Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the efficiency of the price of the factors of production are allocated to the business floating net nila fish; and (2) comparing the economic efficiency of enterprises nila fish floating net between large business scale and small-scale enterprises. Efficient allocation of production factors to the overall price is not efficient. Efficiency has not been reached on the allocation of seed input and the outpouring of labor, which is the input for the second allocation should be increased so that the allocation can be optimized. Technically, there is a difference between the input allocation efficiency of business karamba jaring large scale tilapia fish floating on a small scale, on a scale where small businesses can allocate an optimal feed input rather than large-scale enterprises. Thus, this means that small-scale economically more efficient than large-scale enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the performance of technology processing business cracker cork fish in Banjar district; and (2) analyze the factors that affect  revenue processing business cracker cork fish in Banjar district. The research was conducted in the village of Sungai Alang, Karang Intan Subdistrict, Banjar District, as one of the villages located Groups Processors and Marketers (poklahsar) fish crackers cork in Banjar Regency, with the object of research the processing of fish cracker cork incorporated in poklahsar fish cracker cork. The results showed that the performance of technology,  processing business  cork fish crackers develops well, after the processors belonging to the group processors and marketers (poklahsar), which is characterized by increasing the quantity and quality of production. Operating revenues fish cracker processing real cork influenced by the volume of fish that is processed, the amount of the loan capital and business scale, where the regression coefficient of each variable with the probability of positive-value <0.01 or valid at test level of 99%.

Abstract

One way to use house yard land to achieve household food security is to use the hydroponic method. Farming with the hydroponic method in utilizing narrow land in urban areas or in housing is not something new, but in the Semangat Karya Village, Barito Kuala Regency, it is still many do not know clearly how to grow a garden with the wick hydroponic method. The selection of the wick hydroponic system is because according to the Kementan (2018) this system is the simplest hydroponic model using a wick that connects plant pots with nutrient solution media. Therefore this service activity aims to provide knowledge and training to support skills in farming using the wick hydroponic method. This community service activity begins with filling out the pretest questionnaire followed by a presentation of the delivery of the material, then a demonstration of the direct method or practice and ends with the provision of a posttest questionnaire. The results showed that the wick system hydroponic training was able to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of partners in plant cultivation using the wick system hydroponic method.

Abstract

One of the ways to utilize the yard of the house is by using the aquaponics method and cultivating fish in buckets (budikdamber). The activity of keeping or raising fish using limited land is something that is quite difficult to do in the Semangat Karya Village, Barito Kuala Regency, which is dominated by swamps. There is no assistance in empowering village communities in fish farming activities, which is the main factor in the lack of community interest. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide knowledge and training to support skills in cultivating fish in buckets (budikdamber) and aquaponics. The method for implementing this service activity begins with filling out a pre-test questionnaire, presentation of material by the supervisor, then continues with a post-test and activities to assist participants in cultivating fish in buckets (budikdamber) and aquaponics. The result is an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills in bucket fish cultivation (budikdamber) and aquaponics in the village of Semangat Karya, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar curahan tenaga kerja dan upah yang diperoleh petani, biaya penerimaan dan pendapatan petani serta pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja dan teknologi pertanian terhadap produksi padi pada usahatani padi lokal di Desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2023. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Jumlah curahan tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi lokal sebanyak 2.517 HOK dengan sistem upah harian. Dalam pelaksanaan usahatani biaya total rata-rata/petani Rp. 10.806.582/musim, produksi padi lokal rata-rata/petani 4.933 kg/musim dan harga jual rata-rata/kg Rp. 3.500, penerimaan rata-rata/petani Rp.12.775.000/musim, pendapatan rata-rata/petani Rp. 8.935.683/musim. Pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja (X1) dan teknologi pertanian (D) terhadap produksi (Y) padi secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Pengaruh curahan tenaga kerja (X1) dan teknologi pertanian (D) terhadap produksi (Y) padi secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata Kunci : Curahan Tenaga Kerja; Usahatani; Padi Lokal
