Red betel leaf or Piper crocatum is known to have chemical properties that have antiseptic and antibacterial effects. The aim of this study was to assess the duration of healing of postpartum mothers' perineal wounds using red betel leaf decoction and anti-septic drugs. The research method was quasi experimental, the population of postpartum mothers with perineal wounds. The sample of the experimental group was given red betel leaf stew as much as 4-5 pieces for 7 days 18 people and the control group 18 people. Samples were taken by consecutive sampling which was conducted in the village of Tanjung Jati Kec. Binjai Kab. Langkat in April-July 2020. The results of this study were the average healing time in the control group was 5.28 ± 0.958 with a Min-Max 3-6 days, while in the intervention group the average healing time was 3.00 ± 1.372 with a Min-Max 2 -5. There was a significant difference (p-value = 0.001) in the length of days of healing between the control and intervention groups. Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months has been scientifically proven to meet the nutritional needs of babies. The mother's ineligibleness in providing exclusive breast milk is one of the causes of the mother's lack of confidence that the mother's breast milk is able to meet the nutritional needs in her baby. Breast milk that does not come out or breast milk comes out only slightly makes the mother feel that her breast milk is not enough so the mother chooses to provide her baby with formula milk on her baby. Concerns in the mother will result in oxytocin hormone inhibited. Where this hormone is very impactful for the production of prolactin hormone as stimulation of breast milk production. The effort that can be made one of them to stimulate hormone prolactin and oxytocin is to give the mother a taste or relax sensation. That's by way of woolwich massage. the purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Woolwich massage on breast milk production in sri wahyuni clinic in marbau sub-district. The benefits are to help mothers post partum to increase their breast milk production, so it is expected that the mother can provide her breast milk exclusively for 6 months. The samples in this study had no counter indication of this research method using quasi experiment with pre test-post test design with control group. The results showed that the average expenditure of breast milk before doing a Woolwich massage was (26.93) with a standard deviation (7,905) and the average after doing a Woolwich massage was (83.93) with a standard deviation (7,713) with sig < 0.05. Conclusion: there was an increase in secretions and the amount of breast milk expenditure after woolwich massage was given.
