<![CDATA[Background – Supervision of employees needs to be done optimally in order to achieve company goals. Supervision of employee attendance due to frequent absenteeism requires company action to be able to discipline employees. For example, the use of a fingerprint attendance machine in the Madiun City Regional Secretariat. Purpose – To know about the effect of effectiveness of fingerprint attendance application on employee discipline as measured using practical dimensions, accurate dimensions, and security dimensions. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research is quantitative research. The samples in this research are all of Madiun City Regional Secretariat employee. Their fingerprints have been recorded by the company. They numbered 159 people. Sampling technique use saturated sample. Data analysis in this research use multiple linier regression analysis. Result and discussion – This research result show that practical dimension, accurate dimension, and security dimension effect to discipline of work employee, partially and simultaneously in the Madiun City Regional Secretariat. Accurate dimension is dominant variable. Research Implication - The results of this study can be used as a reference in conducting performance appraisals and employee supervision. Limitations - This research was conducted at the Madiun City Regional Secretariat and is devoted to employees whose fingerprints have been registered on the fingerprint attendance machine.]]>

<![CDATA[This research purpose to know of affect gender, sourching channels, and placement on employee performance PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja. The number of respondens were 69 employee of PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja in Kawedanan Magetan. Sampling technique use sensus sampling. Analysis method in this research use multiple regression analysis with SmartPLS programme. The results show gender not affect on employee performance, Sourcing Channels affect on employee performance, and placement affect on employee performance. This research model is 59,9 percent, as much 40,5 percent formed by others variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. Based on data collected by the Government of Simbatan Village, Nguntoronadi Subdistrict, Magetan Regency in 2017, there are 39 people with disabilities in the village and 32 productive potential people were dominated by persons with intellectual disabilities. The purpose of this community service’s activity is to help people with intellectual disabilities and other disabilities in improving their skills and welfare. The steps of the activities are: 1. Facilitating the availability of materials, equipment and facilities needed for business capital of persons with disabilities; 2. Provide skills training and production of goods that can be made by persons with disabilities; 3. Ensure the sustainability of the business that has been initiated and developed; 4. Creating employment and data collection for persons with disabilities; and 5. Increasing business welfare and independence for persons with disabilities.The development of service activities is carried out by pioneering and making various types of skills / businesses that are artistic, economical and market oriented that can help provide employment opportunities for persons with disabilities through various business / production of goods, thus gaining income to meet their daily needs. Productive economic activities carried out by persons with disabilities are: 1. Making batik spattered (batik ciprat); 2. Making various handicrafts from various used plastic containers and patchworks; 3. Training in skills and other businesses according to market needs that can be done by persons with disabilities. Abstrak. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan oleh Pemerintah Desa Simbatan, Kecamatan Nguntoronadi, Kabupaten Magetan pada tahun 2017, ada 39 orang penyandang cacat di desa tersebut dan 32 orang berpotensi produktif didominasi oleh orang-orang dengan cacat intelektual. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu orang-orang dengan cacat intelektual dan cacat lainnya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Langkah-langkah kegiatannya adalah: 1. Memfasilitasi ketersediaan bahan, peralatan, dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk modal bisnis para penyandang cacat; 2. Memberikan pelatihan keterampilan dan produksi barang yang dapat dibuat oleh para penyandang cacat; 3. Memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis yang telah dimulai dan dikembangkan; 4. Menciptakan lapangan kerja dan pengumpulan data untuk para penyandang cacat; dan 5. Meningkatkan kesejahteraan bisnis dan kemandirian bagi para penyandang cacat. Pengembangan kegiatan layanan dilakukan dengan memelopori dan membuat berbagai jenis keterampilan / bisnis yang berorientasi artistik, ekonomis dan berorientasi pasar yang dapat membantu menyediakan peluang kerja bagi para penyandang cacat melalui berbagai bisnis / produksi barang, sehingga memperoleh penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari mereka. Kegiatan ekonomi produktif yang dilakukan oleh para penyandang cacat adalah: 1. Membuat batik ciprat (batik ciprat); 2. Membuat berbagai kerajinan dari berbagai wadah plastik bekas dan tambal sulam; 3. Pelatihan keterampilan dan bisnis lain sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar yang dapat dilakukan oleh para penyandang cacat.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. Tourism is a sector that supports the economy of a region which has a major influence on other sectors. Tourism is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This impact is increasingly seen with the existence of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) by the Government. At the Umbul Tourism Park located in Glonggonng village, Dolopo District, Madiun Regency, there are 49 street vendors at Umbul Tourism Park or Madiun Umbul Square who depend on selling their lives at tourist sites and are no longer selling. The solution provided by the Merdeka Madiun University service team for street vendors in Madiun Umbul Square who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic was to empower partners, namely by: 1) Strengthening economic resilience for partners due to the Covid-19 Pandemic; 2) improvement of partner's standard of living through new production business; 3) increasing cooperation among members with the principles of sharing and collaborating; 4) Managing waste into salable products; 5) Counseling on the importance of layout and hygiene for business premises; 6) Opening market access for production results outside the tourist park area. To achieve these goals, empowerment programs are carried out: 1) Counseling on the principles of sharing and collaborating; 2) Counseling on the importance of layout and hygiene of business premises; 3) Training on making knitting masks and connectors; 4) Training on worm maintenance and vermicompost production; 5) Training on making organic liquid fertilizer from household waste.Abstrak. Pariwisata merupakan sektor penopang ekonomi suatu wilayah yang memberikan pengaruh besar bagi sektor-sektor lainnya. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor paling terdampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Dampak tersebut semakin terlihat dengan adanya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Bermasyarakat) oleh Pemerintah. Di Taman Wisata Umbul yang terletak di desa Glonggonng, Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun, terdapat 49 pedagang kaki lima Taman Wisata Umbul atau Madiun Umbul Square yang menggantungkan hidup dari berjualan di lokasi Wisata dan kini sudah tidak berjualan lagi. Solusi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdian Universitas Merdeka Madiun untuk pedagang kaki lima Madiun Umbul Square yang terdampak pademi Covid -19 adalah pemberdayaan mitra, yakni dengan cara : 1) Menguatkan ketahanan ekonomi bagi mitra akibat Pandemi Covid-19; 2) Meningkatkan taraf hidup mitra melalui usaha produksi baru; 3) Meningkatkan kerja sama antar anggota dengan prinsip berbagi dan berkolaborasi; 4) Mengelola sampah menjadi produk bernilai jual; 5) Penyuluhan pentingnya tata letak dan higienitas bagi tempat usaha; 6) Membuka akses pasar bagi hasil produksi di luar wilayah taman wisata. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, program pemberdayaan yang dilakukan : 1) Penyuluhan Prinsip berbagi dan berkolaborasi; 2) Penyuluhan pentingnya tata letak dan higienitas tempat usaha; 3) Pelatihan pembuatan masker dan konektor rajut; 4) Pelatihan pemeliharaan cacing dan produksi kascing; 5) Pelatihan pembuatan pupuk cair organik dari limbah rumah tangga. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is untuk know and analyze implementation of administrative sanctions against the Civil Servant who commit disciplinary offenses; and to identify obstacles in administrative disciplinary sanctions on the Government of the State Civil Apparatus Mojokerto.This research was conducted in Mojokerto. As for the object of research is the Regional Employment Board Mojokerto. This research was conducted by direct interviews dengannarasumber research sites and relevant competent dengantopik proposed. The second approach is to memaparkansecara deskriprif various interviews and then do analisisterhadap data.The results of this study showed that the general implementation of sanctions in Mojokerto city government has not sepenuhnyamengikuti Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010. The administrative disciplinary sanctions in the State Civil Apparatus in Mojokerto still often get kendaladan barriers such as the length of the process to be followed in the provision of such sanctions , Omission committed by the employer for violations of discipline by the State Civil Apparatus and lack of awareness of the State Civil Apparatus in doing his duty as a servant of the state and public servant]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study were (1) To test / analyze the influence in partial leadership, work discipline and supervision of the State Civil Apparatus performance Mojokerto; (2) To examine / analyze the influence of variables simultaneously leadership, work discipline and supervision of the State Civil Apparatus performance Mojokerto; and (3) To examine / analyze the dominant influence on the performance of the State Civil Administrative Personnel Board Mojokerto.Respondents in this study is the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Employment Board Mojokerto totaling 89 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis.The findings showed that (1) partially no effect Significant variables of leadership, work discipline and supervision of the Administrative Performance at the State Civil Personnel Board Mojokerto; (2) simultaneously was no significant effect of leadership variable, work discipline and supervision of the Civil Administrative Performance at the State Personnel Board Mojokerto and (3) Variable leadership dominant influence on the performance in the State Civil Administrative Personnel Board Mojokerto.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— The existence of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun as a distributor must be used as the spearhead of the marketing of Semen Gresik products by increasing consumer buying interest. This study aims to determine the partially and simultaneously influence of price, promotion and distribution channels on consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun and the variables that have a dominant influence on consumer buying interest in this products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun. The population in this study were all distributor channels in PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun in 2020, totaling 137 distributors. The sample in this study was 102 distributors whose size was determined by the Slovin formula. Sampling using random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using t test, F test and standardized coefficients test. The results of the study are: 1) Price, promotion and distribution channels variables partially influences consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun, 2) Price, promotion and distribution channels variables simultaneously influences consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun, 3) Promotion is a variable that has a dominant influence on consumer buying interest in Semen Gresik products at distributor of PT Abadi Putera Wirajaya Karesidenan Madiun. Keywords—: Price; Promotion; Distribution Channels; Buying Interes.]]>

<![CDATA[he Covid-19 pandemic in various countries around the world, including Indonesia, has encouraged an increase in financial and banking transactions carried out by the public through internet banking services. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial literacy, digital marketing and word of mouth on the interest in using internet banking for customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Ponorogo during the Covid-19 pandemic. Population in this study were customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Ponorogo from November 2020 to November 2021, totaling 1552 customers. The research sample amounted to 100 people whose size was determined by the Slovins formula. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that; 1) Hypothesis 1 was rejected. This means that Financial literacy had no significant effect on customers' interest in using internet banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Hypothesis 2 was accepted. This means that digital marketing had a significant effect on customers' interest in using internet banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Hypothesis 3 was accepted. This means that word of mouth had a significant effect on the interest in using internet banking for customers of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. KC Ponorogo during the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Persons with disabilities are part of citizens who have the same rights and obligations as those who do not have disabilities. But often their existence is less recognized by the community. Lack of access to education, employment and so on makes it difficult for people with disabilities to live a life like normal society in general.According to Law of Republic Indonesia Number 8 of 2016, persons with disabilities are those who experience physical, intellectual, mental, and / or sensory limitations for a long period of time who interact with the environment can experience obstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectively with citizens. others are based on equal rights. One of the efforts so that persons with disabilities get the rights and obligations in the state is empowered. One form of empowerment is providing various skills training.The community service activities in Simbatan Magetan aim to find out the process of implementing various skills and assistance. Starting from how the implementation of skills training, such as what empowerment is done, how the level of success, as well as what becomes an obstacle in the empowerment process so that it can be independent.These skills training activities are endeavored to provide changes to persons with disabilities, those who were previously helpless became empowered, independent, brave, able to socialize well, even earn income from the skills they made, even though there were several obstacles faced. Keywords—: empowerment; persons with disabilities; independence.]]>

<![CDATA[Rose (Rosa hybrida L.) is classified as the genus Rosa and is an ornamental flower plant in the form of herbs with thorny stems. Roses have many types, one of which is a type of sowing roses that are widely grown in Tapak Village, Panekan Subdistrict. Sowing roses can be used as a support for daily economic needs by residents in Tapak Village. In addition, rose plants can be used as conservation plants, if planted on a bench terrace on sloping land. The Panekan area is an area declared by the Magetan Regency Government as an area prone to landslides. Until now the terraces of sloping land in Tapak Village are often not utilized with terrace reinforcing plants, so land degradation is increasing and expanding, mainly due to the high level of soil erosion, especially in sloping areas. Utilization of conservation techniques with rose plants on sloping lands prone to erosion can reduce degradation of soil fertility. Therefore it is necessary to provide assistance for: 1) planting a terrace with rose plants; 2) supply of rose seeds and non-dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers. Community service activities are held from October to December 2018. Each partner farmer is given training and is facilitated to supply sowing roses and compost plus for nurseries. The method of activity uses a group approach, field meeting, farmer course. The mentoring activity was carried out with a pattern of rural appraisal Participatory, namely working with members of farmer groups in Tapak Village. The results of the mentoring activities were carried out to increase the income of sowing rose farmers and reduce degradation on sloping land.]]>
