Abstract

In one of the community service study activities, mentoring students of KKN (Lectures for Real Work) in Jatirejo Village has the potential of marine fisheries in the area of Pasuruan Regency. The condition of the problems faced so far, namely the lack of utilization of marine waste products that have not been managed properly into handicrafts so as to increase the selling value of marine waste that is optimal, lack of knowledge of processing plastic waste products as a craft bag, tissue place, making paving etc., lack of understanding the community to manage the business, both in terms of marketing and finance from the owners of MSMEs in Jatirejo Village, so that the work of the Jatirejo village community is only sold around the Lekok subdistrict. The method of using Participatory Action Research (PAR) is assisting community participation in carrying out activities to improve welfare, especially business management and marketing training, shellfish craft training and the manufacture of plastic packaging water bags, training in the manufacture of plastic paving. The results achieved by the Harmony and RARA Store UMKM online marketing systems have a positive impact, namely an increase in monthly turnover of 33% for each UMKM.

Abstract

The development of fossil fuel transportation continues to increase massively every time, and this condition is terrible news for the environment worldwide because the impact of gas emissions produced from burning fossil fuels is quite damaging to the environment. For this reason, based on the problems above, every country, including Indonesia, needs to contribute to maintaining and caring for environmental conditions from the threat of damage caused by pollution from burning fossil fuels. One of the efforts made by the Indonesian government to overcome this is to develop electric vehicles in collaboration with KEMRISTEK through the Indonesian Electric Car Championship (KMLI) event, which involves universities in Indonesia. One of the main parts of an electric car is the frame or chassis; for this reason, the author tries to design the best Frame for an electric car. Other leading factors such as the value of Stress, Deformation, and Factor of Safety, the method researchers use in this study is the Finite Element Method. The results showed that the frame did not fail and could meet the safety standards that the author had set.

Abstract

Pembangunan konstruksi dengan logam pada masa sekarang ini banyak melibatkan unsur pengelasan Pengelasan yang di gunakan dari Jenis dari las busur elektroda terbungkus salah satunya adalah las SMAW (Shielding Metal Arc Welding). Pengelasan ini menggunakan elektroda E6013 atau RD-260 dengan diameter 2,6 mm, maka arus yang digunakan berkisar antara 115-165 Amper. Penentuan besar arus dalam pengelasan ini mengambil 80 A, 90 A dan 100 A. Pengambilan 100 A dimaksudkan sebagai pembanding dengan interval arus diatas. Mekanisme penelitian disusun untuk menentukan langka-langka percobaan agar diperoleh data-data yang tepat, sesuai dengan karakteristik dan tujuan penelitian mekanisme percobaan yang dipersiapkan 9 spesimen benda uji baja Jis G3350 yang akan dilakukan sambungan las dan di teruskan uji kekuatan tarik dan mikrostruktur. Data dari hasil eksperimen pada baja Jis G3350 Uji Impact yang terbesar pada percobaan 5 dengan arus 90A yaitu harga impact 2,417 joule/mm2 dengan besar energi 72.499 joule, kemudian percobaan 1,2,3 dengan arus 80A harga impak 2,343 joule/mm2 dengan besar energi 70,301 joule. Harga impak 2,324 joule/mm2 dengan besar energi 69,714 joule pada percobaan 6 dengan arus 90A, selanjutnya percobaan 7 menghasilkan harga impak 2,301 joule/mm2 dengan besar energi 69,030 joule dengan arus 100A. Percobaan 4 dengan arus 90A harga impak yang terjadi sebesar 2,277 joule/mm2 dengan besar energi 68,298 joule, pada percobaan 9 besarnya harga impak 2,132 joule/mm2 dengan besar energi sebesar 63,950 joule dengan arus 100A. Percobaan 8 harga impak 2,062 joule/mm2 besar energi yang terjadi 61,849 joule dengan besar arus 100A. hasil dari percobaan yang dilakukan pada uji struktur mikro pada percobaan arus 80 A menunjukkan jumlah butir 1.784 dengan besaran 4,8 μm.
