Abstract

Increasing public awareness about the health of the strong competition in the business world, especially the health of their field laboratorium.Never measurement of customer satisfaction, this is the basic of this research is finding a match between the interest rate the elements of service according to the customer with the work done by the company. The study was conducted in the Clinical Laboratory Westerindo Jakarta with 340 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires covered. Analyses were performed using methods Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of CSI is 0723, where the value is in the category "Satisfied" on the performance conducted by the Clinical Laboratory Westerindo. Analysis of customer satisfaction was less satisfied with Tangible indicators (-0.58). Result from IPA respectively each mapped attribute in the Cartesian Diagram which 9 attributes located in quadrant I (20%) less satisfied, 13 attributes located in quadrant II (28.9%) very satisfied, 15 attributes located in quadrant III (33.3%) quite satisfied, 8 attributes located in quadrant IV (17.7%) satisfied. Recommendations addressed to the Clinical Laboratory Westerindo to pay attention to the gap and the weak attributes in each quadrant.

Abstract

In this study, the authors took the title "The Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation on employee performance on PT. SGI ". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, and motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of data analysis and partial discussion of work discipline (X1) a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously from the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance obtained 53.4% while the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Luwak White Koffie at Pemalang Rice Stalls. This research was conducted on Luwak White Koffie consumers, the sample used was 55 consumers. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorelas test. The analysis used is regression and correlation analysis, Determination of the t test and f test, based on the results of data analysis and discussion, partially celebrity endorser has an insignificant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 0.386 indicating that a significance level of 0.701> 0.05 and tcount 0.386 <t table 2.007, brand image partially significant and positive effect with tcount of 2.219 indicates that the significance level of 0.031 <0.05 and tcount of 2.219> t table 2.007. the coefficient of determination of 0.122 means the percentage contribution of the influence of variable X to Y by 12.2% while the remaining 87.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to know the effect of “Safety and Easiness Impact to Fintech’s Consumer Satisfaction” of Dana Application. This research had more than 35.000.000 population of DANA user, with sample of 96 respondents. The examination instrumental is by using validity and reliability test. Classical assumption test that used in this research is normality, multicorneallity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Analytical method that used in this research is simple regretion, correlation, coefficient of determination and partial hypothesis testing, and t testing. Based on analytical data result and discussion, easiness is giving positive and significant impact to consumer satisfaction with thitung 8,699 < ttabel 1,661 with satisfaction level of 0,000 < 0,005, the correlation value is 0.668 which mean it have strong relation and coefficient of determination of 0,446 with percentage of easiness variable at 44,6% while the rest of value is effected by other factors. Partial safety gives positive and significant impact to consumer satisfaction with thitung 9,443 < ttabel 1,661 with significance level of 0,000 < 0,005, with correlation value at 0,698 which mean it have strong relation and coefficient of determination at 0,487 point with percentage of easiness variable at 48,7% while the rest of the value is effected by other factors.

Abstract

This researchs purpose to know some factors that influence brand switching Tri operator user to another operator and get result from the pre-survey include the ef ect of product atribute, variety seeking, promotion and price on brand switching. Thisresearch obtained via by questionnaire to 96 respondents which become Tri operator user to students at the As- syafi'iyah Islamic University with population 3.850. Analyst data method that used is regression analysis, correlation, coef icient of determination and hypothesis test. Based on analyst data result, partially product attributes give positive and significant ef ect on brand switching. Variety seeking give positive and significant ef ect on brand switching. Promotion give ositive and significant ef ect on brand switching. Price give positive and significant ef ect on brand switching.

Abstract

PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in injection molding. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and total quality control on employee performance.The sample used in this study were permanent employees as many 65 respondents with a purposive technique. The data analysis method used is regression and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that work motivation and total quality control have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sansyu Precision Indonesia. The amount of influence given by the variable Work Motivation and Total Quality Control on Employee Performance is 56.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables which are not researched or discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) Tbk. Bekasi Sharia Branch Office. This research was conducted on employees of Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi, the sample in this study amounted to 67 people using a saturated sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test using SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, it shows that partially Career Development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0,000 < 0,05 and t count 4,748 > t table 1,999. While the variable Organizational Commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a sig value of 0,000 < 0,05 and t count 4,520 > t table 1,999. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) of 0,553, this indicates that the variables of Career Development and Organizational Commitment have an influence on Employee Performance of 55,3% while the remaining 44,7% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of excellent service, customer satisfaction and location, on customer loyalty at PT. Binajasa Abadi Karya. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires through the G-form. The research sample is 82 companies that use services or are tenants at PT. Binajasa Abadi Karya. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially excellent service, customer satisfaction and location had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Results of F-test showed that excellent service, customer satisfaction and location simutaneously affect customer loyalty, with an adjusted R-square value of 46.1%.
