Abstract

Transparansi dan akuntabilitas sangat erat kaitannya, transparansi harus menghasilkan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara individu. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas adalah bidang penelitian yang semakin menonjol yang menawarkan wawasan berharga untuk studi organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai, pegawai, dan pendidik UNS sebanyak 3.467 dengan jumlah responden yang terdiri dari 359 pegawai, pegawai, dan tenaga pendidik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari responden melalui angket, uji data dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji hipotesis. Analisis data dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Temuan ini mempertanyakan pengaruh upaya terbaru untuk memperkenalkan transparansi yang lebih besar ke dalam proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di UNS.

Abstract

Covid 19 has had a considerable impact on various sectors in Indonesia, especially the convection business sector. Konvection Ankola Jaya in South Tapanuli Regency in facing internal and external problems so that convection has not been able to make an optimal contribution like other economic businesses or institutions. One of the problems is the limitations of the Angkola Jaya Convection in accessing information and market coverage, labor networks, and access to strategic locations for businesses during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The goal to be achieved is to improve the performance of Angkola Jaya Covection in South Tapanuli Regency with the presence of network convection. The specific target to be achieved is to improve the performance of the Angkola Jaya Convection in South Tapanuli Regency by implementing marketing management. The importance of services is expected to improve the performance of the Angkola Jaya Convection through learning exploration of human resources, encouraging efficient use of resources, increasing planning and implementation capacity to solve problems, increasing networking, with business partners and increasing competitiveness, providing better services. both to clients and customers

Abstract

Salah satu komponen dalam Tridharma Perguruan tinggi adalah melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Setiap dosen memiliki kewajiban untuk melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membagikan ilmu yang dimiliki untuk menunjang kemajuan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dalam kegiatan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk. Meningkatkan “Daya Beli Masyarakat Kota Padangsidimpuan Terhadap Produk Koperasi Agrina Parsalakan” Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang mendorong kemajuan usaha kecil dan menengah. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 1 hari (5Agustus 2020). Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana cara meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat kota Padangsidimpuan terhadap produk Koperasi Agrina Parsalakan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Untuk kegiatan pengabdian berikutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku industri kecil dan menengah dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan keuangan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kwalitas dari hasil produksi semakin tinggi juga daya beli masyarakat terhadap produk dari Koperasi Agrina Parsalakan. The method used is to provide training on how to increase the purchasing power of the people of the city of Padangsidimpuan towards the products of the Agrina Parsalakan Cooperative. The results of this service showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training. For the next service activity, it is expected to provide continuous training to improve the ability of small and medium industry players in carrying out financial management. It can be concluded that the higher the quality of the production, the higher the purchasing power of the people towards the products of the Agrina Parsalakan Cooperative.

Abstract

One of the components in the Tridharma of Higher Education is carrying out community service activities. Every lecturer has an obligation to carry out community service which aims to share the knowledge possessed to support the progress of society. Implementation of community service in this activity. This study aims to build the mentality of an entrepreneur in business competition to the level of sales of convection products in the South Tapanuli region. This service activity is also in line with government programs that encourage the progress of small and medium enterprises. The target of this activity is the community, business actors and employees at the Angkola Jaya Convection. This service program is carried out for 1 day (August 5, 2020). The method used is to provide training on the influence of electronic media on the marketing of products. The results of this service indicate that the participants are very enthusiastic in participating in the training so that they can build entrepreneurial mentality in facing business competition in their business.
