Abstract

ABSTRACT Each responsibility center have manager in charge of a activity that happened in center which responsibility head, and periodical the manager will justify result of its job to company head. Type of center responsibility there is four types that are earnings center, cost center, profit center and investment center. Responsibility accounting information useful in operation of management, because emphasizing at relation. Among information with manager in charge of to execution and planning. In evaluating measurement of manager performance center responsibility of answer there three used performance that is efficiency, effectiveness and economic. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to analyses (1) to analysing interest influence, motivation, prosperity and communications to employee’s performance, (2) variable the most influencing towards employee’s performance.This research uses population research while the population is all officer in Education Department of Sukoharjo Regency consist of 85 respondents. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. The data analyse use multiple linear regression and hypothesis test uses t test.The analysis results which could be reported are : (1) The questionnaire of all variables are valid and the variability’s result is reliable, (2) The result of classical assumption test show that the model is no multicolinierity, no heteroskedasticity, no autocorrelation and the residual is normal.The analysis result shows the regression equation is : Y = 4,808 + 0,265 X1 + 0,214 X2 + 0,187 X3 + 0,222 X4 + e; (1) The t test variable of competence, motivation, communication, and welfare with p value 0.000; 0.003; 0.014; and 0.001; so the four independent variables are individually affect to the employee’s performance. (2) Competence variable have most dominant influence to the employee’s performance, because standardized of coefficient regression (b1 = 0,324) are bigger than another variables. (3) Coefficient determination test is Adjusted R2 = 0,474; it means that the competence, motivation, communication, and welfare are explain as 47,4% of the employee’s performance only, further more influenced by the other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this research are: 1.to analyze the significance effect of supervision, motivation and discipline variables to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. 2. to analyze the significance of the simultaneous effect of the supervision, motivation and discipline variables to teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. 3. to analyze of the dominant effect of supervision, motivation and discipline variables to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The results of partial regression test (t test) show that: variable of supervision does not significantly affect to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Variable of motivation does not significantly affect to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Variable of discipline significantly affects to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The result of F Test shows that the probability value is 0,000 ª < 0,05, so Ho is rejected. It means that there is significant influence of supervision, motivation and dischipline variables to the teachers’ work at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar. The result of determination coefficient test shows that adjusted R Square value is 0,440. It means that the precentage of the infuence of variable of supervision, motivation and discipline to the teachers’ works at SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar is 44 percent. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi is the only school in the district RSBI Grobogan, it is necessary competence, work discipline and job satisfaction will affect the performance. The purpose of this research is to find answers to these problems. Teacher population SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi some 66 people. Samples were taken using the census, the overall retrieval techniques. Data collection through questionnaire validity and reliability. Technical analysis using multiple linear regression with the classical assumption. Conclusion of the study: (1) The hypothesis that there is a significant influence on the performance of teacher competence SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi proven true., (2) hypothesis which states that there is a significant influence on the performance of teachers' work discipline SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi not truth, (3) the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on the performance of the teacher job satisfaction SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi proven true, (4) the hypothesis that job satisfaction has a dominant influence on teacher performance SMP Negeri 1 Purwodadi shown were correct. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to know influence of Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE), Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) and of Earnings Per Share (EPS) to Return Share at manufacturing business. To get and collect data use data of publicized financial statement in BEI, and then will be processed with calculation of SPSS. In this research, method analyze data is doubled linear regression. Result of research indicate that variable of MVA hit by heteroscedastisity so that have to be released from research. By partial from fourth of variable that is ROI, ROE, EVA, and EPS give an significant to share return only EVA and other variable do not significant. By simultaneous result of research indicate that fourth of the variable have significant to share return. And most dominant having an effect on variable is EVA. Abstract

This research is purpose to analyze impact of work motivation to teachers work in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta, analyze impact of discipline to teachers performance in Senior High School of Assalam Surakarta, analyze impact of headmaster leadership to teachers work in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta, analyze impact of work motivation that moderated of headmaster leadership to teachers performance in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta, analyze impact of discipline that moderated of headmaster leadership to teachers performance in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta. Population of this research are 55 teachers in Senior High School of Assalaam Surakarta. Sampling technique used census method. Collecting data technique used questioners by validity and reliability test. The analyze data used double linier regression and absolute difference test. Result of this research showed: first hypothesis coefficient significant of work motivation variable is 0,145, so motivation variable is not have significant impact to teachers performance. Second hypothesis coefficient significant of discipline variable is 0,372, so discipline variable is not have significant impact to teachers performance. Third hypothesis coefficient significant of headmaster leadership variable is 0,075, so headmaster leadership variable is not have significant impact to teachers performance. So headmaster leadership is not moderated work motivation to teachers performance and headmaster leadership is not moderated discipline to teachers performance. Result of determination regression test showed that R2 0,310, so impact value of work motivation and discipline variable to teachers performance with headmaster leadership as moderate variable is 31 percent, more than it is influenced the others variable. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap customer delight; (2) pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (3) pengaruh customer delight terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (4) pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif yang dimediasi customer delight. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pasar Jum’at Karanganyar. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 konsumen. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball dan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) citra pasar Jum’at berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer delight; (2) citra pasar Jum’at tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (3) customer delight berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Words Of Mouth positif; (4) customer delight memediasi pengaruh citra pasar Jum’at terhadap Words Of Mouth positif.   Kata kunci :  citra pasar Jum’at, customer delight, Words Of Mouth positif.
