Abstract

Jl. Raya Nginden - Jl. Raya Panjang Jiwo intersection is an intersection that has a high density level, especially at peak hour, it can be seen from the length of the queue. The aim of this study is to determine the intersection performance in existing conditions and the next 5 (five) years and give a recommendation for improving an intersection performance. For analyzing intersection traffic performance using Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method (PKJI 2014). Primary data in this study are traffic volume, intersection geometric conditions, and cycle times. While secondary data in this study are population data, vehicle growth data, and traffic data from CCTV. Data retrieval in one day of weekday and one day of weekend. The results show that the degree of saturation (DJ) of existing (in 2018) on Wednesday, North approach is 1.45, South 1.35, West 0.76, East 1.49 and existing DJ on Sunday approaching North 0.80, South 0.88, West 0.69 and East 1.12. For traffic performance in the next five years (in 2023) with existing cycle and phase times, DJ on Wednesday, North approach is 2.36, South 2.20, West 1.24, East 2.43 and DJ values on Sunday, North approach is 1.30, South 1.42, West 0.95 and East 1.81. For traffic performance improving at the intersection is made an alternative with changing the cycle time and movement phase which show the results in existing DJ (2018) on Wednesday for North approach is 0.86, South 0.92, West 0.77, East 0.43 and DJ on Sunday for North approach is 0.52 , South 0.67, West 0.52 and East 0.28. For the next five years' traffic performance (in 2023), DJ on Wednesday for North approach is 1.45, South 1.67, West 1.35, East 0.91 and existing DJ on Sunday for North approach is 0.88, South 1.22, West 0.92 and East 0.60.

Abstract

Water is very important for the survival of living things in this world. Therefore there needs to be a balance between the needs and availability of water, including the need for water in agricultural areas. Water requirements in agricultural areas such as Tawangsari irrigation areas, especially paddy fields, are influenced by several factors, namely; Evapotranspiration, layer replacement, and effective rainfall. The availability of Tawangsari irrigation water from the very limited Tawangsari Dam is a major problem in the Tawangsari irrigation area. From the above problems, it is necessary to study the efficiency of water requirements in the irrigation area by analyzing effective rain, irrigation water needs and the availability of irrigation water. The analysis referred to the Irrigation Planning Criteria 01. From the results of the analysis it could be concluded that the water discharge was very sufficient and could be used to irrigate new land, while the calculation of the amount of water needs was greater than the water available in the dry season. Then from that another alternative was needed, namely by a water distribution rotation system and replacement of the water layer according to the available water so that the available water discharge could be sufficient for the needs.

Abstract

Phase determination and traffic control systems are usually more emphasized at locations where road intersections or intersections occur. Because at the meeting of two or more roads this results in a point of conflict that ultimately results in traffic jams. The purpose of this study is to overcome the traffic congestion on Jalan Menur Pumpungan required a good traffic regulation in terms of the level of service and safety for motorists. The method used unsigned intersection performance in this study refers to the source of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The results of this study indicate the degree of saturation of the Menur Pumpungan Intersection in 2019 DS is 0.58. For forecasting the coming year in 2021 DS will be 0.75. While in 2031 DS 0.95. Level of service (Los) for each intersection in 2019 is DS = 0.58 and Los = C (Enough), in 2021 it is DS = 0.75 Los = C (Enough), while in 2031 it is DS = 1.211 and Los = D (Less).

Abstract

SMPN 3 Blitar it will be build on Ciliwung street. It was one of access roads to Blitar City. SMPN 3 Blitar it will be operated in 2019, then has to knowed the impact of development on the performance of traffic around it. This study aims to determine the degree of saturation of existing, operating time, and five years after SMPN 3 Blitar was operated. The analysis of this study is using Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM). The Primary data in this study is peak hour traffic volume, intersection geometric conditions, and the cycle time for signalized intersections around the site. While the secondary data in this study is the road network, an Origin Destination (OD), the GDP, and Blitar population. The analysis was started with calculating the flow of traffic at peak hours, the capacity of the intersection, and the degree of saturation. The results of the analysis of the degree of saturation (DS) was indicated that the value of the intersection on the condition of the existing DS (2016), which has a value ≥ 0.750 is the intersection of the Ciliwung-Bendo. While the value of DS at the time of SMPN 3 Blitar operation (2019), which has a value ≥ 0.750 is the intersection of the Ciliwung-Bendo. And the value of DS at five years after SMPN 3 Blitar was operated (2021), which has a value ≥ 0.750 is the intersection of the Ciliwung-Bendo.

Abstract

AbstractEvery Activities center as school, university, department store, shop, station, terminal, and others can causes movements of vehicles or people. Restaurant or cafe is one of activities center that causes movements of vehicles or people. The purpose of this research is to know the best model of trip attraction of private vehicles to the restaurant or cafe, and the private vehicles in this research is car and motorcycle that entered to parking place, and the locations in this research are McDonald’s, Kafetien88, Double Dipps, Pizza Hut, SAS Cafe & Resto, and Waroeng SS.The analysis of this research is using multiple regression method. In this research using two dependent variable (Y) and they are total motorcycle (Y1) and total car (Y2), and the independent variable (X) is land area (X1) and building area (X2), parking area (X3), total of table (X4), total of employee(X5), and total of menu (X6). The primer data in this research is traffic counting and the secondary data is land area, building area, parking area, total of table, total of employee, and total of menu. The analysis was started with multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination and correlation test. The model of trip attraction of motorcycle (Y1) = -24.074 + 0,134 X2 + 1,087 X4 (R2 = 0,978) and the model of trip attraction of private car (Y2) = 1,118 + 0,033 X1+ 0,183 X4 (R2 = 0,994). Keywords: linier regression, modeling, restaurant, Surabaya,trip attraction  AbstrakSetiap pusat aktivitas seperti sekolah, universitas, pusat perbelanjaan atau mall, toko, stasiun, terminal, dan lain-lain akan menghasilkan pergerakan baik kendaraan maupun orang. Rumah makan merupakan salah satu pusat kegiatan yang menghasilkan pergerakan baik kendaraan maupun orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model tarikan perjalanan terbaik untuk kendaraan pribadi yang menuju rumah makan, dan kendaraan pribadi pada penelitian ini adalah sepeda motor dan mobil yang masuk parkir lokasi studi dan lokasi studi pada penelitian ini adalah McDonald’s, Kafetien88, Double Dipps, Pizza Hut, SAS Cafe & Resto, dan Waroeng SS. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel terikat (Y), yaitu jumlah sepeda motor (Y1) dan jumlah mobil pribadi (Y2), dan variabel bebas (X) adalah luas tanah (X1), luas bangunan (X2), luas lahan parkir(X3), jumlah meja makan (X4), jumlah keryawan(X5), dan jumlah menu makanan (X6). Data primer pada penelitian ini adalah survei kendaraan yang masuk parkir dan data sekunder pada penelitian ini adalah luas tanah, luas bangunan, luas lahan parkir, jumlah meja makan, jumlah karyawan, dan jumlah menu makanan. Analisis diawali dengananalisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji determinasi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis model tarikan perjalanan sepeda motor (Y1) = -24.074 + 0,134 X2 + 1,087 X4 (R2 = 0,978) dan tarikan perjalanan mobil pribadi (Y2) = 1,118 + 0,033 X1+ 0,183 X4 (R2 = 0,994). Kata Kunci: Kota Surabaya,pemodelan, regresi linier, rumah makan, tarikan perjalanan
