The aims of the research are: to find out the condition of the people participation, income distribution, education level, economic growth, and government expenditure, and also to find out and analyze the effects income distribution, education level, economic growth, and government expenditure to the people participation in Banyumas Regency. The data are secondary data that covered: the people participation, income distribution, education level, gross regional domestic product, and government expenditure in Banyumas Regency. The method analysis are tabulation and multiple regression analysis model. The result of 1999–2006 period analysis shows: (1) The everage growth of people participation on 8,29%, economic growth on 3,49%, government expenditure on 20,44%, income distribution on 2,57%, and education level on 4,93% for every year, (2) The effect of the four variables above in people participation have significant effect but in partial only government expenditure variable have significant effect on 5%. Therefore, it is suggested that Banyumas Regency Government should be to attended and give an real example to increase the people participation, economic growth, income distribution, and the level of education with the government expenditure. The objective of this research is to study the philosophical fondation of Koperasi Indonesia. The important factor discussed in this research is cooperative philosophy concept. As the characteristic of Indonesian economy, Koperasi Indonesia should be convinced as the core economic system in Indonesia although the threat of the free competition outside is great enough.The research method used is literature study with empirical qualitative analysis. The researchers explore the advantage of Koperasi Indonesia and also the role of the government to encourage and strengthen the economic fondation because we can not escape from the great competition in the future. Koperasi Indonesia with the cooperative concept is the solution but it still needs the awareness and development of this concept as the economic system from whole parties in this country. Study with the title “ Income Distribution and The Factors that Influence toward Low Economic Society on Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas” case study on low economic family that receive Woman Loan System (Simpan Pinjam Perempuan) at District Development Program. The aims of this research is to determine and analyze income distribution and factors that influence of its. This reasect use survey method toward three villages as sample, which are have the furthermost distance from central district (Melung village), middle (Karangnangka village), and the nearest (Kedungbanteng village). The respondent is society, specifically woman that receive Woman Loan System (Simpan Pinjam Perempuan) at District Develompent Program. This research is quantitative descriptive analyzing and used gini index and double linear regression. The result of analysis shows that Income distribution from business activity who have receive loan woman system shows that Karangnangka and Melung classified into low rate of imbalance distribution, otherwise Kedungbanteng classified into high rate imbalance distribution and holistically imbalance distribution on Kedungbanteng include in high rate. Based on regression coefficient factor that have influence mostly in order are long time of business, education, and loan capital, family dependent do not influence toward rate of income. The Purposes of this study are to determine the contribution of woman rollers garbage’s income toward income of family, degree of poverty, and degree of welfare on the rollers garbage’s family. A respondent on this study are women rollers garbage that have already married and have children with the amount as many as 25 percent or 22 person of woman rollers garbage. The tool of analysis that used are tabulation for determine contribution of income, double linear regression to determine factors that influence toward income and income ratio with the poverty line from the result of Statistics Central Department (BPS) on 2007 to recognize degree of poverty and to determine degree of welfare’s ratio income with the needed of dialy life on October 2008 in Banyumas regency. The results of study show that: a. Contribution of woman roller garbage’s income toward income of family, is included in the big scale with the 61.98% average.b. The result of F-test and t-test in factors of : age, education, experience for rolling garbage and the amount of children, have significant toward income of roller garbage. Which the rank is from the biggest influenced of them are the amount of children, education, age and experience for rolling garbage.c. Average degree of welfare of rollers garbage family is stated above absolutes poverty line as 155.58%d. But however degree of welfare of woman roller garbage’s family is still under the welfare, its still reach 33.25 percent.From that study, implication appears toward the rollers garbage, they should be increase their creativity and toward other side of rollers garbage should be provide the different place of organic garbage and non organic one on TPA, and also give such kind of health service and creativity education. This research has the aims to analyze the health rate of KPRI KBK and KPRI MGR cooperative in Purworejo Regency and analyze owners equity development and their income after tax during the period of 2007, 2008 and 2009. The research on cooperative health rate according to the Rule of The State Minister of Cooperative and KUKM is based on 7 (seven) aspects, they are capital, the quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, self sufficiency and growth and cooperative identity. Besides that this research also aims to analyze owners equity development and its income after tax from KPRI KBK and KPRI MGR cooperative in Purworejo Regency. The data include the financial report of KPRI KBK and KPRI MGR cooperative in Purworejo Regency during the period 2007, 2008 and 2009.The rule of The State Minister of Cooperative and Small and Medium Business No14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009, December 22nd 2009 is used to analyze the health rate of KPRI KBK and KPRI MGR cooperative in Purworejo Regency. The total scores received from the calculation is used to determine the health rate of KPRI KBK and KPRI MGR in Purworejo Regency and then to analyze the development of owners equity and income after tax, linear trend is applied. The result of analysis shows that the health rate of KPRI KBK in Purworejo Regency during the period of 2007, 2008 and 2009 has got the predicate of “Sufficient Healthy” as during the three years continuously has got the score of 75.00; 74.00 and 74.00 (the scores are located between 60 ≤ X ≤ 80), whereas KPRI MGR cooperative in Purworejo Regency during the period of 2007, 2008 and 2009 also has got the predicate of Sufficien Healthy as within the period of three years continuously has got the scores of 70.40; 68.90 and 69.00. From the analysis af the development of owners equity and income after tax during the period 2007, 2008 and 2009, it has got the result that whether KPRI KBK or KPRI MGR cooperatives in Purworejo Regency, there is an increasing tendency of their owners equity and income after tax. Finally based on the result of research, KPRI KBK cooperatives in Purworejo Regency has to increase the component that can increase owners equity such as increasing the amount of depositfrom its members. Besides that KPRI KBK cooperatives in Purworejo Regency have to open long term deposit or credit facilities with competitive and the decreasing the operating costs in order to incease efficiency assessment aspect in the ratio of operating income towards brutto income after tax. The Departement of Cooperative has to carry out the socialization of cooperative health evaluation perriodically and regularly so the cooperatives available can make a self assessment on their saving and borrowing units and the can overcome the problem when there is decreasing score on cooperative assessment. Study about " The Impact of District Development Programs (Program Pengembangan Kecamatan) To Ease the Poverty in Banyumas Region". The Aim of this research are to determine and analyze the performance of District Development Programs, the influence of District Development Programs toward income per capita, and the influence of District Development Programs to ease and increase prosperity, study case in Kedungbanteng, Banyumas.The Data include primary data that got from 4 groups in each village with the amount 128 people as sample of group member in Kedungbanteng district, and the village consist of Kedungbanteng village, Karangnangka and Melung. The Period of research is on July 2009. The analysis method that use are with the proportion, tabulation, and comparation each variables.The result of this research are:I.The performance of District Development Programs ( PPK = Program Pengembangan Kecamatan) in the term of the influences in Kedungbanteng area in the capital availablelity point of view is significant enought with the average 4 7, 17 percent and the targeting point is 60, 70%.2. The contribution income activity of SPP (woman lending money) from PPK is 48,82 % toward income per capita including significant enought.3. All of responden that got the impact from PPK is above from poverty line, and for the using of business activity in 3,73 times from KFM but for the using of lending money not for business activity is 2,54 times from KFM.4. The level of respondent income that proper in KHL only got the benefit that using lending money activity of business activity from Kedungbanteng area.Therefore it is suggested that the lending of money was so needed and proper to continue, but it must be more selected with direct cross check the availability of business activity each member and needed empower with good quality of member of PPK to determine the business prospect and good management.Keywords: Program Pengembangan Kecamatan, kemiskinan, simpan pinjam perempuan, kebutuhan fisik minimum, kebutuhan hidup layak.
