Abstract

The research objective of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), with fuzzy Mamdani logic simulation on the loading section of distribution transformer substations. Data acquisition is available when saving SAIFI SAIDI data and storing the results of monitoring equipment. The method used is Mamdani fuzzy logic, there are two input variables, namely current and voltage devices. The membership function in Mamdani fuzzy logic has been created based on the input current and voltage variables. Currently: parameter {0, 600} low is created {0, 350, 450, 600}, normal {400-650} parameter is created {400, 500, 550, 650}, parameter high {≥600} is created {600, 650, 750, 1000}, when determining the voltage: low {≤10.5} parameters {0 4 7 10.5}, normal {9-14} parameters {9, 10, 13, 14} and high {≥13} - parameters {13, 14, 15, 16}. Based on the results of the Mamdani logic rule test on the output current containing a transformer and a voltage sensor, the results obtained are IF (normal current; (630) AND voltage (high); (13.2) (high load transformer). The components in the simulation tool include miniature substations made with the 1A travel substation model, 3A substation as the main substation, the relay as distribution substation as the monitoring application. Telestatus and Telecontrol use a microcontroller. Initial scenario. After substation is resumed, data is stored after downtime, service life, duration, and data period. Abstract

The result of applying the embedded system in education for students is successfully applied in university. On the other side, many people in Indonesia use smart equipment’s (Hand phone, Remote), but none of those equipments are used in education. University as the source of knowledge should overcome the problem by encouraging the students to use a technology with learning about it first. Embedded System Practicum Module Design needs a prototype method so that the practicum module that is desired can be made. This method is often used in real life. A prototype considered of a part of a product that expresses logic and physical of external interface that is being displayed and this method will fully depend on user contentment. Embedded System Practicum Module Design is made to increase student comprehension of embedded system course and to encourage students to innovate, so that many technologies will be developed and also to help lecturers deliver course subjects. With this practicum it is hoped that the student comprehension will increase significantly. The result of this research is a decent practicum module, hardware or software that can help students to know better about technology and the course subjects so that it will encourage the students to create an embedded system technology. The result of the test has been done; there is an increase of learning value obtained by 7.8%.

Abstract

Safety is an important thing in driving. Security in driving is aimed at the way of driving the vehicle or the security on the vehicle itself. Vehicle assets, especially cars, that are quite expensive or luxurious assets Therefore, safety protections for such vehicles are necessary. Taxi is a valuable asset for the company. To maintain the asset, a good security system is needed. With a good security system, the asset will be protected and the investments invested will not be reduced. By using the prototype method, a tool will be made in accordance to the wishes of the user. The Encludean distance method is used to calculate the distance of the incident and the nearest police station. By using the progress of technology, the progress can be utilized to help the security of taxi owned by a company or personal (online). The purpose of this study is to create a tool that can secure the taxi and its driver of crimes that might occur. IoT (internet of things) can help to secure a taxi since it is able to locate the incident’s location precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Pada Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN (STT-PLN) penentuan dosen penguji tugas akhir atau skripsimerupakan tugas dari sekretaris jurusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternativeuntuk menentukan dosen penguji skripsi. Metode yang di terapkan untuk membangun system iniadalah text mining, TF-IDF dan Vector Space Model (VSM). Text mining untuk melakukanprocessing data, dimana data yang akan diproses adalah judul dan abstrak skripsi, sedangkanVSM untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian kompetensi, penelitian ini dapat merekomendasikantiga dosen untuk menjadi dosen penguji skripsi berdasarkan kecocokan antara judul danabstrak dengan klasifikasi Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Model pengembanganperangkat lunak CRISP-DM. Adapun fase yang dimiliki oleh CRISP-DM adalah fasepemahaman bisnis, fase pemahanman data, fase pengolahan data, fase permodelan, faseevaluasi dan fase penyebaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki akurasi 93,22%.

Abstract

In this research, Cengkareng substation serves the burden which in every year is increasing. So in this study a system of estimating the load power at the substation was made as a result of forecasting for the following year using the Time Series Decomposition model method which was then analyzed from the existing transformer capacity. The Time Series Decomposition model method is a method of combining Trend, Seasonal and Cycle to predict the electrical load power of a substation. In this study, the development of the system uses the CRISP-DM method so that the work becomes more ordered and the testing is done with MAD, MSE and MAPE to verify the error value in the forecasting results. From this study, it produces an error value of MAD and MAPE of 9.11%. These results, prove that the Time Series Decomposition model method can be used to assist in estimating the Power Load in Cengkareng Substation.

Abstract

Electricity is a necessity that can be said has become the basic needs of society today. By exploiting technological developments, it is expected to facilitate PLN electricity customers in reporting electrical disturbances easily so that officers can provide response handling disorders quickly. One of the most commonly utilized technologies is Internet technology that can easily access website applications. Technical Service Post, PLN Area Cengkareng and Kalideres not utilize it well, for that need an application that can do the calculation of the optimal distance from report point to nearest duty using Greedy Algorithm. In the optimization problem, the Greedy Algorithm can produce an optimal solution. With the process, customers can easily find the nearest PLN officers, monitor the status of the report so that expected information can be immediately responded to disruption and handling

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve a parking system's security using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to open parking barriers. To open the parking barriers, you must use an RFID card that has been registered to the system. There is no license plate checking on the parking system so that the RFID card can take other vehicles from the parking lot. Therefore, the RFID card needs to be linked with the license plate data using pattern recognition with an Artificial Neural Network. In this parking system, the backpropagation algorithm will be applied to identify the characters from the license plate's image captured with the camera. Information on parked vehicles can be seen through a web- based application that the administrator can only access. Also, this application can view the history of previously parked vehicles. Based on the calculation of accuracy using the confusion matrix, the backpropagation algorithm to identify the characters in this parking system has an accuracy value of 85.7%.

Abstract

Many credit card issuing companies experience problems related to bill payments by their customers or also known as bad credit payments that are not according to the agreement so that they are detrimental to the company itself. In this case, there is still a pile of unclassified credit cardholder customer data and problem-solving patterns are found. The C4.5 algorithm is used to predict whether a customer is a credit default payment or not. This study uses a data set that has determining criteria, namely the amount of credit, status, age, and payment status for 1-3 months. From the results of research using 4199 customer data results in an evaluation that the C4.5 algorithm is applied accurately to predict whether or not customer credit card payments are bad with an accuracy level of 70.93%.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi semakin memainkan peran yang penting dalam dunia digital saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dan mengefisienkan kerja kita, semakin mudah kita mengakses informasi yang kita butuhkan, semakin mudah kita mempublikasih semua kegiatan unit kita di Internet agar semua mayarakat bisa mengetahuinya.Sarana dan Prasarana umum yang ada dilingkungan kelurahan kita begitu banyak, banyak juga sarana dan prasarana umum itu yang tidak terawat. Sesuai dengan PERGUB no 169 tahun 2015 tentang penanganan sarana dan prasana umum, maka di bentuklah Petugas Pemelihara Sarana dan Prasarana Umum (PPSU).Tugas dari PPSU ini adalah mememlihara sarana dan prasarana umum yang ada di tingkat kelurahan dan berfungsi dan terpelihara dengan baik.Banyak kegiatan yang sudah di lakukan oleh PPSU ini, tapi banyak juga warga sekitar kelurahan yang tidak mengetahui adanya PPSU ini, maka untuk mempublikasikan dan memonitoring kegiatan PPSU ini dibuatlah aplikasi berbasis Website yang bisa digunakan untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan PPSU, warga juga bisa melaporkan bila ada sarana dan prasarana yang belum terawat
