Abstract

The legal basis for the application of learning based on local wisdom in higher education in Indonesia is contained in Permenristekdikti Number 44 of 2015concerning the National Standards of Higher Education (SNPT). This is the basis of this research article. This study is entitled "Teaching Material Based on Local Wisdom (Piil Pesenggiri) with the Support of Interactive Learning Media Based on Prezi Presentation". The research objective is to design teaching materials based on local wisdom (Piil Pesenggiri) with the support of interactive learning media based on Prezi Presentation. Based on the results of the study it can beconcluded that: 1) by internalizing the values contained in the Pesenggiri Piil in Poetry Study teaching materials, students are able to get positive values on poetry; 2) by involving local wisdom in teaching materials, students are able to absorb the norms and values contained in the Pesenggiri Piil; 3) entering theIndustrial Revolution 4.0 era, teaching materials supported by interactive learning media based on Prezi Presentation are very relevant and more interesting.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the cohesion contained in the lyrics of the song entitled Gajah album by Tulus. The lyrics of the song will be used as alternative teaching materials in high school. The purpose of this study is to describe the cohesion contained in the lyrics of the album's songs and determine whether or not the album is worthy of being used as an alternative teaching material in high school. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study found 59 cohesion data on grammatical and lexical aspects which include references, substitutions, ellipsis, conjunctions, repetitions and synonyms. From the aspect of teaching materials, the album's song lyrics have met the criteria so that they are worthy of being used as alternative teaching materials for students in high school.

Abstract

Program Penugasan Dosen di Sekolah (PDS) gives experience for the lecturers to understand comprehensively students’ characteristics in learning process. The learning process applied at STKIP Muhammadiyah Kotabumi based on KKNI-Dikti based curriculum with the characteristics which are interactive, holistic, integrative, saintific, contextual, them atic, collaborative, and student-centered. Indonesian syntax course focused on the students or how the students learn and understand the concept of material as well as implement it based on the concept understood. The method used in this article is descriptive method and qualitative approach in which describing the condition of fourth semester students in Indonesian syntax course. Based on the finding it was found that 88% students were active, creative and enthusiastic in learning process because the method and learning model are varied. It made the students to be more interested and active in following the learning. Meanwhile, 12 % students were active and motivated to learn. It can be concluded that the sudents’ achievement was increased.
