Abstract

During the pandemic it caused disruption in all fields, including Small Industries. One of them is small Industries in the city of Jayapura experienced taking down of sales during the pandemi. Industry fields gave helping for small industry in Jayapura as improvement and stability to improve Small Industries during this pandemic. The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs only has information data from Small Industry Assistance and there is no development data, especially during the pandemic, development level data is needed to view and store data from observations. Therefore it is necessary to have a geographic information system to collect and provide information to small industries regarding the level of development, using the PIECES analysis method, designing using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, using the waterfall development method and the software used is QGIS. This research produced a Geographic Information System for the Development of Small Industries in the Pandemic as information for small industries in North Jayapura.

Abstract

Jayapura is a city has population over 240,340 people (Source: Jayapura administration department 2021) and will be increasing in the number of patients in hospitals every year, it will have impact on all hospitals in Jayapura. With this condition, the level of patient development during pandemic and before pandemic will be known. Based on the results of data collection, it is possible to classify categories of disease and treatment in hospitals to choose the best hospital in handling disease and treating patients, especially during pandemic because health management is having difficulties because the medical team focuses more on pandemic patients. Therefore, it is necessary to have geographic information system to collect and provide information to public about the level of development of patients in hospitals, using the PIECES analysis method, designing using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, using waterfall development method and using QGIS for software used. This research resulted the Geographic Information System for the development of patients in Jayapura City Hospital during Pandemic as means of information for patients in Jayapura.

Abstract

The role of BBM is very important in people's lives. Fuel is a basic need for rural and urban communities, both as household needs and as business needs. The existence of kerosene in Jayapura is quite evenly distributed. From the results of survey conducted by the OFFICE OF INDUSTRY, COOPERATIVE TRADE AND SMEs that every year the use of LPG as fuel for cooking is still very low, while the use of kerosene from year to year is widely used by local community, it causes more kerosene bussiness but people have difficulty getting information about the location to get the kerosene, therefore we need a system that can help find the location, namely geographic information system that can provide information about fuel oil base points. This system is in symbols form for making the system using QGIS with the PIECES analysis method, the design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method and the development method using waterfall method. This research produces a system that can be expected to make it easier for the public to know the distribution of kerosene in Jayapura

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 5 Jayapura adalah selama ini proses pembelajaran antara guru dan siswa sangat terbatas. Proses pembelajaran berlangsung dari hari Senin sampai dengan Jumat. Tiap harinya terdapat 3 sampai 4 mata pelajaran yang diajarkan dan untuk satu mata pelajaran hanya berkisar 1 sampai 2 jam. Akibat hal ini interaksi antara guru dan siswa menjadi kurang interaktif, siswa tidak memiliki banyak waktu dalam mengerjakan soal dan mendalami materi yang diberikan. Sehingga jika terjadi kendala, seperti siswa kurang paham mengenai materi pelajaran, akan kesulitan jika ingin mengulangi materi dan bertanya kepada guru yang bersangkutan secara langsung.Siswa juga tidak mendapatkan materi pelajaran dan tugas apabila guru berhalangan hadir, ini menyebabkan penyampaian materi pelajaran menjadi terhambat. Siswa hanya mendapatkan materi pelajaran dari guru maupun referensi buku di perpustakaan sekolah, sehingga terjadi keterbatasan tempat dan waktu untuk mengaksesnya. E- learning dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif atas permasalahan dalam bidang pendidikan, baik sebagai tambahan, pelengkap maupun pengganti atas kegiatan pembelajaran yang sudah ada.Dilihat dari kenyataan tersebut, diperlukan suatu sarana penunjang yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem mengajar di SMP Negeri 5 Jayapura dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa

Abstract

In 1997 the government has regulated the policy of Granting Ownership Rights for Very Simple Houses and Simple Houses through KMNA/KBPN No. 9 of 1997 and KMNA/KBPN No. 6 of 1998 concerning the Granting of Property Rights for Residential Houses. The existence of this decision is very beneficial for landowners and residential houses in housing complexes built by developers and for Indonesian citizens who own land with Building Use Rights for residential homes to have the convenience of obtaining changes in land rights to ownership rights. To address that in laws and regulations, regulations regarding changes in the status of Building Use Rights to Property Rights, it is deemed necessary to provide counseling/lectures so that the community in Dok IX Jayapura Utara Province of Papua knows the process and obstacles encountered in changing the status of Building Use Rights become property. Counseling/lectures on the topic of changing the status of Building Use Rights to Property Rights involved lecturers at the Faculty of Law at Yapis University in Papua as a service team and involved Lecturers at the Faculty of Law at Yapis University in Papua. The community service activities carried out at IX Jayapura Utara, Papua Province, can be said to have been carried out well as expected.act.

Abstract

The North Jayapura Public Health Center, which is one of the health service centers, is one of the health institutions that is being developed. The North Jayapura Health Center handles a large number of patients and this causes serious problems in obtaining information about patients, patient visits for treatment, patient medical records and also data on drugs that have been used by the health center. In addition to the problem of patient data collection and archiving medical records is an important thing that needs to be considered. Moreover, at the Puskesmas, patient data collection, starting from patient registration and archiving patient medical records, is still done manually, meaning that everything is still written on piles of paper and stored on storage shelves, so that when the puskesmas needs patient data, visit reports , as well as data reports of drugs that have been used, it takes a long time to find where the data is stored. The Jayapura City Health Center management information system application that was created can be used to assist the Jayapura City Health Center in the patient service process, patient data collection, drug data collection and others. Admin can operate all the functions in this system. Pharmacists can carry out the drug data collection process and provide prescriptions. Doctors can give medicine, make diagnoses and actions.

Abstract

Pengurus Masjid Al-Mu’minun Mapolda Papua melakukan manajemen seluruh aktivitas yang ada di dalam masjid yang terdiri dari: manajemen surat masuk dan surat keluar, manajemen aset masuk dan aset keluar, manajemen peminjaman aset oleh sekretaris, manajemen kas masuk dan kas keluar oleh bendahara, dan manajemen penerimaan zakat dan penyaluran zakat oleh amil zakat. Namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam manajemen tersebut seperti beberapa manajemen belum ada pencatatan atau rekapitulasi yang digunakan dalam membuat laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus masjid. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan manajemen seluruh aktivitas masjid. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Masjid Al-Mu’minun Mapolda Papua menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) sebagai alur pengembangan sistem. Dengan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Flowmap, Flowchart, dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai tools dalam analisis maupun perancangannya. Dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan PHP dan HTML sebagai bahasa pemrograman, Bootstrap sebagai framework, dan MySQL sebagai database. Metode pengujian yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan black box testing. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Masjid Al-Mu’minun Mapolda Papua yang digunakan oleh pengurus masjid dalam memanajemen seluruh aktivitas masjid.

Abstract

Pengolahan nilai siswa, seperti nilai harian, nilai penilaian tengah semester (PTS) dan nilai Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) pada SMK Hikmah masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel yang memiliki kekurangan, yakni terformatnya setiap kolom ataupun baris yang ada akan menyebabkan penggabungan nilai dari penambahan materi jika struktur kurikulum berganti, belum terintegrasi dari guru ke guru lainnya membuat pemberian informasi nilai masih menggunakan flash disk sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengolah nilai cukup lama, presensi siswa masih menggunakan buku presensi, aplikasi tidak menyediakan proses pengolahan nilai harian. Maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen nilai siswa yang dapat mengolah semua nilai siswa dengan mengintegrasikan setiap alur pada proses pengolahan nilai siswa. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis permasalahan serta memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah metode PIECES, metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah UML. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengelolaan Nilai Siswa yang mengintegrasikan nilai antar guru sehingga dapat mengefektifkan waktu dalam mengolah nilai siswa.
