Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and strategic evaluation of high school inclusive education in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. The research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the internal data through three activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the study show, 1) Strategic planning, namely first, an analysis of the readiness of school stakeholders as providers of inclusive education. Second, the establishment of an inclusive education resource center. Third, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure; 2) Strategic implementation, namely First, Determine the input of human resources (educators, education staff, & students). Second, implementing a modified curriculum; (3) the strategic evaluation of inclusive education includes its aspects, namely input, process, and output which is carried out regularly and continuously. In conclusion, in general, the strategic management of high school inclusive education in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province runs sustainably, as can be seen from the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation carried out. Abstract

AbstrakLandasan filosofis pendidikan perlu dikuasai oleh para pendidik, adapun alasannya antara lain: Pertama, karena pendidikan bersifat normatif, maka dalam rangka pendidikan diperlukan asumsi yang bersifat normatif pula. Asumsi-asumsi pendidikan yang bersifat normatif itu antara lain dapat bersumber dari filsafat. Landasan filosofis pendidikan yang bersifat preskriptif dan normatif akan memberikan petunjuk tentang apa yang seharusnya di dalam pendidikan atau apa yang dicita-citakan dalam pendidikan. Kedua, bahwa pendidikan tidak cukup dipahami hanya melalui pendekatan ilmiah yang bersifat parsial dan deskriptif saja, melainkan perlu dipandang pula secara holistik. Adapun kajian pendidikan secara holistik dapat diwujudkan melalui pendekatan filosofis. Ada berbagai aliran filsafat pendidikan, antara lain Idealisme, Realisme, Pragmatisme, dan lain-lain. Namun demikian, bangsa Indonesia sesungguhnya memiliki filsafat pendidikan nasional tersendiri, yaitu filsafat pendidikan yang berdasarkan Pancasila. Sehubungan dengan hal ini berbagai aliran filsafat pendidikan perlu kita pelajari, namun demikian bahwa pendidikan yang kita selenggarakan hendaknya tetap berlandaskan Pancasila. Pemahaman atas berbagai aliran filsafat pendidikan akan dapat membantu pendidik untuk tidak terjerumus ke dalam aliran filsafat lain. Di samping itu, sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Dengan memahami landasan filosofis pendidikan diharapkan tidak terjadi kesalahan konsep tentang pendidikan yang akan mengakibatkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam praktek pendidikan, untuk memahami pengertian filsafat, pengertian landasan filosofis pendidikan dan konsep landasan filosofis pendidikan menurut berbagai aliran filsafat. Adapun aliran filsafat yang secara khusus akan ditelaah dalam tulisan ini adalah filsafat pendidikan idealisme.Kata Kunci: Idealisme, Kurikulum AbstractThe philosophical foundation of education needs to be mastered by educators, as for the reasons, among others: First, because education is normative, in the context of education, normative assumptions are needed as well. The normative assumptions of education, among others, can be derived from philosophy. The philosophical foundations of education that are prescriptive and normative will provide clues about what should be in education or what is aspired to in education. Second, that education is not sufficiently understood only through a partial and descriptive scientific approach, but rather needs to be viewed holistically. The holistic study of education can be realized through a philosophical approach. There are various schools of educational philosophy, including Idealism, Realism, Pragmatism, and others. However, the Indonesian nation actually has its own national educational philosophy, namely the philosophy of education based on Pancasila. In this regard, we need to study various schools of educational philosophy, however, that the education we organize should still be based on Pancasila. An understanding of the various schools of educational philosophy will be able to help educators not to fall into other schools of philosophy. In addition, as long as it does not conflict with the values of Pancasila. By understanding the philosophical foundations of education, it is hoped that there will be no mistakes in the concept of education which will result in errors in educational practice, to understand the notion of philosophy, the understanding of the philosophical foundation of education and the concept of the philosophical foundation of education according to various philosophical schools. The school of philosophy that will be specifically studied in this paper is the educational philosophy of idealism.Keywords: Idealism, Curriculum
