude of 5 m where the soil type was regosol and soil pH was 5,5. The research method used was factorial (4x4) which are arranged in complete dose randomized block design with three replications. The first factor was Shisako+ with fertilizer: 3; 3,5;4;4,5 ton/ha. The second factor was of dose of dolomite: 2;2,5;3;3,5 ton/ha. The result showed that the use organic fertilizer until 4,5 ton/ha showed relatively similar responses to plant height, pod dry weight, seed dry weight and dry weight of soybean stalk. Applying dolomite until 3,5 ton / ha showed relatively similar responses to plant height, pod dry weight, dry seed weight and dry weight of soybean stalk.Keywords: coastal land, dolomite, organic fertilizer, soybean

Abstract

This research studied he effect of organic fertilizer and dolomite in the land of sand o the growth and yield of soybean (Glycinemax, L. Merrill). this research was conducted on may 2012 and completed in Ketawang village, Grabag district, Purworejo regency with altitude of 6 meters above sea level, on the type of soil acidity regosol. This research used a factorial exsperiment with a complete rendomized block design (RCBD) consists of 2 factor treatment and repeated in three times. The factor that was dosis dolomite (D) which consists of three levels, namely 0,1,2 tons/ha. The second factor shisako with organic fertilizer levels is 0,2.5,5 tons/ha. The results showed that increasing the dose of dolomite did not increase plant height, number of pods per plant, pod dry weight, weiht of crop seeds, rood dry weight, dry weight of stover, in creasing fertilizer shisako has no effect on all the parameters of observation. There is no interection between dolomite and fertilizer dose shisako on all parametes.

Abstract

Research on the application of PGPR and growing media composition to plant growth cauliflower Brassica oleracea var. botrytis, L. conducted in December 2015 - February 2016 in the village of Mujahedeen - Giyanti Temanggung-. Altitude of 500 m above sea level with an average temperature of 28oC, humidity 73%, soil pH 5. latosol soil type and soil pH 5. The research was conducted using a 4 x 3 factorial experiment arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications as blocks. The first factor PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rizhobakteria) bamboo root with a level 0 ml / l of water, 10 ml / l of water, 20 ml / l of water and 30 ml / l of water. The second factor is the composition of the soil media: sheep manure with a ratio of 1: 1, 2: 1 and 3: 1

Abstract

An experiment about of the effect auxin kind on growth of seedling of teak varieties (Tectona grandis, L.) had been done since February 15, 2016 until May 7, 2016 in Field Station on Seed Development Center and Pilot Forestry Yogyakarta at Bunder Village, Playen District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta which the type of soil latosol, pH 6,8 and an altitude is 160 m above sea level. The method of experiment is factorial (4x3) with randomized completely block design and three replications. The first factor is kind of auxin; there are four levels: control, IAA, IBA, NAA. The second factor is kind of varieties, there are three levels: Thailand (Siam), Cepu (Supergama) and Wanagama (Utama) variety. The result of analysis show that the uses of IBA may increases of shoot height; fresh and dry weight of shoot, root length, also fresh and dry weight of root. Cepu variety (Supergama) show the higher shoot and heaviest fresh weight of shoot. There were no efect between kind of auxin and varieties at all parameters.

Abstract

The research was to study of rabbit urine dose and interval given on the yield of strawberry plant. This research was conducted at Sumber village district of Dukun regency of Magelang and Kalikuto village district of Grabag regency of Magelang, since June to October 2016. Two treatment factors were arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with tree replications. The first factor was rabbit urine dose of four levels i.e. 150, 300, 450, 600 ml/plant. The two factor was   interval given of tree leves i.e. every 5,  10, 15 days. The result of this research in district of Dukun and district of Grabag showed that rabit urine dose 300 ml/plant give hight yield on number of bunches of flower, number of flower, number of fruit, weight of fruit, weight per fruit per plant. Interval given of rabit urine 10 days give hight yield on number of fruit and weight of fruit per plant. Urine dose of rabbit and interval given on the yield of is not interaction on all observation parameters

Abstract

A research on the influence of organic material media and latosol soil dose of Merapi’s eruption sand on onion (Allium cepa fa. ascolanicum) was held in October 5th to December 7th 2015 in Taman Kyai Langgeng, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Magelang. The  aims of research is to determine the highest yield of onion on organic material kinds and latosol soil dose. The method used was factorial experiment (4 x 3) arranged in a complete randomized block design with three replications. The first factor was the treatment of organic matter cocopeat, husk, and peat. The second factor was the latosol soil dose 0, 2.5 , 5 and 7.5 ton / ha. Variance test by using LSD on the first factor and orthogonal polynomials test for the second factor. The results showed that the cocopeat media 20 ton/ha + mikoriza 10g/ the planting hole gave the highest yield on the fresh weight of roots and weight of dry roots parameters. Husk media gave the highest yield on the tuber number parameters, fresh weight of bulbs and weight dry of bulbs. Latosol soil dose did not give affect to the yield of onion crop. Combination treatment between kinds of soil organic matter with a dose equal latosol responded to the onion crop yield.
