Abstract

Pendahuluan; cara untuk mengurangi angka kematian ibu, perlu adanya kualitas pelayanan yang di perlukan oleh setiap klien karena dengan pelayanan yang baik dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan klien terhadap pelayanan. Tujuan; untuk mengetahui hubungan Kepuasan Klien Post Natal Care terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bidan. Metode; penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Hasil; menunjukkan ada hubungan antara ketanggapan bidan dengan kepuasan klien post natal care serta ada hubungan antara perhatian bidan dengan kepuasan klien post natal care. Kesimpulan: bahwa ada hubungan antara pelayanan bidan terhadap kepuasan ibu nifas

Abstract

Introduction: one of the problems of poor nutrition for pregnant women is anemia, where there is a decrease in the quantity and quality of red blood cells, this is exacerbated by the hemodilution process in pregnancy so that hemoglobin levels decrease which has the potential to increase the risk of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Aim; determine the relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women with the incidence of anemia. Methods: analytic research with cross-sectional approach, the number of samples is 78 people with non-random sampling technique. Manual data processing with Chi-Square statistical test. Result: that there is no relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women with a value of X² (count) = 13,503. Conclusion: that there is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Giving iron tablet supplementation to pregnant women is recommended in one day two tablets (one tablet contains 60 mg Fe and 200 ug folic acid)

Abstract

Introduction; Pregnancy is a vulnerable period of risk of psychological disorders for a pregnant woman; one of these disorders is anxiety. Parity is a history of childbirth with the number of pregnancies as a physiological state that can be followed by pathological processes that can threaten the state of the mother and fetus. Ideally, the parity of a pregnant woman is 2 3 with a delivery distance of 3-4 years. Purpose; Knowing the relationship between the parity status of pregnant women with the level of anxiety of preoperative Sectio Caesarea mothers. Method; This study used a correlation descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling technique performed on 34 pregnant women with preoperative Sectio Caesarea. The questionnaire used was the Hamilton Rating scale for Anxiety (HRS-A). Results; Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out using the chi-square test obtained with a p-value of 0.004. Conclusion; There is a significant association between parity and anxiety status in preoperative mothers of section Caesarea. Anxiety preoperative mother Sectio Caesarea experiences mild anxiety.
