Abstract

Dalam mengambil keputusan terdapat beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Pengambilan keputusan adalah suatu masalah yang perlu dihadapi oleh pengambil keputusan. Salah satu permasalahan mahasiswa yang akan menyewa indekos atau tempat tinggal sementara selama mahasiswa tersebut menempuh pendidikan perguruan tinggi adalah masih kurangnya informasi tentang indekos terutama bagi mahasiswa yang berasal dari luar kota. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan mahasiswa dalam pemilihan indekos adalah fasilitas, biaya, jarak, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kebersihan. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu mahasiswa menentukan indekos yang tepat. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution). Metode TOPSIS berdasarkan pada konsep alternatif yang terbaik yang memilikijarak paling pendek dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak paling panjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah adanya ranking indekos yang ditampilkan sesuai dengan kriteria pencarian oleh pengguna menggunakan perhitungan metode TOPSIS.

Abstract

Perkembangan penggunaan internet yang semakin banyak setiap tahunnya mengakibatkan penggunaan web browser juga meningkat. Hal ini berdampak pada kejahatan dengan menggunakan web browser juga meningkat seperti penyalahgunaan email, hoax, hate speech, penipuan dan lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya mengenali aktivitas penggunaan web browser dari sisi korban dan pelaku. Penggunaan web browser ini akan menentukan pola atau alur kejahatan pada suatu insiden kejahatan. Hal ini akan membantu penyidik dalam menganalisis bukti digital secara cepat dan dapat mengungkap jenis kejahatan yang terjadi secara baik. Bukti digital yang dianalisis seperti akun, kata kunci pencarian, kunjungan web, dan lainnya. Penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan lokasi penyimpanan bukti digital, format waktu yang digunakan dan 10 tools yang digunakan penyidik dalam mengungkap kejahatan dengan media web browser seperti Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari dan Opera.

Abstract

Software-defined networking (SDN) is a network programmability concept that separates the control plane from the data plane by proposing a centralized control plane called a controller. Thus, network administrators are able to program the entire networks and their components via the controller. However, learning SDN is challenging due to its complex network setup and the different types of SDN networks such as OpenFlow, and P4. To ease the learning curve, the use of network emulation and a graphical-based network editor is necessary. This paper discusses the implementation of such an application, called MiTE. It satisfies both requirements: a visual network editor enforced with a configuration generator for emulation purpose. We evaluate the program by implementing IP routing cases for both, OpenFlow-based and P4-based networks. The result shows that both cases can be created easily by using a mouse command. The program has more interactive user interface while the created topologies are more informative. Compared to similar applications, our proposed application has better support for a wider range of SDN networks (Openflow and P4), fine-grain network configuration, and a more informative user interface.

Abstract

With a pandemic that has hit almost all over the world, the government has issued policies for doing physical distancing and work from home (WFH). That policies made a very significant change in the way people work and interact. WFH applies in most fields of work, one of them is in education. WFH and online learning require every student, lecturer and employee to work online from home. In fact, there are many activities that require validation in the form of a signature, both for academic and non-academic matters. Digital signature is a technology that can be applied to overcome this problem. There are various algorithms and schemes that users can implement. This paper will present the results of a review of several literature related to the implementation of digital signatures. The results of this literature review are expected to provide the readers with an insight of the implementation of digital signatures in various fields, as well as their strengths and weaknesses.

Abstract

This community service initiative is designed with the primary aim of providing training in the use of Microsoft Word to Kindergarten (TK) teachers in an effort to enhance their technological skills. The workshop aims to offer support to TK teachers in developing their competence in operating this word-processing software, which plays a crucial role in the modern education landscape. The background of this community service initiative reflects the educational transformation that has taken place in recent years. In this digital era, information technology and communication play an increasingly significant role in the learning process. Therefore, TK teachers need to have a strong understanding of relevant digital tools, with Microsoft Word being one of them. This workshop serves as a platform for TK teachers to comprehend and master various features and functions of Microsoft Word, ranging from basic to advanced levels. The importance of this workshop is also reflected in its potential positive impact. With TK teachers becoming more proficient in using Microsoft Word, they will be able to create more engaging, interactive, and relevant learning materials for children in today's digital age. This will enhance the learning experiences of TK students and provide a stronger foundation for their digital literacy development in the future. Furthermore, the workshop creates opportunities for TK teachers to share knowledge and experiences, strengthening collaborative networks among them. By sharing best practices in the use of Microsoft Word, they can support each other in their efforts to improve the quality of early childhood education. The workshop is expected to result in a significant improvement in the technological skills of TK teachers and, in turn, enrich the learning experiences of their students.

Abstract

Clustering is a technique used to classify data into clusters based on their similarities. K-means is a clustering algorithm method that classifies the objects based on their closest distance to the cluster center to the groups that have most similarities among the members. In addition, K-means is also the most widely used clustering algorithm due to its ease of implementation. However, the process of selecting the centroid on K-means still randomly. This results K-means is often trapped in local minimum conditions. Genetic algorithm is used in this research as a metaheuristic method where the algorithm can support K-means in reaching global optimum function. Besides, the stratified sampling is also used in this research, where the sampling functions by dividing the population into homogeneous areas using stratification variables. The validation value of the proposed method with iris dataset is 0.417, while the K-means is only 0.662.

Abstract

Covid-19 infographics have a crucial role in mitigating the covid-19 pandemic by conveying the complex Covid19 information in a form of a simple yet understandable image. However, keenly to contribute to mitigating Covid-19, numerous parties and agencies had released Covid-19 infographics that might contain incorrect or inaccurate information. To prevent such recurrent, this paper proposed an authentication system by using a blockchain-based authorization service that lets the authority guarantee the correctness and validity of the infographics in a transparent manner. We proposed smart contract-based watermarking requests and approval management that let anyone track the watermarking process. To prevent unauthorized infographic fabrications, we use the DCT-SVD method considering its robustness against various attacks. We deployed and evaluated the smart contract on Ethereum test networks (Ropsten, Rinkeby, Goerli, and Kovan) to compare the efficiency and the ease of use. The result showed that the test networks have similar efficiency while the Ropsten and Goerli have better ease of use. The watermark validation service is accessible via a web-based interface for anyone to check the validity of the infographic’s watermark.
