Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based interactive application that combines data and mathematical models to assist the decision-making process in dealing with a problem.[1] At the Faculty of Engineering, Informatics Study Program, Nurul Jadid University, there are several stages in the process of preparing a thesis that students need to do, namely submission of thesis titles, submission of thesis proposals, proposal seminars, research and thesis guidance. After writing is considered ready and finished, students present the results of their thesis at the lecturer examines the thesis exam, but students whose thesis exam results pass with revisions, carry out the revision process in accordance with the examiner's input. The problem that is often experienced by students at the Faculty of Engineering Informatics Study Program is the process of submitting thesis titles, where students have difficulty determining the topic of thesis title. Then a Decision Support System for Thesis Title Topic Recommendations was created using the Naive Bayes Classifier Method at the Faculty of Engineering, Informatics Study Program, Nurul Jadid University, which aims to help facilitate lecturers and students in the management process of determining the recommendation criteria for thesis title topics, the process of managing thesis title recommendations and thesis title submissions, the method used is prototyping with the PHP programming language, MySQL database and the Naive Bayes Classifier method, for system design using Flowcharts, DFD, and ERD. Based on the results of the Naive Bayes Classifier method, it produces test results with very good Likert scale calculations with a high accuracy value of 96.6%.

Abstract

Sumber Barokah Kraksaan store sells various types of staples as well as other household needs. However, currently Sumber Barokah Stores do not yet use a computerized system so that managing stock and sales data takes a long time, as well as financial reports that are sometimes felt to be inaccurate to store owners because they still use conventional methods, namely recording in books. Shop owners often make mistakes in recording goods that have been sold, resulting in errors when ordering the next item, which results in excess stock and costs of procuring the wrong goods, causing losses for the shop owner. Monitoring goods data automatically using the ROP and ROQ methods. The research method used is the Research and Development method and the system development model uses the Prototype method. The resulting application can make it easier for store owners to monitor goods and inventory, and also make it easier to find out the results of income reporting analysis at Sumber Barokah stores, as well as make it easier for shop owners to transact with customers.

Abstract

Informasi adalah data yang diolah menjadi bentuk yang lebih berguna dan lebih berarti bagi yang menerimanya. Pada saat ini kebutuhan informasi aktivitas Dosen sangat penting, seperti informasi kehadiran Civitas Akademika baik Rektor, Dekan, Kaprodi dan Dosen di kampus ini. Keadaan selama ini jika ingin mengetahui hadir atau tidak hadir Dosen maupun Civitas Akademika di kampus, mahasiswa harus menelepon atau mengirim pesan singkat (sms) kepada Dosen namun terkadang tidak ada respon dan banyak mahasiswa yang masih merasa rumit harus bertanya kepada bagian BAAK. Dengan kondisi tersebut masih terlihat kurangnya informasi Dosen dan Civitas Akademika. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah Informasi Aktivitas Dosen Fakultas Teknik UNUJA. Metode yang digunakan Metode waterfall terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisa, desain sistem, tahap pengkodean, tahap pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Informasi Aktivitas Dosen Berbasis Android yang dapat mempermudah mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang kehadiran Dosen maupun Civitas Akademika di kampus secara cepat, efisien dan akurat

Abstract

Akreditasi merupakan sistem penjaminan mutu eksternal (SPME) sebagai bagian dari mutu pendidikan tinggi. Borang adalah alat untuk mengumpulkan dan mengungkapkan data dan informasi yang digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan dan mutu institusi Perguruan Tinggi. Dalam penyusunan dokumen borang akreditasi, Perguruan Tinggi mengacu kepada data pendukung yang berkaitan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). Perguruan Tinggi yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Universitas Nurul Jadid Probolinggo (UNUJA). Permasalahan yang didapatkan pada saat proses pengajuan akreditasi adalah sulitnya melakukan inventarisir terhadap data pendukung yang menjadi syarat kelengkapan data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan borang akreditasi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan belum adanya manajemen pengelolaan arsip yang baik terhadap dokumen pendukung akreditasi di lingkungan UNUJA. Akibatnya meskipun data pendukung yang dibutuhkan ada, namun untuk menemukan dan mendapatkan kembali masih membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Solusi yang bisa membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen dokumen elektronik berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan kepada 50 pengguna sistem didapatkan hasil 90% responden pada fungsionalitas sistem dan 74% responden pada kegunaan sistem.
