Abstract

Hasan's Hadith is a Hadith whose sanad is to be continued, by a fair narrator but is not very strong in his memory, and is protected from anomalies and diseases. To eliminate the mistake between the Sahih Hadith and the Hadith Hasan, the most important thing about this limitation, is that justice in the Hadith Hasan is carried on the Sahih Hadith attached to the narrators who are really strong in their memories. But both are free from incongruity and disease. Both can be used as evidence and their contents can be used as reinforcement in taking / referral. Hasan's Hadith is one of the discussions of this paper which according to the scholars also differed in its definition. This difference occurs pbecause there are some scholars of Hadith who classify Hasan Hadith as a Hadith who occupies a position between the Hadith and the Hadith Da'eef. But there are also those who include it as part of the Hadith Da'eef that can be used as proof of the hadith.

Abstract

Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy is a scholar, expert on Jurisprudence, expert on Tafsir Al-Quran, Hadith expert and Indonesian academic. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy is also a figure who is an expert in the field of Hadith, he has many views in the field of Hadith as well as on Daif Hadith. In addition, he is a prolific scholar who has ideas about Islam. In line with the main research, this study aims to find out an explanation of the steps of the Daif Hadith according to Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, to find out the views of Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy and the ulama in responding to the Daif Hadith. The research method of this thesis is a type of qualitative research, the source of the research is to collect data that has been found previously so that it can be understood easily by the author which is very necessary so that it can be known related to Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy's Thoughts on Daif Hadith. This research is also classified as library research, where the author will utilize data sources in the form of literature related to the discussion.               Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that in determining the authenticity of the Hadith Hasbi has his own opinion regarding the conditions for the acceptance of the Hadith Sanad which can be said to be Sahih, namely Ittisal al-sanad (continuation of the sanad), Shadb (safe from oddities or not contrary to a more sophisticated history), Congratulations from illat, All narrators are fair, All narrators are Dhabit. If any of these conditions fail then the Hadith becomes Daif. Regarding Daif Hadith, Hasby As-Shiddieqy argues that all scholars do not agree to allow Daif Hadith to be used as evidence to establish a law. Daif Hadith can only be used as a charity for the practice of Sunnah. Here it is emphasized that there are different definitions of practice with fadhail charity. Practice is the thing that is recommended to be done while the fadhail of charity is the virtue or reward after doing a deed.

Abstract

Bid'ah is creating and starting something for the first time and there is no related experience about that. It can be interpreted as a path in religion that is made up (without any evidence or instructions) resembles the Syariat (Islamic teachings). This type of research is library research using the hadith approach. In obtaining the data, several studies of hadith related to the views of scholars regarding bid'ah are presented. Regarding to this interpretation, it was found that first, bid'ah is an act that is prohibited in Islamic teachings because bid'ah is additions in terms of aqidah and worship that are not contained in Islamic law. Second, heresy is Al-Ikhdas, which is making up something new that has no previous example. Third, something new is based on religion, meaning that an act that is made up is connected with religious teachings and the perpetrator believes in.

Abstract

Babura Village is one of the different Villages in the Medan Sunggal District area. Medan City, North Sumatra Province, which still has a Muslim minority in every corner of the region. after the author made observations, it was found that in the Kelurahan there is a community called Community of Friends of Hijrahku which was founded by Ahmad Kami in Babura Village, Medan Sunggal District, North Sumatra. , removing the partition of differences between Harakah without violating the Shari'a and imparting knowledge and skills to the community according to Islamic and Shari'a values.
