Abstract

Good employee performance must be maintained to complete duties and responsibilities for the creation of company goals, where work motivation and organizational commitment are the driving force. This research uses quantitative research and causal types. The population of this research is all employees of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng in the Jombang area. The tests used are: hypothesis test, classic assumption test, R2 test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) work motivation partially has no effect on employee performance, resulting in a probability value of 0.143. 2) organizational commitment partially affects employee performance, resulting in a probability value of 0.00. 3). Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, with a probability value of 0.00.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the reformulation of strategies in penetrating the international market of PT. Berkat Mukmin Mandiri, Sidoarjo. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with subjects are commissioners, HRD, Marketing Leaders, employees, government and overseas partners (buyers). The results showed that the role of stakeholders in increasing the coffee export market of PT. Berkat Mukmin Mandiri, among others are expanding the network of foreign partners, establishing business communication between organizations, establishing good relations with the government, always increasing product added value, applying working principles according to sharia principles, using the Blue Ocean strategy, carrying out export promotions, capturing existing market opportunities. and increase export targets, support to increase product added value and develop access to cooperation with foreign parties, assist product promotion through CTH (cooperative trading house), as a medium that helps exports and helps find markets in their country. Then the results of the SWOT analysis show that the right strategy in increasing the coffee export market of PT. Berkat Mukmin Mandiri is an SO (Strength – Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy by utilizing strength as a tool to seize as many opportunities as possible.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pemuda desa dalam rangka peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat Mlaras untuk mampu mengelola usaha budidaya ikan khususnya ikan nila. Kegiatan PKM ini diikuti oleh anggota pemuda Desa Mlaras yang ada di daerah mitra yang mempunyai motivasi dan keinginan untuk memperbaiki untuk menciptakan kegiatan ekonomi baru. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh pemuda di Desa Mlaras tentang bagaimana manajemen budidaya ikan nila terutama di kolam terpal dan tentang perencanaan usaha budidaya, masih belum diterapkannya teknologi budidaya yang baik seperti bagaimana manajemen pemberian pakan yang baik, penanganan benih sebelum tebar, pencegahan penyakit ikan, kondisi kualitas air yang digunakan sehingga dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan ikan dan belum ada alternatif tempat pemeliharaan ikan sedangkan permintaan terhadap ikan nila cukup tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pendekatan yang melibatkan anggota kelompok budidaya ikan yang ada di daerah mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan dan praktik langsung ke lapangan untuk memberikan pengalaman secara empiris kepada masyarakat. Hasil dalam kegiatan PKM ini memberikan dampak positif bagi mitra karena mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan tentang bagaimana manajemen pengelolaan budidaya ikan.
