Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to find out the analysis of transformational leadership style and organizational justice towards employee performance mediated by employee engagement, studies on Kawana Padang hotel employees. The independent variables in this study include transformational leadership style, organizational justice. while employee performance is used as the dependent variable, and employee engagement as a mediating variable. The sampling technique is done by sampling saturated which makes the entire population as a sample obtained by 50 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is logistic regression, where the results obtained are transformational leadership style, organizational justice, and employee engagement significantly and positively influencing employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture on employee performance and work motivation as mediation for Rocky Hotel Padang contract employees. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Rocky Hotel Padang contract employees. Sampling was carried out using the census method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 questionnaires. In this study the authors used the PLS - SEM analysis technique.The results showed that compensation, organizational culture had a positive effect on the performance of Rocky Hotel Padang contract employees, both directly and indirectly. The performance of Rocky Hotel Padang contract employees was 88.6% influenced by compensation, organizational culture, and motivation of contract employees of Rocky Hotel Padang 64.8% were affected by compensation, organizational culture, and the rest were influenced by other variables not examined in the study this. Abstract

Peningkatan pelayanan yang bermutu berhubungan erat dengan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan yang tergambar dari pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen  kepala ruangan dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian perawat berdasarkan akreditasi KARS 2012 di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat diruang rawat inap RSUD Solok yang berjumlah 147 orang dengan 109 sampel. Teknik pengampilan sampel secara proporsional random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan observasi rekam medis pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan sebagian besar baik dan lebih dari separoh kelengkapan pendokumentasian keperawatan versi KARS di RSUD Solok adalah terpenuhi sebagian. Hasil uji bivariat didapatkan nilao p value < 0,05 (0,00) berarti adanya hubungan antara fungsi pengawasan dengan kelengkapan pendokumentasian perawat berdasarkan akreditasi KARS 2012 di RSUD Solok. Saran penelitian agar rumah sakit lebih meningkatkan fungsi pengawasan dari kepala ruangan yang sudah ada dengan melatih kembali cara kepala ruangan dan melakukan penilaian kembali tentang kelengkapan pendokumentasian keperawatan secara berkala.Kata kunci : fungsi manajemen, dokumentasi perawat, KARS 2012

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja perawat dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas. Populasinya adalah seluruh perawat non PNS pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 75 responden. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karywan dan stres kerja berperan sebagai mediasi parsial antara beban kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Identifikasi pasien adalah suatu sistem identifikasi kepada pasien untuk membedakan antara pasien satu dengan yang lain. Kesalahan identifikasi pasien dapat berakibat fatal, misalnya kematian dan sebagai pemicu kesalahan lainnya.Data dari KKPRS X tahun 2015 terjadi 98 insiden, 14 insiden berasal dari kesalahan identifikasi, 12 insiden berasal dari pasien jatuh dan 74 berasal dari insiden lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor hubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien di RS X Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional.Sampel berjumlah 166 perawat pelaksana diambil menggunakan teknik propotional simple random sampling.Hasil penelitian dengan uji chi square didapatkan ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,002), sikap (p=0,004), faktor tim (p=0,001), faktor lingkungan kerja (p=0,000) dan faktor manajemen dan organisasi (p=0,018) dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien. Untuk faktor motivasi (p=0,099) dan faktor tugas dan teknologi (p=0,188) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien. Analisis multivariat didapatkan variabel paling berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien adalah faktor lingkungan kerja dengan OR=5,535. Peneliti menyarankan pada pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengadakan pelatihan, mensosialisasikan SPO identifikasi pasien, memberikan lingkungan kerja yang positif, melakukan supervisi berjenjang, melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan ketepatan identifikasi pasien. Patient identification errors can be fatal, such as death and as a trigger for other errors. misidentification may be due to many factors. This study aims to look at the factors related to the implementation accuracy of patient identification in hospital X Pekanbaru. This research was quantitative with cross sectional design. Sample of 166 nurses were taken using the proportional simple random sampling technique. Results of research with chi square test found relation between knowledge (p = 0.002), attitude (p = 0.004), factor the team (p = 0.001), environmental factors (p = 0.000) and factor management and organization (p = 0.018) with implementation of patient identification accuracy. For motivational factors (p = 0.099) and the duty factor and technology (p = 0.188) had no connection with the implementation of the accuracy of patient identification.Multivariate analysis found that the variables most associated with the implementation of the accuracy of patient identification is the work environment factors with OR = 5.535. Researchers suggest in the hospital management to conduct training, socializing SPO patient identification, provide a positive work environment, conducting tiered supervision, conduct periodic evaluation of the implementation of the accuracy of patient identification. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, communication skills and trust together on the performance of employees at the DPRD Secretariat in Agam Regency. A sample of 56 employees was determined using a saturated sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model with 5 alternative answers. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Communication Skill has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Leadership, communication skills and trust together have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Agam Regency DPRD Secretariat. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is motivated by problems with service quality and physical work environment conditions that affect decreased job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pasaman Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square method with the Structural Equation Modeling equation model. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and observation. Respondents to this study were 59 employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pasaman Regency, using the total sampling method where the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Data processing and hypothesis testing is calculated using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study found that the direct effect of service quality and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and physical work environment had no positive and significant effect on performance and service quality had a positive and significant effect on performance. the indirect effect of job satisfaction as a mediating variable does not have a positive and significant effect between service quality and performance as well as between the physical work environment and the performance of the Pasaman Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Employees. Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationships between leadership style, compensation and work environment on work discipline within the context of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City. The total population in this study was 42 people as well as being the sample in this study using saturated samples or the census method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then being tested for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Smart PLS method. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City b). Compensation Ability has a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City. c). The work environment has a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office of Padang Panjang City.
