The development of Islamic finance industry in many countries, it has not been in line with the Moslem population, because beside the potential demand reason, theIslamic financial industry services is also influenced by knowledge and regulation support.This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and regulation toward the development of the Islamic financial industry. The study uses secondary data from ICD publications in 2013-2019 period for 41 countries. The data were analyzed using the panel data regression and moderating variables, where knowledge has been estimated as a moderating variable for the regulations effect on the Islamic financial industry development. The results showed that: (1) the regulation and the level of knowledge had a positive significant effect to the Islamic finance industry development; and (2) the knowledge variable becomes the moderator between regulation and the development of the Islamic financial industry. This shows that the knowledge would encourage the strengthening of the regulatory effect on the development of Islamic finance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh investasi asing langsung, nilai tukar, dan ekspor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kawasan ASEAN. jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diakses melalui website worldbankdata.com dalam bentuk data panel periode 2008 sampai 2019. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi data panel. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa (1) investasi asing langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara asean; (2) kurs berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ASEAN; (3) ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ASEAN. This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling rice in terms of Islamic economic aspects in the Torobulu market, Laeya District, South Konawe Regency. The type of data used in this research is descriptive qualitative data. Methods of data collection by direct observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is where the data obtained are analyzed and presented in the form of tables and then given explanations and conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the practice of buying and selling rice in terms of the Islamic economic aspect in the Torobulu market, Laeya District, South Konawe Regency had not been implemented very well where in 8 (eight) indicators including the sale and purchase price transactions of 80% carried out according to Islamic law, 100% contract is carried out according to Islamic law, 100% bargaining is not carried out according to Islamic law, 100% price agreement is carried out according to Islamic law, 70% free of tadlis is carried out according to Islamic law, 30% free of gharar according to Islamic law, 100% hospitality according to Islamic law, mutual pleasure of 100% doing according to Islamic law.
