Abstract

This current study aims to discuss what the concept of family in thepopular Islamic family literature written by Muhammad FauzilAdhim is, why the concept is presented, how the theoreticalframework is designed, and how the relevance of the concept to thefamily development regulation in Indonesia is. By carrying outqualitative content analysis of the literature, the research findingsdenote that that Adhim tries to explain the idealism of berkah (blessed)family, the structure of an extended family, and the proportionalgender relation in family. He presents some ideas to revitalize Islamicfamily values as cultural movement of family Islamization. The writerconstructs his theoretical framework based on textual approach andpsychology. The Qur’an and Hadith are textually referred, whereaspsychological approach is used to support the textual meanings, but itis not employed as a method of interpretation. Based on the welldesigned theoretical framework, his thoughts tend to be conservativeand demonstrate less relevance as well as responsiveness to the familydevelopment regulation in Indonesia. Abstract

Both of these flow (Jabariyah and Qadarites), has a different ideology against human freedom though equally based on the proposition of the Qur'an, but there is a meeting point between the flow Jabariyah and Qadarites that humans actually have free will and therefore he will be held responsibility for the decision, though the decision is basically a fulfillment of destiny (provision) that have been determined. In other words, human free will cannot be achieved without the intervention of Allah SWT. In addition, Jabariyah teaching actually based on strong faith in Allah SWT Iradat qudrat and, coupled with the nature of His wahdaniat. For Qadarites man is the perpetrator goodness and evil, faith and kufr. This flow includes Jabariyah its reasons and arguments and opinions so that with a view to avoid the mistakes that plunged into error adherents of religion and the glory and holiness of Allah SWT

Abstract

Abstract— The development of information technology in today's news has been growing rapidly with the number of news media that can be accessed online. If a few years ago we read news using paper media, but today we can read news via gadgets or devices such as notebooks, smartphones and Personal Computer (PC). Media reports are accessible online or web-based current abundant supply. Therefore we as users of information are expected to choose the best web news portals that match the criteria. Methods SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is a weighted sum method is based on performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. With this method we can make choices or take a decision with less how to determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by a ranking process that will provide the best alternative from a number of alternatives. Intisari— Berkembangnya teknologi informasi dalam bidang pemberitaan saat ini sudah semakin pesat dengan banyaknya mediamedia pemberitaan yang bisa diakses secara online. Jika beberapa tahun yang lalu kita membaca berita menggunakan media kertas, tetapi saat ini kita dapat membaca berita melalui gadget atau device seperti notebook, smartphone maupun Personal Computer (PC). Media pemberitaan yang diakses secara online atau berbasis web saat ini jumlahnya sangatlah banyak. Oleh karena itu kita sebagai pengguna informasi diharapkan dapat memilih web portal berita terbaik yang sesuai kriteria. Metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) merupakan metode penjumlahan terbobot berdasarkan dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Dengan metode ini kita dapat menentukan pilihan atau mengambil sebuah keputusan dengn cara menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan memberikan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Kata kunci : web portal berita, pemilihan, metode simple additive weighting

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the judge consideration to accept underage marriage aplication in Luwuk Religious Court. This reseach was qualitative approach. The result showed that Judges' considerations in giving marriage dispensation decisions to minors have several impacts, namely positive impacts which can avoid promiscuity, prevent a relationship, and learn to be responsible. The negative impact of dropping out of school, psychological and health impacts. In the Maslahah Perspective on Judges' Considerations in Giving Underage Marriage Dispensaation Decisions regarding the determination by judges in cases, it is in accordance with maslahah, especially in the context of maintaining, because it can avoid promiscuity and can realize legal goals, especially in the context of maintaining offspring.
