Abstract

This research designed a monitoring system on dam by using fuzzy tahani method based on Microcontroller. This tool is designed to be used as monitoring on the Katulampa Dam. This tool consists of Raspberry module Pi 3 model B, ultrasonic sensors, resistors and android. The monitoring system on the dam is used to inform the user/citizen when the water in the dam has exceeded the specified height limit and notify the user of the appliance if there is a possibility of flooding, so that residents around the dam can be alert and avoid danger caused by flood . So that with the tool is expected to provide solutions to residents around the dam and residents whose homes are near the dam river flow in case of sudden danger or flood within 24 hours in real time and can minimize casualties due to flooding. By using application module on android that can give notification sms to appliance user and citizen, hence citizen around the dam will be more secure and protected from danger caused by flood and can minimize victim or other loss caused by flood.

Abstract

The problem with the condition of the Solar Power Plant is still not optimal due to position of the solar cells in generator is still static so that absorption of light is still not even though Hybrid technology is now available but cannot be optimized properly and still cannot be optimized implemented especially in small scale and remote areas. Another problem that needs attention is the continued operation of installed Solar Power Plants (SPPs), considering the installation and maintenance of the plant requires high investment costs because the installation of solar panels requires a large amount of land and costs besides requiring qualified technical personnel to handle problems and monitoring plant conditions are needed quickly and accurately. From the description of the problem, the first step is to identify the technology used in the factory, the second is the need to design a new system to be able to solve important problems in the plant and the third is to build a computerized system that uses the Hybrid Method on the plant used. is a combination of Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining Processes so that it can present accurate data so that it can help and analyze plant performance, monitor and control plants remotely quickly by using Web Control.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce an optimal water distribution system for irrigation of rainfed land. The problem with conventional irrigation systems is that the water distribution process cannot be controlled and monitored automatically and in real time. The impact on water distribution becomes ineffective. The implementation of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is used in research as a method to determine the location or node based on the pheromone pattern of the soil dryness level at the sprinkler nodes to be distributed by the water flow, taking into account the criteria level on the soil as a trend of probability values ​​and determining the nodes according to the needs in the flow water. The results obtained from this study indicate that the data displayed is the level of dryness of each node, the volume of water in the reservoir, and the flow of water flowing. The ACO test shows the sequence of nodes that will be passed after the optimization process of water distribution in a rainfed irrigation system using the ACO method gets an error value calculated by the MAPE method of 43% so that it gets an accuracy value of 57%.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan setiap masyarakat sehingga dengan tersedianya air bersih maka kebutuhan standar minimal masyarakat terpenuhi, masyarakat desa ciaruteun Ilir merupakan desa yang jarak tempuh dengan ibu kota Jakarta sangat dekat yakni lebih kurang 40 km namun tingkat perekonomian, Pendidikan yang masih rendah dan suplai air bersih khususnya yang masih sangat sulit, masyarakat memanfaatkan mata air disekitaran sungai untuk diminum namun jaminan kualitas air yang belum ada standar sehingga menyebabkan warga sering mengalami berbagai penyakit. Selain itu dengan ketersediaan air masyarakat juga bisa membangun kolam ikan dan Usaha lain sebagai usaha rumahan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, faktor ketersediaan air ini sangat penting bagi warga guna meningkatkan taraf hidup. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) merupakan solusi yang mampu membantu kebutuhan air bagi masyarakat di wilayah desa ciaruteun ilir, pembangkit ini akan menjadi sumber energi yang berfungsi untuk memompa air yang telah disuling dari sumber mata air yang telah layak konsumsi. Pengabdian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 April sampai 3 Mei  2019, Ada beberapa tahap dalam pelaksanaan program ini yang pertama adalah membangun desain pembangkit yang digunakan sebagai sumber energi pemompa air, yang kedua adalah membangun penampungan air, membangun pembangkit dan instalasi pembangkit dan pompa air, tahap ketiga adalah menyiapkan proses distribusi air ke rumah-rumah warga dengan pipa sebagai media distribusi air. Dari pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini dapat menghasilkan sumber energi baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih bagi masyarakat selain itu juga dapat membantu proses belajar bagi mahasiswa dan media implementasi hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make an electric pulses top-up model with a smart card as an alternative to fill in the digit number from the voucher into the prepaid electricity meter which is currently done manually. Using a smart card in a prepaid electricity meter can reduce the error rate when entering a token number. This application can also detect how much energy is used, store in the database, and can determine the category of pulses use in the kWh meter, as well as help users know the use of electricity that is classified as saving, normal, and wasteful. The system was designed with Vb.net and MySql programs. The results are an electric pulse top-up model based on a smart card for prepaid electricity meter, and an application that stores a history of the use of electrical energy used in determining the electricity usage category.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat model pengisian pulsa listrik dengan smart card (kartu pintar) sebagai alternatif pengisian nomor digit ke dalam meteran listrik prabayar yang saat ini dilakukan secara manual. Pemanfaatan smart card sebagai pengganti nomor token dalam meteran listrik prabayar dapat membantu mengurangi tingkat kesalahan pada saat memasukkan nomor token. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mendeteksi berapa besar energi yang terpakai, menyimpan dalam database, dan dapat menentukan kategori pemakaian pulsa pada kWh listrik, serta membantu pengguna mengetahui pemakaian listrik yang tergolong dalam hemat, normal dan boros. Sistem dirancang dengan program Vb.net dan MySql. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa model pengisian pulsa pada meteran listrik prabayar berbasis kartu pintar dan aplikasi untuk menyimpan riwayat pemakaian energi listrik yang digunakan dalam penentuan kategori pemakaian listrik.

Abstract

The extension assessment process of the tenure’s school principal at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Musi Rawas runs manually, so it takes more than 1 (one) month to get the results. This study aims to model a classification based on Machine Learning technique using the C4.5 Decission Tree algorithm to make it easier for supervisors to provide recommendations whether the principal’s position has Extended or Not Extended status. The research design uses the CRISP-DM concept which is adopted to the needs of the research objectives. The resulting model has 15 rules which are used as the basis for forming a Decision Tree. Model validation measurement was tested using the Confusion Matrix method and it provides an accuracy of 83,3%.
