Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic economic values ​​to employees and know how to implement Islamic economic values ​​on public servants to improve their performance at PT. Lantabur BPRS Tebuireng Jombang. The method used by the author is a qualitative approach with the type of field research and library research. The data that the author uses are data from the research results in the field that are supported by library data. From the results of this study revealed that the discipline of employee performance of PT. Lantabur BPRS Tebuireng Jombang is not in accordance with Islamic economic values ​​seen from the timeliness of being present at the office until the end of the activity employees who are not yet in their respective working positions during operational hours shows lack of discipline of employees in working time or less effective so they can disrupt operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Hasanah Card had actually implemented the Sharia Card Principles described in Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 54.The research method used is a descriptive approach by combining types of qualitative research. Data collection was conducted by interviewing the Hasanah Card Marketing Division, employees and Hasanah Card customers, direct participatory observation, and documentation. Data validity techniques use credibility techniques (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability), and confirmability (objectivity). Data analysis techniques use inductive, deductive, and comparative methods. The results of this study are the application of sharia principles on hasanah cards conducted by BNI Syariah KC Surabaya still not in accordance with Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 54. This can be seen from the DSN-MUI fatwa No.54 Based on the fatwa stipulated by the Sharia card, it cannot be used for transactions that are not in accordance with sharia. However, there is a difference between the DSN-MUI fatwa on sharia cards and the practices that occur in Islamic banks where credit card customers do not apply the use of Islamic credit cards in accordance with the provisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO, and BI Rate variables on ROA in Bukopin Sharia Bank for the period of 2009-2018. The data used in this study were obtained from Bukopin Sharia Bank Quarterly Publication Financial Reports for the period 2009-2018 and BI. The number of samples used in this study were 40 data. The results showed that, CAR had a positive and significant effect on ROA, FDR had no effect on ROA, NPF had no effect on ROA, BOPO had a significant negative effect on ROA, and the BI Rate variable had no effect on ROA. The predictive ability of the five variables at ROA is 98.9%, and 1.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a guideline for the management of Bukopin Sharia Bank in managing the bank.

Abstract

The competition of Social Institutions in Jombang is very fast, Each institution competes to gain the trust of the community in order to channel the assets of the agency. Strictly speaking, competition for Social Institutions requires a lot of effort to maintain the weaknesses of protection. The success of this business is largely determined by the ability of the institution to provide quality services. The purpose of this research is to study the factors of service quality for muzakki (case study in LSPT). Data collection conducted in this study is by collecting, interviewing, library research, questionnaire collection using a Likert scale and non probolity sampling methods, namely incidental sampling with slovin formula as many as 104. The method used is multiple regression. The results showed that X1 (physical evidence) had a significant effect on muzaki satisfaction where the significance value was greater than 5%, that is 0.05 with t count (2.692)> t table (1.983). X2 (reliability) is significant with the value of t arithmetic (2.762)> t table. (1,983). X3 (responsiveness) has a significant effect on the value of t arithmetic (3.393)> t table (1.983). X4 is not significant to satisfaction with t arithmetic (- 2,413)> t table (1,983). X5 (Empathy) has a significant effect on muzakki satisfaction with t arithmetic (2.582)> t table (1.983)
