Abstract

The geometry concept has been developed rapidly, one of them is about fractal geometry. In fractal geometry concept, it has been discussed about shapes which have fractal dimension characteristics. In fractal geometry concept, it would resulted in a look like irregular shape. But if it had been observed closer, it would found a regular shape. Self-similarity is a characteristic in fractal geometry when diferent magnifications was found. In fractal concept, a pattern would be obtained from a function itteration by an infinite repetition. One of fractal geometry application is in batik design fabrications. This idea based on equality dimension, that is both of them is in fractal dimension. In fractal geometry, it will result in a specific design by itterated function using Wolframs a program.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about intuition and its role in shaping students' mathematical reasoning abilities. In the discussion of the philosophy of mathematics intuition plays an important role. Intuition has been discussed by philosophers of mathematics for centuries. It is said that intuition is a provisional guess. In relation to mathematical reasoning ability, it is an indispensable ability for students because mathematical reasoning skills greatly contribute to the development of a set of 21st century skills. The method in this research is a library study approach. Researchers collect various references and sources, both international and national journals, books, and other articles related to the theme to be discussed. From the results of the discussion obtained intuition and mathematical reasoning ability are two things that complement each other in solving a mathematical problem. Intuition, which is a candidate for evidence, is then formally proven by mathematical reasoning with mathematical reasoning indicators. Intuitive processes direct the analytical process while quickly serving as a bridge in performing analytical reasoning. So if a person's intuition is good then his mathematical reasoning ability is also good. The potential of mathematical intuition in developing mathematical reasoning abilities is based on the theory that one component of intuition is reasoning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dan seberapa besar minat evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi melalui media quizizz dan kahoot! terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Agung Alim Blado Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 33 yang dipilih menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 25 menunjukkan bahwa data minat evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi terhadap hasil belajar diperoleh sign 0,017 0,05. Hal ini menandakan ada pengaruh minat pada evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi terhadap hasil belajar. Pada analisis regresi yang digunakan, diperoleh thitung 2,511 ttabel 1,696 dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,169. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi terhadap hasil belajar kelas VIII MTs Agung Alim Blado Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 sebesar 16,9%.
