Abstract

Braga District became the only one that showed a luxurious lifestyle at 1920-1945, especially the elite European people who live in the Hindia Belanda territory.  After that period, Braga District has decreased quality and quantity, such as illegal parking, abandoned buildings, etc. Braga District is need a revitaliation efforts to became economy district and market place for tourists and  try to restore the image of Braga District as lifestyle district in Bandung City. Braga and Bandung City has potencial as a creative economic development in Bandung City will create new economic activities in Braga District. Braga District revitalization efforts must begin with a variety of problem-solving methods. First, case studies is to find out the problems that arise in the Braga District. Second, field studies is to collect data existing in Braga District. Third, literature studies is to collect a theories relating to the revitalization of Braga District. After the analysis that produce adesign concept. Pedestrian mall concept will be applied to add value to pedestrians and the other activities  user to be more comfortable doing activities in the Braga District. Development of the area in the form of an underground mall aiming to increase the economy and community areas in the Braga District who can be filled by the user of creative economic especially in the fashion things. Design of Braga District refers to the 1920-1945 periode that based on the design of the European Architectural style or Art Deco Architectural style that was popular at that time. Old building conservation efforts in Braga district, new facilities and underground mall in design refers to the style of Art deco architecture. As well as the revitalization of the Braga District goal to become a pilot project area of Bandung City heritage, so the protection and preservation of cultural assets can be monitored by all people. Keywords: Braga District, Pedestrian Mall, Revitalization

Abstract

Legal certainty of outsourcing is very much needed after the enactment of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation because there is a lack of synchronization of the material article by article and in the article. Employment Copyright Act which changes the term Outsourcing from handing over part of the execution of work to other companies to outsourcing. Regarding outsourcing, it is regulated by Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021 concerning Work Agreements for Certain Time, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, in which Outsourcing workers must be bound by work agreements with service providers as well as worker/labor service provision agreements. The enactment of the job creation law changes the provisions on the type of work of outsourced workers in the form of supporting activities or not related to production activities. However, the job creation law removes this limitation. So that the things that become obstacles to the work of Outsourcing (Outsourcing) with the existence of article 16 paragraph (1) letter a PP 35/2021 which requires a Specific Time Work Agreement for 12 months continuously given 1 month's wages. And a Specific Time Work Agreement can only be made for certain jobs which according to the type and nature or work activities will be completed within a certain time and cannot be held for permanent work (seasonal work).

Abstract

Reward merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam memberikan umpan balik kepada pegawai. Pimpinan organisasi juga perlu mengetahui latar belakang penyebab menurunnya Mutu pelayanan dan menurunnya mutu pelayanan, salah satunya masalah pengaruh insentif terhadap kerja pegawai, pimpinan organisasi harus memperhatikan prinsip keadilan dan kelayakan sesuai prosedur organisasi agar mencapai pegawai yang bermotivasi tinggi dan mencapai tujuan organisasi.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: “Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian reward pengaruhnya terhadap mutu pelayanan pada Kantor Pusat Bank BNI di Jakarta Pusat”.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh nantinya berupa angka. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pusat Bank BNI di Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 150 orang. Terkait hal penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik Rumus Slovin. Dengan menggunakan teknik rumus slovin, maka diambil sampel sebanyak 60 pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Bank BNI di Jakarta Pusat sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh Pemberian Reward (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Mutu Pelayanan (Y), karena nilai thitung untuk variabel X(Pemberian Insentif) sebesar 12.906, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk n = 60 sebesar 2.000. Jadi 12.906 2.000, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Pemberian Reward (X) berpengaruh terhadap Mutu Pelayanan (Y). Sedangkan untuk nilai R Square sebesar 0.742 artinya bahwa pemberian reward memiliki pengaruh sebesar 74.2% terhadap mutu pelayanan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25.8% berpengaruh dengan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which farmers in adopting the technology of artificial insemination by measuring the time it takes breeders from receipt of the information to be applied , the quality of AI ( Application and recommendation ) , and Area Applied IB in cattle . The research was conducted in August - September 2014 against 30 respondents from 30 populations breeders who use technology AI ( Artificial Insemination ) . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by using tables Distribution Frekuwensi results showed adoption rate of technological innovation Artificial Insemination ( AI ) in beef cattle farms in the district Lalabata Soppeng ie Stage time is needed breeders from the receipt of the information to be obtained on application High category in the sense of the ability of farmers to adopt an innovation has been rapid , stage area located on the application of Low Category this suggests that the broad application of the implementation of the AI in the district as a whole Lalabata the breeder has done these activities , but not all animals in peliharanya apply technology Artificial Insemination ( AI ) , and Phase AI quality is in the category Medium this suggests that the quality of AI in District Lalabata Soppeng ie almost entirely of farmers already know the signs of estrus in livestock before conducting AI. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat motivasi peternak dalam berternak sapi (studi kasus kelompok ternak batu mesa di desa letta kecamatan lembang pinrang Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat motivasi petenak sapi studi kasus kelompok ternak di letta kecamatan lembang kabupaten pinrang yang berjumlah 13 peternak. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh sebanyak 13 peternak yang konsisten beternak sapi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi peternak tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil responden secara keseluruhan terhadap tingkat motivasi peternak mendapatkan nilai total 132 yang berarti berada pada kategori memenuhi. Kata kunci : Tingkat Motivasi Peternak, Sapi Bali
