Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan menganalisis tentang perkembangan bisnis Taco Bell di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh Taco Bell di Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa pengumpulan data. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Salah satu faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhi pemasaran Taco Bell di Indonesia adalah persaingan yang ketat di pasar restoran cepat saji. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mendapat kesimpulan bahwa Taco Bell masih bisa bersaing di Indonesia dengan berbagai strategi yang diterapkan. kata Kunci : Bisnis, Taco Bell, Persaingan, Strategi

Abstract

The quality of motor vehicles, especially cars, is very important when used in various conditions. Car manufacturers/sellers are required to ensure the quality of their products. Consumers as buyers/consumers or users must receive protection from the quality of the products they buy. If the product consumed by consumers has hidden defects, it is appropriate for consumers to be given legal protection, so that in the future there will be no legal problems. Legal certainty regarding consumer protection needs to be understood by consumers, aiming for consumers to have the knowledge to make claims, as well as receive appropriate after-sales service from producers/sellers. Therefore, consumers need to be protected by the positive laws that apply in Indonesia. The law used for consumer protection is the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. If there are legal issues related to products that are not suitable for consumption by consumers, consumers have several ways to settle through legal channels, namely through courts or alternative dispute resolution outside the court. So that in the future the relationship between the seller/manufacturer and the buyer/consumer has balance in the eyes of the law, and has legal certainty that can be accounted for.

Abstract

Musik merupakan suatu seni yang sering didengar baik sedang sedih maupun bahagia dari berbagai kalangan. Lirik dari sebuah lagu ini sangat sulit dibuat jika belum memiliki pengalaman didalam dunia permusikan. Dengan adanya teknologi kecerdasan buatan maka lirik dari sebuah lagu ini bisa dibuatkan agar membantu para masyarakat ataupun artis yang baru terjun ke dunia musik. Dengan menggunakan Natural Language Processing agar mesin bisa memahami bahasa manusia dan juga menggunakan algoritma markov chain untuk menghitung probabilitas dari kata sebelumnya untuk menentukan kata berikutnya maka akan bisa dibuatkan sebuah sistem kecerdasan buatan yang bisa melakukan generate lagu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website yang bisa melakukan generate lirik lagu baru dari artis-artis yang ada yang diberi nama Lyrichisty.

Abstract

Boarding houses, commonly known as "kost," are residential places typically rented by individuals, serving a function similar to hotels, but with more affordable pricing. With the proliferation of boarding house businesses, residents and newcomers in Batam city face challenges in selecting suitable accommodation based on both price and amenities. Leveraging machine learning, a branch of artificial intelligence (AI), and incorporating various algorithms, a system can be developed to predict the rental prices of boarding houses. This helps individuals make informed decisions regarding the suitability of a boarding house based on their preferences and budget. The algorithms utilized in this study are Linear Regression and Random Forest. The modeling process resulted in R2 Scores, with Linear Regression achieving a score of 64%, while Random Forest outperformed with an impressive 99% R2 Score. Due to the higher R2 Score of Random Forest, this model was selected for the development of a website using the Scrum framework. The outcome of this research is a predictive pricing website for boarding houses, offering a valuable tool for residents and visitors in Batam when seeking to rent or lease a boarding house.
