Abstract

Korupsi birokratis sampai saat ini belum mampu dituntaskan, karena masih banyak kasus korupsi yang menjerat pejabat publik baik ditingkat pusat, daerah dan bahkan di desa. Terdapat dua faktor yang menonjol sebagai penyebab maraknya praktek korupsi birokratis, yaitu: faktor manusia, dan faktor sistem. Faktor manusia menunjukkan bahwa setiap pegawai publik harus memiliki moralitas dan integritas yang tinggi untuk selalu menjalankan tugas pelayanan publik dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor sistem, menyangkut prosedur yang dimungkinkan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya potensi penyimpangan dengan memanfaatkan ITI dalam proses pelayanan publik. Untuk itu, diperlukan penataan sistem birokrasi yang kredibel dengan orientasi capaian kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Banishing Bureaucracy System sebagai strategi dalam membangun pemerintahan yang bersih, bebas dari unsur korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN), berupa program meredifinikan secara jelas visi, misi, tujuan dan fungsi utama pemerintah yaitu melayani masyarakat dengan mengedepankan perubahan dan dinamika sosial. Lima strategi perubahan sistem birokrasi itu, adalah: Strategi inti (centre strategy), Strategi konsekuensi (consequency strategy), Strategi pelanggan (customer strategy), dan Strategi budaya (cultural strategy).

Abstract

Abstract— Village regulations are statutory regulations established by the Village Head after being discussed and agreed with the Village Consultative Body. Village regulations are needed to organize village government, limit power, and regulate village community life in order to achieve the goals of the State of Indonesia. The problem inthis journal is how community participation in the formation of regulations. Basically, every village has a different pattern of behavior and community habits in daily life, so there needs to be a concrete rule in the village itself, namely in the form of Village Regulations. Likewise with Keraswetan Village, Geneng District, NgawiRegency,it is necessary to have an understanding of the importance of community participation in the formation of village regulations. The method used in the implementation of this community service uses the legal counseling method. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the importance of community participation in the formation of Village Regulations. Village regulations in principle are a village community decision that is used as the basis for implementing village government with the aim of regulating living together, protecting community rights and obligations, and maintaining community safety and order in administering village government in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of the community. The formation of Village Regulations must be in accordance with Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation and the process of forming village regulations based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages.

Abstract

The Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) sector is an industry that competes to advance the economy in Indonesia. One of the business fields that can develop and be consistent in the national economy, UKM must have a competitive strategy, including the advantages of high product quality and competitive prices. For example, one of the superior products of Baderan village is Suka Sari. Suka Sari is a brand of processed traditional herbal medicine in the form of powder which is the main product of Baderan Village. Suka Sari is produced by a home industry in Mlarik Hamlet RT.01 RW.01 Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. This research uses the methods of counseling, training, mentoring, use of technology, and partner participation. After the implementation of this community service, it can be concluded that the results of the activities are as follows: Partners' understanding of the need for good and healthy business management and empowerment must be improved. Professional business management training is needed to develop their business.There is assistance in the production process and marketing of products so that they can compete with competitors' products and Introduce appropriate technology (use of the internet for product marketing).

Abstract

This Study aims to examine and determine the effect of partially or simultaneously transformational leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office Of Madiun City. This research is a type of the ditrisbution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from previus research. The population in this study were employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City, amounting to 60 respondents with the method used for this study was the saturated sampling method. the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, t test, F test using SPSS version 25.00 program. The results of the hypothetical research show that the transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City with a significance value of 0,043. The motivation variable has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City with a significance value of 0,626. the job saticfaction variable has a positive and significan effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City with a significance value of 0,000. The variables of transformational leadership syle, motivation and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Officers of Madiun City. Key Word : Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Saticfaction, Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service is to provide understanding and legal awareness for the community in using social media. Legal counselling was conducted in Keraswetan village, Geneng sub-district, Ngawi district and other legal issues related to the conditions of each village. The use of social media must be realised by the community in order to have a positive impact on the progress of society. In this almost digital age, there are still many violations of social media. The method used in this activity is in the form of a directed discussion which begins with counselling/lecture then continued with direct questions and answers. The participants were community members, especially women and local community leaders. The community does not fully understand the use of social media. Through this legal counselling activity, every citizen is expected to be able to utilise existing social media for positive and beneficial interests, and to be wise in social media. By understanding the law, it is expected that there will be an increase in public legal awareness.
