Abstract

Semakin banyaknya perangkat-perangkat bergerak yang diaplikasikan pada berbagai bidang saat ini menuntut adanya catu daya yang portabel dan tidak tergantung pada catu dari jala-jala listrik. Teknik energy harvesting muncul sebagai sumber energi ramah lingkungan, yang menjadi alternatif bagi sumber energi yang ada. Antena merupakan suatu bagian penting dalam membangun  sistem RF power harvesting. Antena memiliki peranan merubah gelombang elektromagnetik tidak terbimbing menjadi gelombang elektromagnetik terbimbing, kemudian dapat diteruskan ke rangkaian rectifier hingga menghasilkan tegangan DC sebagai sumber energi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan antena mikrostrip broadband monopole untuk aplikasi RF power harvesting pada band frekuensi GSM 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz serta WIFI 2400 MHz. Antena mikrostrip dirancang menggunakan patch segitiga. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan band frekuensi operasi berdasarkan grafik return loss < -10 dB pada 1,13 GHz – 2,66 GHz dengan bandwidth 80,73 %. Hasil implementasi dan pengukuran diperoleh band frekuensi antena bekerja untuk syarat return loss<-10 dB pada 1,09 GHz-2,54 GHz dengan bandwidth 79,88%. Polaradiasi antena hasil pabrikasi menggambarkan direksional dengan gain pengukuran pada frekuensi 2.1 GHz sebesar 4.77 dB dan frekuensi 2.4 GHz sebesar 5.09 dB. Tegangan keluaran sistem power harvesting sebesar 600.5 mV diperoleh dalam waktu 60 menit.

The antenna is an instrument that is important in a communication system radio.antena turn the tide terbimbing into waves free in the air and in contrast between free space with a guide can include ( coaxial cable or a / waves a waveguide ) used to meggerakkan electromagnetic energy from the source of the transmitter to or from an antenna to antenna. recipientsThe antenna have diverse forms with the dimensions and of diverse characteristics, anyway one of the antenna that attracts many research is mikrostrip. antennaThe antenna mikrostrip has several advantages of them simple forms, a compact, lightly, and cheap.On this research used antenna mikrostrip with the frequency of mhz broadband at band of frequencies 500 to 2500 Mhz.The substrate material to be used is rt duroid 5880, with dielectric constant ( εr) 2.2 and thickness ( h ) 1.57 mm. Antenna mikrostrip made using circular patches .The measurement result shows performance of returnloss antennae < -10 db at the frequency of 605 Mhz to 6677 Mhz , with bandwidth 6072 Mhz .Polaradiasi mikrostrip shaped omni directional antenna .Gain the measurement result mikrostrip antenna on the highest frequency of 650 Mhz to gain 3.3 db and at the frequency of 1800 Mhz with gain 3.4 db . The antenna received microstrip has a higher than conventional antenna which is at the frequency of Mhz 650 power accept antenna mikrostrip -33.08 dbm bigger than conventional 59.90 dbm antenna

Abstract

The quality of the inhaled air affects the immune system and human health. If the air that is inhaled is dirty, it can interfere with daily human activities and one way to prevent it is to need a device that can identify and clean dirty air so that the need for clean air can be met and daily human activities will run smoothly. So in this final project, the author designed a Smart Air Purifier device to overcome the air contaminated by PM2.5 and PM10. The average error percentage value of the PM10 GP2Y1010AU0F sensor reading is 12.80%. This Smart Airpurifier device can perform purification in all types of rooms and different types of rooms. The advantage of this device is that it can clean air with various pollutants such as cigarette smoke, to PM10 particles below 10 g/m3. The effectiveness of the mode on the device has advantages and disadvantages to sterilize the air in the room. Abstract

In rural areas, an antenna is needed so that the LTE network can reach farther areas, making it easier for people to get information from the internet. Yagi antenna is the right antenna because it has a directional radiation pattern so that the direction of the beam is directional and effective for reaching long distances. In this research, the yagi antenna is designed and made to operate at 450 MHz LTE frequency. The design of this LTE yagi antenna uses a microstrip antenna as its driven element with FR4 substrate type and a relative permittivity value of 4.6. The material used for the reflector and director elements is aluminum with an outer diameter of 8 mm and an inner diameter of 7 mm. The LTE yagi antenna is designed to have 10 elements consisting of 1 reflector element, 1 driven element and 8 director elements. The parameters obtained from the simulation results of the Yagi LTE antenna have reached the target. The return loss at 450 MHz is -32.26 dB with VSWR 1.05 and gain 9.999 dBi. The radiation pattern of the simulated antenna horizontally and vertically are directional. The simulated antenna bandwidth has met the uplink and downlink frequencies. Abstract

In the digital era, information boards have migrated from conventional forms to digital forms, hence the term digital signage. Digital signage is a digital device that has been programmed to display information through a monitor board, LCD TV, PLASMA TV, projectors, and digital billboards. Currently, it is very common for us to pay attention to an information board in offices, in lecture buildings, at airports, and train stations in the form of a flat screen monitor controlled by a computer. Among them, the media can only be placed in one place and it is relatively difficult to move. Therefore, the use of computers will be replaced by using raspberry pi as the operating medium. This research includes raspberry pi, RGB LED as a screen to display information and the web to change data or information displayed on the RGB LED screen. Based on the research conducted, it was found that data in the form of images or videos can be displayed on the RGB LED screen using the web.

Abstract

Nowadays, television is having a massive development, to fulfill the needs of the technology evolution which started from analog TV, it has advanced into digital TV. In this research, vivaldi antennathat was designed can work on digital TV frequency, that is at 478-694 MHz. Vivaldi antenna has several advantages, such as; simple structure, light weight, and most importanly ultra-wideband, so this antenna becomes a favorite tool in communication systems.The substrate of vivaldi antenna in this research is designed for using FR-4 with a dielectric permitivity is 4.6 mm. This antenna is designed with a type of antipodal vivaldi antenna by adding a triangular dielectric director to add the gain of antenna. The antenna is the simulated by using software simulator before being manufactured and measured. The mesuarement obtained vivaldi antenna that have been made to have a return loss of -18.86 and VSWR of 1.29 in the frequency range of 538.8-751.4 MHz, a gain of dBi, and unidirectional radiation patterns. With these characteristic results the antenna can work well at a frequency of 538.8-751.4 MHz.

Abstract

Wireless telemetry has the advantage of increasing productivity in accessing measurement data information in real time even when the user is not at the measurement location. Various types of methods are used to implement the telemetry system. One of the methods used is sending measurement data using Long Range (LoRa). LoRa has a small power consumption and can transmit data over a longer distance compared to Wifi technology. In this research, a prototype telemetry system will be built to transmit forest fire detection sensor data using LoRa communication. The system consists of 2 nodes where the maximum delivery reach reaches 700 meters for each node and the delivery delay reaches 23.22 seconds. The temperature and humidity sensor data have an accuracy of 4% and 8%, respectively. Sending sensor data can be displayed using Blynk. Keywords: LoRa, Telemetri, gateway, internet, sensor

Abstract

SMAS IT Mutiara adalah salah satu sekolah menengah yang ada di kota kecamatan pinggir kabupaten Bengkalis. Materi pelajaran yang diberikan pada sekolah ini seperti pada umumnya disekolah-sekolah SMA pada umumnya, yaitu materi Pendidikan formal sesuai dengan yang ada dikurikulum yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Padahal banyak siswa yang terpaksa tidak melanjutkan ke tingkat Pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan harus langsung bekerja setelah lulus. Kondisi inilah yang menyebabkan dibutuhkannya pengetahuan dan skill tambahan untuk bekal siswa-siswa tersebut setelah lulus. Skill-skill yang berkaitan dengan Teknologi Rekayasa Jaringan Telekomunikasi yang salah satunya berkaitan dengan Teknologi IoT teknologi yang saat ini sedang berkembang sangat penting untuk mereka kuasai. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka tim PkM dari Politeknik Caltex riau berinisiatif memberikan skill tambahan kepada siswa SMA tersebut sehingga memiliki bekal kemampuan lain disamping kemampuan akademik yang mereka terima di sekolah. Tim PkM telah memberikan pengetahuan berbentuk workshop pembuatan modul aplikasi IoT dengan diikuti oleh 23 Peserta. Dari hasil survey yang telah disebar ke peserta terkait workshop ini memberikan manfaat bagi peserta dengan persentase yang ditampilkan sebesar 100%. Terkait dengan keberlanjutan manfaat peserta menilai dirange baik sampai sangat baik yaitu 90-95%. Untuk penjelasan materi tersampaikan dengan baik, dengan nilai 100%. Sementara untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan secara keseluruhan, tingkat kepuasan peserta berada adalah 97,85%.
