Abstract

RELATIONS OF LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION WITH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF  EMERGENCY INSTALLATION     Everyones performance within the organization is influenced by leadership and motivation. Leadership is a gateway to both personal and organizational effectiveness. Leaders need to consider efforts to motivate employees to work well.  Data in arifin ahmad showed an increase in the number of employees who are absent without explanation in June of 42.89 % , juli 34.87 % , 53.14 % in August 2014 from 55 employees . This study aims to determine the relations of leadership and employee motivation with employee performance of  emergency installation  . This study is a quantitative research with cross sectional study conducted from November 2015- February 2016. The sample consisted of 55 respondents selected by Total Sampling . The variables studied were leadership and motivation . The data collection was done by using a questionnaire filled out by workers. The data obtained will be processed by univariate and bivariate.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between employee performance variables leadership P value 0,00 < 0.05 ; POR ( CI = 95 % ) = 34.50 (7,704-154,5) , motivation p value 0,00 < 0.05 ; POR ( CI = 95 % ) = 10.92 (3,062-38,97) .Suggested to  emergency installation to maintain and provide good cooperation between leaders and employees and always provide motivation among employee to improving employee performance .

Abstract

In line with the health development strategy to realize a healthy nation by 2025, improving health status is one of the focuses of development in the health sector to create a healthy society, development in the health sector is directed at all levels of society to realize the Vision of Healthy Indonesia 2025. The role of health workers is obliged to facilitate in achievement of that goal. Therefore, an assessment of health problems was carried out which took place from January 25, 2021 to February 9, 2021, which was held in Kemang Indah Village. The purpose of this activity is to analyze or see the picture of public health in Kemang Indah Village in 2021. Based on 272 families that got several problems, namely 1% of families do not have latrines available, 47% of people do not do physical activity at least 30 minutes per day, 17% of people do not consume vegetables and fruit, 64% of people do not have a health check in 6 months, 35% of people still smoke at home, and 72% of people who do not manage stress.

Abstract

Program Indonesia Sehat dilaksanakan dengan 3 pilar utama yaitu paradigma sehat, penguatan pelayanan kesehatan dan jaminan kesehatan nasional: 1) pilar paradigma sehat di lakukan dengan strategi pengarus utamaan kesehatan dalam pembangunan, penguatan promotif preventif dan pemberdayaan masyarakat; 2) penguatan pelayanan kesehatan dilakukan dengan strategi peningkatan akses pelayanan kesehatan, optimalisasi sistem rujukan dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, menggunakan pendekatan continuum of care dan intervensi berbasis risikokesehatan; 3) sementara itu jaminan kesehatan nasional dilakukan dengan strategi perluasan sasaran dan benefit serta kendali mutu dan kendali biaya (kemkes RI 2019). Keadaan kesehatan masyarakat saat ini secara umum belum dapat memenuhi tujuan yang diharapkan di karenakan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkat cek kesehatan 6 bulan sekali. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan penilaian masalah kesehatan yang berlangsung dari tanggal 26 Januari 2022 sampai dengan 10 Februari 2022 yang dilaksanakan di kelurahan kulim kecamatan kulim. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menganalisis atau melihat gambaran kesehatan masyarakat di kelurahan kulim kecamatan kulim tahan 2022. Hasil pendataan di dapatkan 5 (lima) permasalahan bersama yang diangkat yaitu 1. Cek kesehatan 6 bulan sekali, 2. Tidak melakukan aktifitas fisik, 3. Tidak menggunakan masker, 4. Tidak mencuci tangan, 5. Tidak mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur. Sehingga untuk selanjutkan akan dilakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut Kata Kunci : Cek kesehatan 6 bulan sekali, Kesehatan Masyarakat

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) adalah sekelompok kondisi patologis yang mempengaruhi fungsi normal dari jaringan halus system. Berdasarkan survey awal yang dilakukan kepada 5 pekerja laundry dari Kecamatan Tampan terdapat 4 (80%) pekerja memiliki gejala seperti Musculoskeletal Disorder. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan umur, indeks massa tubuh, beban kerja, masa kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuntitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu 46 tempat laundry dengan 70 jumlah pekerja berjenis kelamin perempuan di Kecamatan Tampan. Seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Alat ukur penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kategori umur (P value = 0,000134), indeks masa tubuh (P value = 0,006), beban kerja (P value = 0,305), masa kerja (P value = 0,000183). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara umur, indeks masa tubuh, masa kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal dan tidak adanya hubungan antara beban kerja dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal. Disarankan kepada pemilik laundry bisa menerapkan cara kerja yang ergonomis, menggunakan alat bantu untuk mengurangi beban kerja, dan membatasi masa kerja karyawan tidak lebih dari tiga tahun.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by the dengue virus carried by the aedes aegepty mosquito, is a public health problem that occurs every year and has an impact on people's social and economic lives. Dengue control management plays an important role in early vigilance and prevention of complications. The prevalence of dengue fever in Kampar Regency in 2020 was 271 cases. Thepurpose of the study is toconduct a management analysis of dengue disease control at the Siak Hulu Health Center 1 Kampar Regency. This type of research is analytical qualitative. Informants numbered 5 people. The instrument consists of interview guidelines, observation sheets and related documents, the analysis is carried out by triangulation sources, methods and data. The results showed that the planning variables in dengue disease control management were well implemented as seen in the planning of activity, the human resources, facilities and infrastructure and funding that supported the implementation of DHF disease control management. Implementation variables such as fogging, PSN, counseling, Epidemiological Investigations, have been carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures. The evaluation variable indicates that the program is carried out according to the plan prepared, through good cooperation and is reported regularly to the health office.

Abstract

Safety driving is a good and safe driving behavior to avoid traffic problems. Such as personal safety and also the other road users. An indicipline person when driving can cause accident. Of many accidents that occured in Indonesia, most of (90.3%) was caused by human error factor. Preliminary results of a study on a driver of a dump truck PT Hutama Karya there were accident between two dump trucks there for two glass of dump trucks broke at the time of operations. The purpose of this research is to know the factors related to the behavior of the driving safety (safety driving). The type of this research is quantitative research with the analytic method uses the approach of cross sectional. The research was carried out during 1 (one) month of PT Hutama Karya. Infrastructure Section 1 with a population of 31 respondents were sampled. Research on measuring instrument is the questionnaire. The data was analyzed with univariate and bivariate by using chi square test. The results showed a relationship category of work experience (P value = 1.000 pronounced > 0.05), educational level (P value = 0.685 pronounced > 0.05), training (P value = 0, 458 pronounced > 0.05) road conditions (P value = 0.000 < pronounced 0.05) and weather conditions (P value = . 001< pronounced 0.05). The conclusion from this study is there is no relationship between the behavior of the safety driving with work experience, level of education, Training and Safety driving, while the road conditions and weather conditions there is a relationship. Then it is recommended to be carried out training of driving safety and SWA on drivers thoroughly.

Abstract

Work accident is a human error that often occurs in workers. Especially in the welding industry or welding workshops whose work does not escape from dangerous tools and materials. This study was conducted to determine what factors are associated with work accidents in welding workshop workers in Tuah Madani sub-district in 2022. The research design used was a cross-sectional study. The responden were 41 workers from 12 welding workshops in the Tuah Madani sub-district, Pekanbaru city. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysiswith chi-square test. The results showed that 39.% of respondents experienced work accidents, 66.9% of respondents experienced unsafe action, 63.4% of respondents experienced unsafe conditions, 56.1% of respondents were workers with age at risk, 43.9% of respondents had knowledge of not good. From the results of statistical tests using chi-square, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between unsafe action and work accidents, there is a relationship between unsafe conditions and work accidents, and there is a relationship between knowledge and work accidents. This study shows that age does not have a significant relationship with work accidents

Abstract

Sejalan dengan strategi pembangunan kesehatan untuk mewujudkan bangsa yang sehat tahun 2025 ini meningkatkan derajat kesehatan menjadi salah satu fokus pembangunan dibidang kesehatan mewujudkan masyarakat yang sehat, pembangunan bidang kesehatan diarahkan kepada semua lapisan masyarakat mewujudkan Visi Indonesia  Sehat 2025. Peran sebagai tenaga kesehatan berkewajiban untuk memfasilitasi dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan penilaian masalah kesehatan yang berlangsung dari tanggal 25 Januari 2021 sampai dengan 9 Februari 2021 yang dilaksanakan di Desa Kemang Indah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menganalisis atau melihat gambaran kesehatan masyarakat di Desa Kemang Indah tahun 2021. Hasil pendataan di dapatkan 5 (lima) permasalahan bersama yang diangkat yaitu 1. Pengelolaan Sampah, 2. Kebiasaan menggantung pakaian, 3. Kondisi Gigi anak yang tidak sehat, 4. Cara memasak sayur yang salah, 5. Anak tidak mencuci tangan setelah keluar kamar mandi. Sehingga untuk selanjutkan akan dilakukan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut

Abstract

Manajemen risiko harus diterapkan di semua industri. Manajemen risiko adalah upaya mengelola risiko secara terencana, menyeluruh dan terstruktur untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja yang tidak diinginkan dengan sistem yang tepat. Banyak pekerja yang lalai dalam melakukan pekerjaan di ketinggian, salah satunya kurangnya kesadaran dalam penggunaan full body harness. Karena ada beberapa kejadian yang mengindikasikan kelalaian pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaan di ketinggian. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja dalam penggunaan full body harness untuk menurunkan risiko kecelakaan kerja di ketinggian. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara salah satu penyebab kurangnya kesadaran pekerja adalah karena pengetahuan pekerja yang kurang terhadap risiko pada pekerjaan ketinggian dan kurangnya pengetahuan dalam penggunaan full body harness yang benar. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan beberapa kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja tentang risiko bekerja di ketinggian dan pentingnya penggunaan full body harness serta cara penggunaannya yang benar sehingga pekerja dapat menggunakan full body harness dengan benar untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja terutama pada pekerja di ketinggian.
