Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan instrumen penilaian perilaku profesional mahasiswa kedokteran yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis. Pengembangan instrumen menggunakan modifikasi model pengembangan Borg & Gall yaitu: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary Field testing, Main product Revision, Main Field Testing, Operational product revision, dan Operational field testing. Instrumen penilaian perilaku profesional yang dikembangkan berbentuk lembar observasi yang dilengkapi dengan rubrik penilaian dan teknik penskoran. Sampel ujicoba pengembangan adalah mahasiswa semester 4 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. Validitas data hasil ujicoba diolah menggunakan expert judgemen, analisis faktor konfirmatori dan analisis butir instrumen, sedangkan reliabilitas data diuji dengan metode inter rater reliability. Hasil pengembangan menunjukan bahwa instrumen penilaian perilaku profesional mahasiswa valid , reliabel, dan praktis untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan uji analisis faktor konfirmatori,  instrumen penilaian perilaku profesional tersusun valid oleh empat indikator yaitu integrity, compassion, continous inprovement, dan competence . Nilai validitas untuk validitas integrity  0,52, compassion  0,67, continous improvement 0,84,  dan competence 0,92 . Nilai reliabilitas antar rater instrumen yaitu sebesar 0,78. Pengembangan instrumen dapat dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian perilaku profesional untuk kegiatan early clinical exsposure dan internship. Kata kunci : pengembangan instrumen; perilaku profesional; observasi This research aims to get instrument of medical student,s professional behaviour that valid, reliable, and practical. Developing instrument using a modified Borg & Gall development model are: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary Field testing, product Revision Main, Main Field Testing, Operational product revision, and Operational field testing. Instruments developed in the form of professional behavior observation sheet with the assessment rubric and scoring techniques. Sample test development is 4th semester student of the Faculty of Medicine, University of swadaya Gunung Jati. Validity of the test result data processed using expert judgemen, confirmatory factor analysis and item analysis of the instrument, while the reliability of the data was tested by the method of inter-rater reliability. Results showed that the development instrumen of professional behaviour medical’s student is valid, reliable, and practical for use. Based on confirmatory factor analysis test, Instrument of professional behavior composed by four indicators with validity value of 0.52 integrity, 0.67 compassion, 0.84 continuous improvement, and competence 0.92.  Reliability of the instrument is  0.78. Next, Instrument development can proceed with developing instruments for the professional behaviour of activity early clinical exsposure and internship.Keywords : Developing instrument; Observation; Professional behaviour
