Abstract

Purwokerto is an interesting city to visit because it has many tourist attractions that offer natural beauty. Many tourists visiting Purwokerto have difficulty getting information about tourist objects and determining tourist destinations. This is based on the results of a survey of 114 respondents. Based on these problems, we need a system that provides information and provides recommendations regarding tourist destinations. The system is designed by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithmas an algorithm that selects tourist destinations based on the criteria entered by the user. As for the methoddevelopment The software used in this research is a method Waterfall. Which systemhas beenbuilt tested to users using the User Acceptance Test testing method. This is meant to mengmeasure user acceptance. UAT testing conducted on 100 respondents measured 3 aspects, namely, software engineering aspects, functionality aspects, and visual communication aspectsal gives a value of 5,660. The value is converted using the Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method, giving the conclusion that the system that has been built is accepted by the user.

Abstract

Anemia is caused by a low hemoglobin condition in the human body. Low hemoglobin conditions can cause various symptoms, including fatigue, weakness, dizziness and others. The impact on anemia can reduce concentration, physical endurance and get sick easily. So it is necessary to detect early to diagnose anemia based on the symptoms experienced with maximum accuracy. Users only need to enter the value of symptoms experienced, namely the value of hb, bleeding and weakness, the system will calculate the symptom values using the Tsukamoto fuzzy algorithm. In calculations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy algorithm using the Python programming language, there are 4 stages, namely fuzzification, rule formation, inference engine and defuzzification. At the fuzzification stage, the input symptom value becomes a fuzzy value (0-1), then at the rule formation stage there are 18 rules of 3 symptoms and 3 diagnosis results. After obtaining a rule, it is followed by an inference engine that looks for the α-predicate value in each rule using the min function. After getting the α-predicate value, defuzzification is carried out to get the crisp value or the output value. With the multiple confusion matrix method, the accuracy of the resulting data from the Tsukamoto fuzzy algorithm and prediction data is 85%. This can be used by the community to easily detect anemia early through the website.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi membantu dunia pendidikan dalam mengolah data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan dalam bidang pendidikan di perguruan tinggi adalah melalui Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. PKM merupakan upaya yang dikembangkan untuk menumbuhkan, mewadahi, dan mewujudkan ide kreatif serta inovatif mahasiswa, hal ini dapat mengantarkan mahasiswa menjadi pribadi yang tahu dan taat aturan, kreatif, inovatif dan obektif kooperatif dalam membangun keragaman intelektual. Sejak awal terselenggarakannya PKM di Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, proses bisnis belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh teknologi informasi. Pengumpulan berkas dalam bentuk hard copy mengakibatkan adanya penumpukan data, dan segala informasi terkait kebutuhan data belum mempunyai tempat penyimpanan yang efisien jika sewaktu-waktu pengguna membutuhkan data dengan cepat, selain itu juga adanya penyimpanan data dapat membantu pengelola untuk menghindari adanya redundancy data. Hal tersebut tentunya dapat menghambat proses bisnis yang ada baik dari sisi pengelola maupun sisi mahasiswa. Adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi agar proses bisnis dapat berjalan dan terdokumentasikan dengan baik dan efektif dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Metode XP melakukan pendekatan secara sistematis dan urut mulai dari level planning, design, coding dan testing. Metode ini memberikan sebuah fleksibilitas kepada user dengan melibatkan user secara langsung. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menjalankan proses bisnis, dengan didukung blackbox testing yang mendapatkan hasil valid/sesuai. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM), Website, Extreme Programming (XP), Blackbox Testing.

Abstract

The selection process of recipient candidates of RTLH in Bantarwuni village didn’t computerize, so it takes a relatively long time and requires a lot of resources and become less effective. In this research, seletion process of recipient candidates of RTLH uses FAHP and TOPSIS method. Some of criterion to determine recipient candidates of RTLH are condition of the roof, condition of wall, condition of floor and air circulation. The calculation of the criteria weighting is done by using FAHP method. The result of the weighting criteria of the roof has a value of 0.5167, the weight of the criterion of the floor is 0.3350, the wall criterion weight is 0.1469 and the air circulation criterion is 0,0012 with the value of the consistency ratio (CR) of 0.039161. The ranking process is done by using TOPSIS method. Test results with 10 data samples have an accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

CV. Agung Rejeki is a company engaged in the provision of building equipment. Currently, recording inventory reports at CV. Agung Rejeki is not yet optimal, causing the company's performance to be hampered. The purpose of the results of this study is to create a basic framework for a computer-based Inventory Information System to help business processes at CV. Agung Rejeki and provides information in the form of views and reports that are appropriate and integrated in each unit in the CV. Great Fortune. RAD is a method of developing information systems with a relatively short time. In normal information system development, it takes a minimum of 180 days, but using the RAD method, the system can be built in 30-90 days. By applying the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to a computerized inventory system that is also equipped with a visual basic programming language and a crystal report, it can help in making quick decisions. Data modeling architecture that defines 7 tables, defines 3 entities involved in the inventory process of goods in CV. Agung Rejeki, namely Administrators, Employees, Sales. Furthermore, the use of the RAD (Rapid Application Development) model to realize an inventory information system can provide optimal results. The system has got its interests, the inventory data manager and responds to the needs of consumers to obtain information.

Cloud computing is a technology that has powerful computing resources that can be applied to many organizations by using dynamic scalability as a virtual service source via the internet. SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Kembaran has a 2013 TKJ curriculum. The curriculum has topics such as Computer Assembly, Network Operating Systems and Server Administration. In the subject of Network Operating Systems, there is no subject that discusses cloud computing technology. This technology will have an impact on the average score of students before training to make VPN with cloud computing, namely 83, 12 and after training to 89.06 so that there is a descriptive increase. The hypothesis used is a two-way hypothesis so that it uses two tails with the result t table that is 2.039513 with a p value of 0.01249. Because the p value is smaller than alpha 5% or by looking at the value | t count | > t table then Ho is rejected. Abstract

RSUD dr.R.Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga merupakan salah satu rumah sakit pemerintah daerah yang sebagai pusat layanan kesehatan di Purbalingga. Setiap hari hampir ratusan pasien yang harus dilayani oleh rumah sakit tersebut, sehingga semakin bertambahnya data kunjungan pasien khususnya rawat inap dan rawat jalan yang harus dikelolapun semakin banyak. Data Warehouse sendiri sebagai cara yang digunakan dalam proses analisa serta pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan suatu perusahaan atau instansi pemerintahan pada data dengan jumlah yang banyak. Jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap diambil dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2017. Nine-Step Methodology yang diterapkan sebagai pengembangan Data Warehouse meliputi Pemilihan Proses, Pemilihan Grain, Identifikasi dan Penyesuaian, Pemilihan Fakta, Penyimpanan Precalculation di tabel fakta, Memastikan tabel dimensi, Pemilihan durasi database, Melacak perubahan dimensi secara perlahan, dan Penentuan prioritas dan model query. Hasil yang di dapat dalam penelitian ini dapat mempercepat dalam penyajian informasi sesuai kebutuhan sehingga mampu memaksimalkan dalam menganalisis informasi tersebut.

Abstract

Clustering is a technique used to classify data into clusters based on their similarities. K-means is a clustering algorithm method that classifies the objects based on their closest distance to the cluster center to the groups that have most similarities among the members. In addition, K-means is also the most widely used clustering algorithm due to its ease of implementation. However, the process of selecting the centroid on K-means still randomly. This results K-means is often trapped in local minimum conditions. Genetic algorithm is used in this research as a metaheuristic method where the algorithm can support K-means in reaching global optimum function. Besides, the stratified sampling is also used in this research, where the sampling functions by dividing the population into homogeneous areas using stratification variables. The validation value of the proposed method with iris dataset is 0.417, while the K-means is only 0.662.
