Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaranya pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga jualterhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli mobil yaris. Metode Penelitian merupakan penelitian survey.Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak30 orang di Kota Bekasi.Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan sakla likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli mobil yaris. Begitu juga harga jua lmemberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli mobil yaris. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah kualitas produk dan harga jual mempunyai hubungan yangkuat terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli mobil yaris.

Abstract

Decreasing Performance of teacher it should concern to us all, Decreasing of teacher of courseaffective the quality of the learning process and will ultimately attact the quality of graduates .Increasingly poor performance of teachers may be due to many factors . the purpose of researchto analyze and examine the truth hypothesis about influence the working atmosphere to teacherperformance . the research using survey method the samples taken 30 people.The research instrument using likert scale each 25 question consist of :1 Working atmosphereinstrument 2.Working Instrument. Data analysis using descriptive statistic , simple analysisregresi linier and double regresi linier . Data Analysis done after the formal requirements andclassical assumption violation test result obtained by testing the hypohthesis that atmosphere haspositive working environment significant impact on teacher performance .The result can be used by school to enhance work motivation of teacher to improve theatmosphere of comfortable working environment.Keyword : Teacher, Performance Work Atmosphere

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of implementation of the Marketing InformationSystem (MkIS), especially the efforts and constraint-based constraints on information that canbe at. Astra Motor vehicle, which is located on the highway Ciputat, South Jakarta. A companythat is engaged in trading of motor vehicles, especially motorcycles Honda brand. PT. AstraMotor vehicle (Pondok Pinang) is an authorized dealer of PT. Astra International Inc., for theHonda brand vehicles, which include standard motor types, ducks types, scooter and also metictypes.Research methods used are based on survey research which described so as to produceinformation that can clarifi, the picture about the process of implementation of Marketing InformationSysterns (MkIS). Data obtained based on the observation and interviews and the literatureon computerized information systems marketing.Business developments that cause the company's advanced enough they did some adjustmentsand changes in the Marketing Information System since 2007. This change is to addresschallenges and constraints faced in the marketing field, so that the overall increase in sales onmarketing. This can be seen in sales data before and after the program Marketing InformationSystem should be applied more seriously within the company.Keywords: Marketing Information System
