Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of the influence of services from Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles simultaneously affect customer satisfaction PT SVMG - Medan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, namely research that aims to describe or describe the properties (characteristics) of a situation or object of research, which is carried out through the collection and analysis of quantitative data and statistical testing. The test equipment in this study uses multiple linear regression models using t test and F test. The results of the F test prove that the variables of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4) and tangibless (X5) simultaneously have a significant effect on Y (Customer Satisfaction ). The results of the t test prove that only responsiveness (X2), empathy (X4) and tangibles (X5) variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation at Sampali Asri PT Kurnia Medan. This research using descriptive data analysis, multiple regression analysis with t-test (test partial), F test (simultaneous test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). This research test equipment using multiple linear regression model. The conclusion that can be drawn from the test results, the stimulatory and partial leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation

Abstract

The Medan City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Office is one of the regional apparatuses in Medan in carrying out government tasks and affairs in the field of cooperative management and small and medium businesses with the scope of work helping the Mayor of Medan. The problem faced is high competition between cooperative and non-cooperative participants who are external rivals, the low number of visitors or consumers who come to the Medan City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service Office. As well as product quality and location needs to be reviewed. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Location on Purchasing Decisions at the Medan City Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service Office. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 75 respondents. The model is used with Multiple Regression and is processed through SPSS Ver, 22.0. The results showed that the Product Quality, Price, and Location respectively had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Quality, Price, and Location Simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Adjusted R. Sguare, 0.843 or 84.3%, namely Product Quality, Price, and Location of 84.3% and the composition is explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether career development, leadership and competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Medan. The data analysis technique used is quantitative method with the help of SPSS version 20.0 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Access Medan and a sample of 95 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that career development, leadership and competence partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Medan.Keywords: career development, leadership, competence, performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji penggunaan keuangan digital terhadap pendapatan UKM. Action Plan dilakukan pada setiap strategi evaluasi dimulai dengan mendefinisikan serangkaian konsep teori, tingkat analisis yang relevan, dan indikator yang terukur serta sumber daya yang tersedia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-PLS (SEM-PLS) dengan teknik-teknik statistika yang memungkinkan pengujian suatu rangkaian hubungan yang relatif kompleks. Hubungan yang kompleks dapat dibangun antara satu atau beberapa idikator dengan satu atau beberapa variabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penggunaan keuangaan digital yang diproxy kan oleh financial knowladge berpengaruh positif dan siginikan terhadap pendapatan UKM di Kelambir Lima. Penggunaan keuangaan digital yang diproxy kan oleh financial behaviour berpengaruh negatif dan tidak siginikan terhadap pendapatan UKM di Kelambir Lima. Penggunaan keuangaan digital yang diproxy kan oleh financial attitude berpengaruh positif dan siginikan terhadap pendapatan UKM di Kelambir Lima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh pekerja informal dan platform digital terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui studi kasus penyedia layanan online di Desa Kelambir V, di Kabupaten Deli Serdang kecamatan Hamparan Perak. Hubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan klausa, yaitu hubungan sebab akibat yang timbul dari variabel bebas yaitu (X1) Perilaku Pekerja Informal dan (X2) Platform Digital terhadap (Y) Kepuasan Layanan Daring. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan pengabdian yang dilakukan pada Desa Kelambir V, di Kabupaten Deli Serdang kecamatan Hamparan Perak, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 s/d Februari 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Pekerja Informal mempengaruhi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Layanan Daring oleh pengguna pada Desa Kelambir V. (2) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Platform Digital mempengaruhi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Layanan Daring oleh pengguna pada Desa Kelambir V. (3) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pengaruh Pekerja Informal dan Platform Digital mempengaruhi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Jasa Layanan Daring oleh pengguna pada Desa Kelambir V.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative model, and while the respondents in this study are all employees who are in the company Parkson Center Point Medan which amounts to 33 people. The data in this study is primary by using questionnaires and distribution of questionnaires to employees. From the results of research data processing, obtained number 2,426> table 1.69, the conclusion is that the Compensation variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. And the results of research data processing, obtained number 3,895> table 1.69 then the conclusion is that the communication variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance
