Abstract

Child education is actually a part of individual education which in the religion of Islam seeks to prepare and shape it to become a useful member of society and people who pray in life. Even children's education (if directed well) is basically a solid foundation in preparing righteous individuals who are ready to assume responsibility and the burden of life. Children are a mandate for their parents. his holy heart is a valuable substance. If he is accustomed to goodness, then he will grow in goodness. Anyone if he is accustomed to ugliness and ignored like an animal, then he will be miserable and miserable. Therefore, guarding children is by educating, disciplining, and teaching them noble characters. Family as the first place for children to have social relations. If a child experiences problems in development, then the family is appointed as the person responsible for the child's problem.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan dapat dilaksanakan melalui program-program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik, sehingga sumber daya manusia itu dapat bekerja secara profesional dan sejahtera. Pelatihan dan pengembangan merupakan inti dari upaya yang terus menerus dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik baik kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi professional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi pribadi. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan ini memiliki potensi untuk menyelaraskan kemampuan tenaga pendidik dengan strategi lembaga pendidikannya. Karena pada dasarnya mutu tenaga pendidik yang melaksanakan pengajaran adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pendidikan. Tenaga pendidik sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan tugas fungsi sekolah sebagai seorang yang professional.

Abstract

Character education is one of the important aspects for the next generation of the Indonesian nation so that character education must be given along with the intellectual development of children. Children's character can be formed well if in the process of child development there is sufficient space so that children can express themselves freely. This is closely related to character building, where children's character education must be formed from an early age. This is because early childhood is at a golden age which we must really stimulate and stimulate to the fullest in all aspects of its development. Building early childhood education is different from building other levels of education, because this education provides opportunities for children to be able to enjoy their world, namely the main world. Play is a means for children to learn so that it can be said that early childhood learning is playing. By playing children are stimulated to develop in general, both physical, motor, cognitive, language, artistic, social, emotional development and through playing children will feel happy and comfortable at school. The strategy used is the learning center model. Learning strategies are carried out in circles and play centers. Circle is when the teacher and children sit in a circle to provide a foothold for children what to do before and before playing. Abstract

The problem experienced by the people of Bulu Village lies in the lack of skills in processing bio-pharmaceutical plants into products of economic value. The emergence of the initiation of female leaders to empower the assets and potential of bio-farm plants is very much needed. Through a humanistic approach, it is possible for the participatory researchers and the PKK Bulu Village community to plan, conduct and evaluate research results. This is done as an effort to increase the role of female cadres through a community-based bio-pharmaceutical processing program in Bulu Village. The method of this community assistance program is service learning. Researchers conducted guidance to the female cadres of Bulu Village to be able to share knowledge in processing bio-farm plants into instant herbal medicine powder. Researchers empower students to share their knowledge with Bulu Village PKK members with stakeholder support. Activities carried out in two stages, namely the development of knowledge sharing programs and mainstreaming of knowledge sharing programs. The results of the mentoring show that the development of community potential is identified with the efforts of Bulu Village women cadres individually, institutions and systems to increase the potential of their members.

Abstract

Belajar atau mencari ilmu itu dihukumi wajib untuk umat muslim dan muslimah. Hukum mencari ilmu agama yaitu fardhu 'ain dan ilmu umum yaitu fardhu kifayah. Mencari ilmu itu tidak akan mendapat kerugian. Namun, hanyalah keuntungan yang akan didapatkan. Imam Syafi'i pernah berkata: "Siapa yang ingin dunia, wajib baginya memiliki ilmu. Siapa yang ingin akhirat, wajib baginya pula memiliki ilmu". Tidak hanya satu atau dua hikmah dan keutamaan yang didapatkan seseorang yang mencari ilmu, tetapi sangat banyak bahkan manfaatnya masih bisa dirasakan meskipun orang tersebut sudah meninggal. Seorang yang sedang mencari ilmu biasa disebut dengan murid. Setiap murid itu memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda antar murid. Oleh karena itu seorang guru harus bisa memahami dan menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik muridnya. Sebagai murid itu diharuskan tawadhu' terhadap gurunya. Sopan santun dan menghargai gurunya seperti menghargai orang tuanya sendiri. Seorang murid harus membersihkan dirinya dari segala bentuk penyakit hati dan mengisinya dengan ilmu yang diajarkan oleh gurunya. Murid harus sabar dan tabah dalam proses mencari ilmu, tanpa dihiasi dengan sifat sombong dan tinggi hati.

Abstract

In the educational process there is an environment that caneffect the educational process. Theenvironment is a family environment (informal), the school environment (formal), and thecommunity environment (non formal), where there environment is a place or place forsomeone to get an education either directly or indirectly. The three educational environmentsare between one environment and another, meaning that the three environments have variousduties and functions of each. Education in the community is a vehicle for the application ofinteraction and implementation of various knowledge gained as well as a mirror of learningoutcomes implied in self-actualization. In society, children will be able to imitate and practicein everyday life from what has been obtained in family and school directly educationalinstitutions organized by the community are one element of implementing the principle oflifelong education, meaning that education provided in the family environment (informal) and theshool environment (formal) has limitations, it is in the community tht people will continuetheir education until the end of his life. All things related to the knowledge and skills acquiredthe family education environment and in the school environment will be able to develop andbe develoved and can be felt the benefits in the community.

Abstract

Student management is a process of managing all matters relating to student in a school starting from planning student admission, coaching carried out while students are at school, until students complete their education at school throught creating a learning atmosphere that is condusive to the on going learning process affective teaching or learning. With student management, institutions can organize student affairs both in terms of student need, recruitment, selection, orientation, class placement, and coaching and development of students both in curricular and extracurricular and more importantly recording and reporting of graduation result, and recording of student who continue other education and alumni. The generalobjective of student management is to regulate all activities related to students so that these activities can support the teaching and learning process in schools, so that activities can run smoothly, orderly, and can contributed to achieving school goals and overall education goals
