Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the contribution of school organizational climate and academic supervision of the teacher’s teaching perpormance high schools in Kubu Raya district either partially or simultaneously. this study is an ex post facto study uses a quantitative approach to associantive forms. Population of 201 high school teachers in the state of Kubu Raya district. While the study sample was 134 teachers randomly selected by simple random sampling technique. data obtained by questionnaire instrument and analyzet with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed: (1) School Organizational climate in SMA of Kubu Raya district includes most of the categories the data quite well with the contribution of school organizational climate are 52.99%. While supervision in conducted the pincipal academic high schools in Kubu Raya district includes most of the categories quite well with the contribution of academic supervision are 40.30%. For the performance of teachers to teach high schools in Kubu Raya district includes most of the categories with the contribution performance of teachers are 42.54%, (2) There is a significant relationship between organizational climate schools with teachers teaching performance high schools in the District Kubu Raya, (3) There is a significant relationship between academic supervision by teachers teaching performance high schools in Kubu Raya District, (4) There is a significant relationship betweet school organizational climate and academic supervision together with teacher teaching performance high schools in the Distric Kubu Raya.Keyword: School Organizational Climate, Academic Supervision, Teacher’s Performance

Abstract

Proyeksi Kebutuhan Guru SMP, SMA dan SMK di Kecamatan Paloh Kabupaten Sambas Tahun 2016/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel yang mempengaruhi kebutuhan guru SMP, SMA dan SMK dan memberikan gambaran mengenai prospeknya dimasa mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analatik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan formula matematika. Proyeksi faktor diterminan yang mempengaruhi perhitungan kebutuhan guru secara umum menunjukkan kestabilan pada tahun 2010/2011 sampai tahun 2011/2012. Dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan guru, perlu memperhatikan jenis guru yang dibutuhkan. kebutuhan guru pada dasarnya mengacu pada proyeksi faktor-faktor diterminan yang mempengaruhi perhitungan kebutuhan guru itu sendiri. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, secara kuantitatif, pertumbuhan jumlah enrolment kurun waktu 5 tahun telah terakomodir dari besaran rombongan belajar pada tahun 2011/2012. Oleh karena itu, kebutuhan guru sampai pada tahun 2016/2017 akan sama dengan kebutuhan guru pada tahun 2011/2012. Kata kunci: proyeksi, kebutuhan , guru, faktor diterminan   Abstract: Projected Needs Teacher junior, high school and vocational school in District Paloh Sambas Regency Year 2016/2017. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables that affect the needs of junior high school teachers, high school and vocational school and provide an overview of future prospects. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach analatic. The data was collected through the study of engineering documentation, interviews, and observations. Descriptively analyzed using mathematical formulas. Projections determinant factors that affect the calculation of the needs of teachers in general showed stability in 2010/2011 until 2011/2012. In terms of meeting the needs of teachers, need to pay attention to the type of teachers needed. needs of teachers basically refers to the projection determinant factors that affect the calculation itself needs teacher. From the analysis performed, quantitatively, the number of enrollment growth over the next 5 years has been accommodated on the amount of classes in 2011/2012. Therefore, the teacher needs to the year 2016/2017 will be equal to the needs of teachers in the year 2011/2012. Keywords: projection, necessity, teachers, the determinant factor

Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is The Evaluation of Inclusive Education for Children with Special Needs in Elementary School of Pontianak Regency. This study aims to gather comprehensive information on the effectiveness inclusive education program. The research method used qualitative analysis by describing and explaining data from each evaluated component. The data of research includes principles of schools, supervisor teachers, classroom teachers, normal students, parents, and some officers of education department. The data was collected by interview, observation, documentation and questionnaire. The research findings on contextual component show that the legal process of inclusive education has not been shown clearly according to regulation of Education System in Indonesia. Based on the result of input component, it show that input students with special needs are outnumber over all population of students. According to the result of process component, it shows that the teaching plan, process and evaluation of teaching and learning in every aspect is good and also good. The research findings on product component demonstrate that academic aspect of students with special needs based on the result of School Examination and National Examination is good. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi yang komprehenship mengenai efektifitas program pendidikan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan dan memaknai data dari masing-masing komponen yang dievaluasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru pembimbing, guru kelas, siswa normal, orang tua siswa serta pejabat Dinas Pendidikan terkait. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil temuan komponen konteks menunjukkan konteks landasan hukum penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif secara jelas dan tegas belum tertuang dan ditemukan dalam UU Sistem Pendidikan Negara kita. Hasil temuan komponen input menunjukkan input ABK yang bersekolah jumlahnya cukup besar dibanding populasi seluruh siswa yang ada. Hasil temuan komponen proses menunjukkan kegiatan perencanaan, proses dan evaluasi pembelajaran untuk setiap aspek dinilai masuk dalam katagori baik dan cukup baik. Hasil temuan komponen produk menunjukkan produk perkembangan aspek akademik ABK berdasarkan nilai UAS dan UN dinilai cukup menggembirakan. Kata kunci : Evaluasi, Program, Pendidikan Inklusif

Abstract

Abstrak: Fokus penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMA Negeri 3 Sintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif. Sumber data  dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengawas Pembina , Kepala Sekolah , Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Staf Tata Usaha, dan siswa.Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru telah mampu mengelola sekolah dengan membuat program-program dan keberhasilan guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik Abstract : Foccus of this research is leadership of headmaster to raise pendagogical teacher competent at Senior High School 3 Sintang. The method use in this research is qualitative with descriptive approach Resource of the data in this research is builder supervisor, headmaster, deputy of headmaster, teacher, student. The data haved can to deep interview and documentation study. Data analysis haved to do with reduction data way, presentation dat way, and verification data way. Conclusion of this research is leadership of headmaster to raise techer pendagogical haved able to manage school with make programs and teacher can do learning process to be success.
