Abstract

Abstract: Culture as a result of the free and dual human creative power of the natural world, it encompasses the material matters (Immaterial) and Maddi (material), real and unreal objects, Malmusah and Ghairu malmusah (palpable and untouched). Essentially, culture (Tsaqafah) is expressed as the product of human reason consisting of patterns, steady attitudes, thoughts, feelings, and reactions obtained and is primarily derived by symbols that make up its achievement independently of human groups. The nature of this Islamic responsiveness has been built by the Prophet (s) when prohibiting Khamr, forbidding the worship of idols and other shari'ah. How Rasulullah saw is very careful and gradual in doing da'wah, so achieved the success of da'wah in upholding Islamic creed and shari'ah at that time. Today many problems in the establishment of law and legislation, legislators are more concerned with intellectual subjectivity and importance than the objectivity of humanity to the benefit, resulting in policies that are not responsive to the needs of society. The author in this context tries to inventory the various local wisdom of the Muslim community in the archipelago that is relevant as an approach in establishing legislation based on local culture.Keywords: Local Culture, Legislation, Islamic Law Abstrak. Budaya merupakan hasil dari kreativitas manusiawi yang bebas dan alamiah, meliputi sisi immaterial dan materi, objek nyata dan tidak nyata, malmusah dan ghairu malmusah (gamblang dan tak tersentuh). Pada dasarnya, budaya (tsaqafah) merupakan produk akal manusia yang terdiri dari pola, kesantunan, pikiran, perasaan, dan reaksi yang diperoleh dan terutama berasal oleh simbol yang membentuk pencapaiannya secara mandiri dari kelompok manusia. Sifat dari respon Islam ini telah dibangun oleh Nabi (s) ketika melarang khamr, melarang penyembahan berhala dan syariah lainnya. Bagaimana Rasulullah melihat sangat hati-hati dan bertahap dalam melakukan dakwah, sehingga mencapai keberhasilan dakwah dalam menegakkan akidah Islam dan syari'ah pada waktu itu. Saat ini banyak masalah dalam pembentukan hukum dan undang-undang, di mana legislator lebih peduli dengan kepentingan subjektivitas intelektual daripada kepentingan objektivitas kemanusiaan, sehingga kebijakan yang lahir tidak responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Penulis dalam konteks ini mencoba untuk menginventarisasi berbagai kearifan lokal komunitas Muslim di nusantara yang relevan sebagai pendekatan dalam menetapkan perundang-undangan berdasarkan budaya lokal.Kata Kunci: Budaya Lokal, Legislasi, Hukum Islam

Abstract

Umar bin Khattab merupakan Khalifah kedua setelah Abu Bakar as-Shidiq. Adapun dalam masa kekhalifahannya ia membentuk Ahlul hal wal ‘aqdi (anggota majelis syura’). Peranannya dalam sejarah perkembangan Islam terlihat menojol setelah penaklukan-penaklukan yang ia lakukan, beliau melakukan penaklukkan hingga Islam tersebar di Jazirah Arabia, Palestina, Syiria, Mesir dan sebagian besar Persia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsep dakwah Umar bin Khattab. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library reseach) melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep dakwah yang digunakan Umar bin Khattab dalam menggunakan prinsip manajerial (‘amaliyyah al-‘idaariyyah) yang terdiri dari; takhtith (perencanaan strategi), thanziim (pengorganisasian), tawjih (penggerakan), dan riqabah (pengawasan atau evaluasi) yang diterapkan masa kekhalifahannya.

Abstract

Nahdlatul ‘Ulamâ sebagai sebuah jamiyyah dhiniyyah yang berhaluan faham Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah merupakan organisasi terbesar di Indonesia yang didirikan oleh KH. Hasyim Asy’ari pada 16 Rajab 1344 H / 31 Januari 1926. Dalam dakwahnya Nahdlatul ‘Ulamâ menggunakan metode dakwah Cultural, seperti halnya dakwah yang dipraktikkan Wali Songo. Nahdlatul al-‘Ulamâ memperkuat pendekatan budaya sebagai salah satu elemen penting dakwah Islam ditanah air. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang membahas tentang metode dakwah kultural Nahdlatul al-Ulamâ. Adapun macam-macam metode dakwah Nahdlatul ‘Ulamâ diantaranya adalah berceramah, propaganda, pendidikan, kelembagaan, keteladanan, kesenian, diskusi, tanya jawab, bimbingan konseling, karya tulis, korespondensi, silaturahmi. Adapun Strategi dakwah Nahdlatul al-‘Ulamâ yaitu melalui pembudayaan nilai-nilai Islam dengan menggunakan perangkat budaya lokal sebagai instrumen dakwahnya. Dalam pandangan kaum Nahdliyin kehadiran Islam yang dibawa oleh Rosulullah SAW. Bukanlah untuk menolak tradisi yang telah berlaku dan mengakar menjadi kultur kebudayaan masyarakat, melainkan sekedar untuk melakukan pembenahan dan pelurusan terhadap tradisi dan budaya yang tidak sesuai dengan risalah Rosulullah.

Abstract

Development da'wah is a religious activity that encourages improvement and changes in the social system of the community so that the community is able to take the initiative and take initiative on the existing environmental potential, which in turn can improve the welfare of life. In achieving this welfare, da'wah can use two development models, namely, value oriented development and people centered development.Da'wah institutions apply the two models above by establishing partners with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and government agencies as needed. Then, the development programs must be implemented in an integral manner, and must involve the participation of rural communities and jama'ah because the essence of this development da'wah is the community (jama'ah) as actors to empower themselves.

Abstract

Reform of family law is necessary, and this has become a trend in the renewal of Islamic family law in the modern world. One of the themes studied is the application of legal sanctions (criminalization). Criminalization is a product of modern law, which is very different from the fiqh law, which refers to society. In this study, polygamy is the theme that will be discussed. How is the implementation of criminal sanctions in cases of polygamy in some modern Muslim countries? The country objects that are the focus of the study are Indonesia, Malaysia, and Tunisia. The study approach uses a comparative approach, including vertical comparison (state law-classical legal doctrine), horizontal comparison (Law between countries), diagonal comparison (level of legal dynamics). Results in two conclusions that polygamy as a study of Islamic family law is a private matter and a public issue, so it requires firmness of sanctions. There are two views that polygamy law is prohibited and allowed with conditions, as for those who prohibit it, Tunisia by imposing criminal sanctions and those who allow it on condition that Indonesia and Malaysia, by imposing light sanctions.

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan yang ingin dicapai oleh peserta didik bukan hanya aspek kurikuler saja namun kokurikuler melalui keterlibatannya dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan tak kalah penting untuk mengembangkan ranah kognitif, ranah afektif dan ranah psikomotorik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi pengembangan ranah afektif mahasiswa PAI melalui organisasi kemahasiswaan di FAI Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengembangan ranah afektif tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan fenomenologi, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang respondennya merupakan mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam semester IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan ranah afektif mahasiswa PAI melalui organisasi kemahasiswaan berbagai organisasi seperti IMM tergolong baik dan upaya kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan ranah afektif mahasiswa PAI dengan mengikuti kegiatan perkaderan formal, dan perkaderan khusus IMM seperti Darul Arqam, Latihan Instruktur Dasar seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan jurnalistik, public speaking, dan upgrading dari kegiatan tersebut telah mendapatkan hasil seperti jujur bahwa mahasiswa bisa menerapkan kantin kejujuran, percaya diri ketika tampil dalam kegiatan mastama, mengikuti lomba-lomba yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak kampus maupun diluar kampus, tanggung jawab ketika melaksanakan kegiatan mentor BBQ, integritas dalam pengelolaan kegiatan DAD, dan sopan santun ketika bertemu langsung. Faktor pendukung pengembangan ranah afektif seperti sarana dan prasarana, psikologisnya lebih baik sedangkan faktor penghambatnya seperti mahasiswa tidak bisa membagi waktu secara baik, ghiroh perjuangan berorganisasi belum total sehingga mahasiswa yang tidak mengikuti organisasi tidak maksimal dalam pengembangan ranah kognitif dan ranah afektifnya.

Abstract

Lampung is a distinct, diverse, and multi-ethnic province. Lampung's multi-ethnicity is worth investigating regarding inheritance distribution, specifically the inheritance of joint property. This study examines the implementation of ethnic group inheritance in Lampung and how it contributes to the paradigm shift of joint property. This investigation is field research in which data is gathered from informants and analyzed using a cultural approach. According to the analysis, implementing the division of joint property inheritance of ethnic groups in Lampung could be classified into multiple categories. First, the majority of joint inheritance property is distributed straight to offspring (both male and female. Second, only daughters are given the joint property inheritance. Third, only the son receives joint property inheritance. Fourth, if one of the parents passes away, some joint property inheritance is granted to the mother and father. Because the Lampung community is nearly entirely unfamiliar with joint property (gono gini), the joint property inheritance is promptly distributed into the four categories listed above. Although the cultural practice considerably influences the distribution of inheritance in connection to the family system and social protection factors, it has begun to shift with less to no influence by religious and social factors.

Abstract

The author gives the title of this thesis "Teacher Communication Strategies In Inculcating Islamic Values in SDMT Sendang Agung Central Lampung" communication strategy is one way that teachers use in instilling Islamic values in everyday life so that a child is accustomed to worshiping without compulsion and burdens such as carrying out the five daily prayers, this type of research is field research (field research) with a descriptive analytical approach. Data collection methods that researchers use are methods of observation, interviews and documentation, data are analyzed by selecting available data, then presented systematically and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the communication strategy used by the teacher in instilling Islamic values is through communicators (pedagogic and professional competence), communicants (righteousness of aqidah, motivation of worship, and working on amar'maruf nahi mungkar),messages (aqidah, worship and morality). ), media (bil-qoul, bil-amal and bil qudwah hasanah) and effects (increased insight, and implementation in worship) so that as a whole it includes communication strategies related to the cultivation of Islamic values and has been quite successful.

Abstract

The message of da'wah is what is conveyed in the process of delivering da'wah. In communication, da'wah messages are also called messages, namely symbols. Film as a propaganda medium means a tool used in da'wah activities or an intermediary in delivering da'wah messages. Film is a powerful medium of communication, not only for entertainment, but also for education and information. In fact, Jakob Sumardjo, from the center for film and television education, stated that films act as experiences and values. It is very possible as a means of transmitting stimuli in society as well as to be used as a means of conveying Islamic symbols to the wider community. Because the film as a communication device, is able to absorb the communicant widely. An example of a film as a propaganda medium is the film Jangan Buat Aku Berdosa (Don't Make Me Sin), which is a short film made by the Jurnalis Pejuang of Pena Production (JP3) and directed by Gusti Adi Pranoto. 39 Minutes in duration, consisting of 3 episodes released on January 12, 2018 from screenwriter Fia Handari. The film Jangan Buat Aku Berdosa consists of 3 episodes. Each episode is titled Jangan Buat Aku Berdosa, Memantaskan Diri and Jika Karna-Nya. This film has also won an award as "Best Lampung Film" at the 2017 Lampung Islamic Film Festival. Nadin and Fikri are the main characters in this film. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative descriptive research is a research that seeks to describe a phenomenon or event systematically according to what it is. Qualitative descriptive research is research conducted to examine groups of people, conditions, thoughts or an event in the present which aims to describe what it is about a variable, symptom, or situation. The results of the study showed that there were messages of da'wah in the film, Jangan Buat Aku Berdosa, including; Prohibition of adultery, covering aurat (intimate part), and marriage. That the act of courtship as shown in the scene is an act of approaching adultery. An act that is prohibited in Islam. It can be concluded that, there were messages of da’wah and the study of semiotics of Ferdinand De Saussure in the film Jangan Buat Aku Berdosa.
