Abstract

Total fertility rate has declined globally but running very slowly, it is occurred because of the low use of long-term contraception. Long Term implant cotraception method more effective to control the population by preventing unwanted pregnancy. The aims of this study to determine the factors of related to the using of implants contraception method among women in reproductive ageat Puskesmas Namo Rambe Kecamatan Namo Rambe. This study use dacross-sectional analytic and the number of sample is 96 women in reproductive age (PUS) which selected by systematic random sampling.The data analysis was done by using univariate, bivariate with chi square test and multivariate logistic regression.It can be assumed that the percentage of implant use in women of reproductive age (PUS) at Puskesmas teladan of Medan was 35,5%. The variables that have a statistically significant correlation to the use of implants are husband’s support (p = 0,001), access to health facilities (p = 0,001) and cultural values (p = 0,002). 38,5% possibility of implant use relates to some variables, they are cultural values, access to health facilities and husband’s support . Most of the related factors for implants use is good husband’s support about implants.

Abstract

The Relationship between Service Quality and Inpatient Satisfaction at Kabanjahe Hospital Kab. Karo in 2019. Thesis, Department of Public Health, Faculty of Public Health, Deli Husada Deli Tua Health Institute. (Supervised by Ns. Megawati Sinambela, S.Kep.,M.Kes) Background: The hospital is a complete and complex health service center. Hospitals are very close to human life so that wherever they are located, hospitals are almost never empty. According to Article 1 of Law Number 14 of 2009, a hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. This study aims to determine that there is a relationship between service quality and inpatient satisfaction. at Kabanjahe Hospital, Kab. Karo of 2019. Methods: This type of research is using a quantitative research design, so the research uses a cross sectional approach, which is a study to study the dynamics of the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable by means of an observation approach or data collection at once (point time approach). .. The sampling technique is accidental sampling, which is done by taking cases or respondents who happen to exist or are available in a place according to the research context. Where the sample in this study were 80 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique used Chi-Square. Results: a significant relationship with the dependent variable, namely patient satisfaction, obtained by respondents who answered quite well as many as 54, the highest among all variables with p = 0.000 and , it was stated that there was a significant relationship between the relationship between health service quality and patient satisfaction at Kabanjahe Hospital Kab. Karo of 2019. Conclusion: This study means that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at Kabanjahe Hospital Kab. Karo of 2019.

Abstract

Factors Associated with the Quality of Public Health Services at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital Medan in 2021. Thesis, Department of Public Health, Faculty of Public Health, Deli Husada Delitua Health Institute. This study aims to analyze the relationship of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy with the quality of health services at RSU Mitra Medika Amplas Medan. The population of this study were patients at Mitra Medika Amplas Hospital, Medan. In the sample can be 99 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The method used in this study was analyzed by Chi-Square test. The results of the research on tangible variables in the good category reached 79.3%. The reliability variable obtained 80.3%. The responsiveness variable was obtained 78.5%. Assurance variable obtained 80.5%. Empathy variable obtained 78.9%. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy variables with the quality of health services at Mitra Medika Amplas Medan General Hospital in 2021.
