Abstract

Abstrak SDN Bungur 03 merupakan sebuah sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Jakarta tepatnya di jakarta pusat yang dimana didalamnya ada bagian yang mengurus lulusan atau para alumni sekolah tersebut yaitu tata usaha yang bertugas mendata para lulusan atau alumni sekolah ini. Pada prosesnya memiliki beberapa masalah yaitu proses pendataan data lulusan atau alumni yang masih menggunakan kertas sebagai folmulir data alumni, dan dalam proses pendataan para alumni masih harus datang langsung ke sekolah untuk mengisi data alumni yang dimana para alumni sudah banyak kesibukan sendiri dengan kegiatan di sekolah, kampus atau di tempat kerja yang tidak memungkinkan para alumni sempat untuk mengisi atau memperbaharui data alumni pada sekolah. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa serta perancangan sistem untuk perusahaan dibutuhkan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, perancangan, dan pengujian. Untuk metode analisa dan konsep sistem informasi ini digunakan model unifeld modelling language (UML). Hasil dari penulisan skripsi ini akan dibangunnya sistem informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan mampu menghadapi permasalahan yang ada pada pihak sekolah dan pihak alumni tersebut. Sistem informasi keterampilan yang dimiliki setiap manusia ini dibuat dengan memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySql. Dengan adanya sistem informasi alumni pada SDN Bungur 03 ini maka dapat menangani keluhan yang dialami pihak sekolah dan alumni pada proses sistem berjalan. Seperti adanya laporan pendataan alumni dan formulir data alumni berupa form, sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas pada formulir dan berkas lampiran.

Abstract

In the world of education, it is not only students who get an assessment but teachers also get an assessment, namely a performance assessment. The performance assessment of a teacher is enforced because now teachers are required to be professional in all fields of education, especially with the existence of teacher constitution regulations and education certification. At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda the teacher performance appraisal process is still carried out manually with the help of Microsoft Excel which is considered ineffective, takes a long time and is easy for human error to occur. Abstract

SMK Tri Patria Nusantara is one of the educational institutions whose payment system has not yet been computerized, the input is still recorded in the book as data processing for students who have paid tuition fees. And the data storage is still in archiving in the ledger, so that the administrative staff must record the names of students who have paid administratively one by one which can result in misinformation regarding data collection on the names of students who have paid and make it difficult for administrative staff to find or provide data that is needed. If necessary, then a web-based tuition payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the Prototyping model method which consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage. Using the PHP programming language in its manufacture and MySQL Server as the database. The results of the research are that the system that was running previously did not have a SPP payment data storage in the form of a database, which is still in the form of a bookkeeping so that the data storage process becomes more difficult to search, so it is proposed to design and manufacture a web-based SPP payment information system at SMK Tri Patria Nusantara. With the existence of a web-based tuition payment information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Administatative staff to process computerized student administration payment data.

Abstract

Kinarya Desa Raharja (Tv Desa) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertelevisian. Tv Desa membuka saluran atau jaringan televisi yang berkonsentrasi memberikan solusi permasalahan pedesaan dengan materi siaran yang dibutuhkan, tidak sekedar mengikuti “kepentingan/pasar”. Dalam membuat permintaan jadwal, masih ada masalah dengan pengambilan satu hari atau bahkan lebih. Saat ini dalam proses permintaan jadwal masih terjadi misinformasi yang dapat menyebabkan perusahaan menutup kerjasama dengan mitra kerja. Dari gambaran permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang dan dibangun sistem informasi manajemen program event berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode analisis dan perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem informasi event management ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan sistem manajemen program acara ini dapat membantu mitra dalam membuat permintaan jadwal dan membantu admin dalam proses pembuatan pola siaran (jadwal).

Abstract

An exemplary employee is a person who works in an office or company institution by getting a salary, but has something that can be imitated or good to emulate his actions, behavior, and so on. The problem faced in this study is in the process of selecting exemplary employees. The criteria used by the research in this study are presence, responsibility, cooperation, discipline, and initiative. In selecting exemplary employees, a Decision Support System is needed. The method used in this study is the Technicque For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which takes into account all the criteria that support decision making to help speed up and simplify the decision-making process. The results of this study will produce a ranking order of several candidates who are appointed as exemplary employee candidates. The highest ranking exemplary employees are; Dermansyah alternate (V8), with a value of 0.6511

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most difficult social problems to be solved by the Indonesian government, even in other words, the problem cannot be eliminated. So that the Indonesian government seeks to reduce the level of poverty by making social assistance programs to people who have economic problems. There are many aid programs set by the Indonesian government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for the decision of the recipient of the family of hope. In determining the decision of the recipient of the right family program, it must meet the criteria for Poor Card Ownership, Employment, Income, Number of Dependents and Home Ownership Status. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods which can generate weight and preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. . So that the recipient of the family of hope program lies in alternative A2 on behalf of Joko Sutirno with a value of 1.0000.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is so rapid that it touches all human activities. Information technology in the form of applications is very much needed both individually and in groups. One application that is needed and can become a job is Graphic Design. Graphic design application is an application that is used to design or design an object in accordance with the wishes and imagination. One application that is widely used to design objects is the Photoshop application. If someone has a talent for painting, drawing and the like, the Photoshop application is perfect for use. And if occupied will become a professional designer in the field of Graphics. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to the Karang Taruna RW 17 group and surrounding youth in making mockups and pamphlets independently using the Photoshop application. The method used is a presentation and training in the form of simulation or direct practice using the Photoshop application. The result of this training activity is that all participants are able to use the Photoshop application in designing pamphlets independently according to the talents and imagination of the participants. Abstract

Nowadays, social media users in Indonesia are increasing rapidly, this is a very good opportunity for business people to market their products. This community service activity is carried out at Karang Taruna Aksara RW17 which is located in Pancoran Mas-Depok Village, where residents in the village have several UMKM businesses such as handicrafts, various snacks, and various other creatures. However, the marketing method of UMKM business actors is still carried out offline, only residents know and buy products from UMKMs in Pancoran Mas-Depok Village. Based on these problems, this community service activity was carried out to provide counseling on the influence of graphic design on digital marketing to the youth of Karang Taruna Aksara RW17 to support product marketing for UMKM business people in Pancoran Mas-Depok Village. The form of activity from this training uses a dialogical collaborative-participatory approach method in the form of lectures, questions and answers, interactive discussions for the delivery of material, and direct practice using a laptop connected to the network. There are 3 stages in the training, including 1) preparation, 2) implementation, and 3) reporting. The results of the training showed high enthusiasm from the participants, and are expected to help UMKM business people in marketing their products digitally, both on social media and on marketplaces

Abstract

It is very important to pay attention to the management of electrical devices in spaces for human activity related to the specified time when the time is on and when it is off to avoid wasting energy using wasted energy. There are several procedures for managing electricity that has been implemented using renewable technology in the current era of industrial trends 4.0, including controlling lights and other electrical devices. In general, light control uses manual procedures by turning on the switch directly, starting from offices, shopping centers, public places and others. In this modern era, it is possible for humans to use technological updates by changing the use of light switches to become automatic using a microcontroller control board and a wifi module as a transmission medium that is integrated with the web as a portal for monitoring light points installed in a building or facilities. general. This study aims to obtain new habits of the community regarding the use of automatic light control devices in order to save on the cost of using electricity. This change is also beneficial for everyone who is outside the house in their daily life, so they don't have to go home when they want to turn on the lights. By using the website platform, electrical devices located in different rooms can be controlled via cell phones and can also be controlled via computers or gadgets.

Abstract

The Indonesian Judicial Commission Employee Cooperative in the process has several problems, namely the loan application process is still in the form of paper which is prone to loss. Cooperative members do not know whether the savings and loan application process are accepted or rejected. Then in the process of saving, borrowing, instalment and member registration transactions that cannot be accessed online. For the analysis method and the concept of this information system, the Unified Modelling Language (UML) model with the Flutter programming language and MySQL database is used. With the construction of an employee cooperative savings and loan information system at the Indonesian judicial commission, it can solve the problems faced in the company. Such as loan applications, saving, borrowing, instalment and member registration processes. This reduces work using Microsoft Excel or Word and file filling. The results obtained with the construction of this information system accelerate the savings and loan process and facilitate access to the application process.
