Alquran, as the Holy Book of Moslems, contents all of the guidance for humans in their life. Those guidances are written in global, not in detail. On the other hand, humanity consists of physics and psychics, and all need guidance from Allah in the Holy Qur’an. One of the directions is about psychology that is defined as a science of mental activities of a living organism. According to the Holy Qur’an, there are five terms of psychological aspects, and they are al-nafs, al-aql, al-qalb, al-ruh, and al-fithrah. All of these we call them the inner dimensions of human or psychology. Each of these aspects has a similarity to understand psychology. But in other case has different meaning and function.

Da'wah is a very noble work and has been carried out by the Prophets and Apostles, especially the Prophet Muhammad. The part of Da'wah from a series of activities that invites, calls on, conveys the message of religion to others with the hope that there will be a shift from things that are not good to good, in the language of religion known as amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar. History has recorded a long journey from preaching from the Prophet Muhammad. Starting from da'wah carried out clandestinely to preaching carried out openly. History has also been proven in the journey of the preaching of the Prophet Muhammad, how his ethics in preaching. This paper seeks to put forward the da'wah ethics with the aim of the preachers or preachers having guidelines and guidelines in delivering the minutes and continuing the estates of the da'wah struggles carried out by the Prophet Muhammad. Many problems nowadays are found problems or problems that arise and occur in da'wah activities. One example is to think that someone else is wrong when they understand differently or conflict with the interpreter in delivering his message. In other cases, there are those who are explicitly speaking out words that can hurt others when preaching. The purpose of this paper is to try to raise and expose ethics in preaching, in the hope of contributing to the morning missionary practitioners

This study intends to look at a study of the business and activities that have been carried out in order to foster motivation to learn in one MAN in the city of Padang. The main problem is how the implementation of student learning motivation and programs that have been carried out by the school in the school is viewed from the viewpoint of Islamic Psychology. This research pattern field research with descriptive methods based on observation and interviews. Sources of data from this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data are written and unwritten information from schools, principals, teacher and student assemblies. While the secondary data are information materials from other parties that have something to do with the problem under study. The results of the study showed that the school had designed and implemented a program that was conducted structured in giving motivation to learn to improve students' achievement through two channels, namely extra and intra-curricular. Extra-curricular activities in the fields of arts, sports and languages. To students who excel will be given awards in the form of scholarships, prizes and others. Whereas through the intra-curricular pathway, among others, the implementation of a good teaching and learning process and the placement of teaching staff in accordance with their respective fields of expertise and competence, so that there are no teachers who teach outside their fields of expertise. In addition, good cooperation has been carried out between leaders, student council advisers and counselors with intra-school organizations (OSIS).
