Abstract

The purpose of research was to find the interaction of biochar coconut shell applying and liquid organic fertilizer Nasa on growth and yield cauliflower on peat soil. Research was using completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was the provision of biochar coconut shell (B) which consists of three levels, namely: 0, 4,and 6 t ha-1. The second factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer Nasa (N) which consists of 4 levels, namely:0, 4, 6, and 8 cc.L-1 water. Variables measured were : plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, flower diameter and weight of flowers.The results showed that there was an interaction between the provision of biochar coconut shell and liquid organic fertilizer on plantheight, number of leaves, leaf area, flower diameter and weight flower. Giving biochar coconut shell at 6 t ha-1 and liquid organic fertilizer Nasa 8 cc.L-1 water, coud promote the growth and yield of cauliflower with the best result of flower weight at 235.18 g.plant-1.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to study the effect of growing media composition on plant growth palm oil in pre nursery. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, namely the composition of the planting medium with a mixture of fertilizer Petroganik (M) with 6 treatments, namely : M1 (3 kg of alluvial + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil), M2 (3 kg of peat soil + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil), M3 (3 kg of alluvial + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil + 0.25 kg of organic fertilizer), M4 (3 kg of peat soil + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil + 0.25 kg of organic fertilizer), M5 (3 kg of alluvial + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil + 0.50 kg of organic fertilizer) and M6 (3 kg of peat soil + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil + 0.50 kg of organic fertilizer). The variables measured were plant height, number of leaf midrib, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of the total oil palm seedlings. The results showed that the composition of the planting medium with a mixture of fertilizer Petroganik significant effect on all variables palm seedling growth (plant height, number of leaf midrib, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of the total) in pre nursery. The composition of the planting media of 3 kg alluvial + 1 kg of manure + 1 kg of sandy soil + 0.25 kg organic fertilizer had a significant effect onthe growth of oil palm seedlings in the pre ursery. Abstract

The purpose of this experiment was to study the growth and yield of onion (Allium ascalonicum) on the giving of bokashi kalakai on peat land. This study used Randomized Compete Design (RCD) of single factor that was bokashi kalakai consisting of 6 levels of treatment namely P0 (0 ton ha-1), P1 (3 ton ha-1), P2 (6 ton ha-1), P3 (9 ton ha-1), P4 (12 ton ha-1) and P5 (15 ton ha-1). The results showed that the administration of bokashi kalakia at dose 15 ton ha-1 was the best treatment on all parameter observed including the palant height, the leves number, the leaves area, the number of tillers, the number of bulbs, fresh weight of plants, dry and heavy dry bulbs. However, at a dose treatment of 15 ton ha-1 did not indicate any differences when compared to those at a dose of 12 ton ha-1

Abstract

The purpose of this experiment were to find out the interaction growth and yield of onion (Allium ascalonicum L) on the giving of rice husk biochar and kalakai bokashi for increasing the growth and yield of onion on spodosol. This study used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of factorial pattern with two factors. The first factor was applying of rise husk biocar (B) consisting of 4 (four) levels, namely : B0 = 0 ton.ha-1, B1 = 6 ton.ha-1 , B2 = 9 ton.ha-1 and B3 = 12 ton.ha-1 . The second factor was the provision of bokashi kalakai (K) which consists of 4 (four) levels, namely : K0 = 0 ton.ha-1 , K1 = 15 ton.ha-1, K2 = 20 ton.ha-1 dan K3 = 25 ton.ha-1. The results showed the interaction of the rice husk biochar and kalakai bokashi have an effect heavy dry bulbs. The combination of rice husk biochar treatment (B3) 12 ton.ha-1 and bokashi kalakai (K3) 25 ton.ha-1 was able to increase the yield of onion with the yield of tuber dry weight of 45.33 g.plant -1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know determine the residue of bokashi kalakai with NPK fertilizer on inland peat soil on the growth and yield of glutinous corn (Zea mays certain ) This research was carried out in March 2021-May 2021 in the previous research area, Kalampangan Village, Sebangau District, Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan Province. The experiment design conduted Randomized Block Dessign with single factor consisting 5 levels of treatment, namely, F0 = Control, F1 = Bokashi Kalakai Residue (15 ) + NPK (200 kg), F2 = Bokashi Kalakai Residue (15 ) + NPK (300 kg), F3 = Bokashi Kalakai Residue (15 ) + NPK (400 kg) dan F4 = Bokashi Kalakai Residue (15 ) + NPK (500 kg). The results showed that the residue of bokashi kalakai 15 t ha-1 + NPK 500 kg ha-1 was able to increase plant height growth of 110.67 cm (7 WAP) , the number of leaves was 7.89 strands ( 7 WAP), stem diameter 1.36 (7 WAP), leaf area 208.25 cm-2 (7 WAP), total dry weight of the plant 10.26 g (7 WAP), plant wet weight 62.97g (7 WAP), fresh weight of 60.98 g (7 WAP) and 132.40 g (7 WAP) fresh weight without husks

Abstract

The eggplant species are currently at risk of extinction due to various factors such as land conversion into plantation areas and transmigration settlements in Palangka Raya. It is essential to conduct a thorough analysis of eggplant vegetation to address this urgent matter. Consequently, the research aimed to determine the diversity of eggplants, their distribution, as well as their morpho-agronomic characters. Field experiments were carried out in each district of Palangka Raya for 7 months. The methods used were survey, exploration, and interview with the key informant. Plant characterization refers to the descriptors for eggplant (IBPGR, 1990). The observed variables were the morphological characterization of eggplant, agronomy, and the distribution of eggplant in Palangka Raya. Results showed that it is found three species of eggplants, namely Solanum melongena (ungu, gelatik, telur, apel hijau eggplant cultivars), Solanum torvum, and Solanum ferox. There was variation in the morpho-agronomic characters of eggplant found.
