Abstract

Abstract- The economic activities of the people on the coast are identical to fishers. Most economic activities are fishing for a lot of fish and processed products (post-harvest marine products). Natural conditions are a factor in the high risk of anglers at sea and are always in economic uncertainty, impacting fishers' income level. This study aims to determine the fishermen community's socio-economic characteristics in Swarangan village, the average income, and to compare the average income per capita with the poverty line. The research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method with as many as 62 fishermen samples. The results showed that 1) fishermen's characteristics are still of productive age, have an average junior high school education, and have a side job. 2). The average income from fishing (as fishermen) is mostly below the poverty line. 3) the average total pay of a small proportion of families is below the poverty line. In general, the socio-economic conditions of fishers in Swarangan village are still above the poverty line. Keywords: fishermen, income, poverty line

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the human development index, per capita income, and economic growth on poverty in the Hulu Sungai Selatan regency from 2005-to 2019.            This research is included in quantitative research, and the method used is multiple linear regression using time series secondary data processed with the help of the SPSS-26.0 program.            The results of this study (1) The variables of Human Development Index, Per capita Income, and Economic Growth have a simultaneous effect on poverty in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. (1) The most dominant factor is the Per capita Income variable. To accelerate the decline in the poverty rate, it is necessary to increase economic activity in all sectors, especially potential sectors such as agriculture, mining, trade, and government, and improve the quality of knowledge and skills so that the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product generated can support people's income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how economic growth, human development index (HDI), and unemployment on poverty levels in South Kalimantan in 2010-2019.          The method used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression with the help of software Eviews 9. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data in panel data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of South Kalimantan. Therefore, the most appropriate model in this study is the random effect model.          The study results by testing the partial regression coefficient (t-test) with α = 5% showed the HDI and unemployment variables significantly influence poverty levels. Furthermore, simultaneous results (F test) with α = 5% indicate that together with economic growth, HDI and unemployment variables significantly affect poverty levels.            The most influential variable in this study is the HDI. For poverty to fall faster, the HDI needs more attention in making policies. As for the education factor, the 12-year compulsory education program is free of charge. Health, by improving facilities and infrastructure in each Posyandu and Puskesmas. Expenditure by maintaining purchasing power (inflation) and increasing public income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor on rice production, (2) The most dominant factor influences rice production, (3) the state of return to scale rice production in Sungai Batang Village.The population of this study was rice farmers in Sungai Batang Village. The samples taken in this study were 84 rice farmers. Data collection techniques are by conducting literature studies, observations, distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique is by classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results showed that the land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor together (simultan) had a positive and significant effect on rice production.This is evidenced by f-statistics> f-table (56,7> 2.21). Land area, seeds, fertilizers and labor have a positive and significant effect, while pesticides do not have a significant effect. Return to scale on rice production shows constant return to scale because the number of coefficients of each variable is equal to 1%.

Abstract

Mursidah (2019). Factors that affect employment in the province of South Kalimantan. Supervisor : Dra. Eny Fahrati, MP.This study was conducted to (1) Find out  the simultaneous of economic growth, provincial minimum wages, and population growth on employmentin South Kalimantan Province.The study was conducted in the south Kalimantan Province. Data is processed by testing multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.Based on the analysis, the results of the study prove simultaneously that there is a negativeinfluence of population growth and a positive relationship between economic growth and provincial minimum wages on employment in the province of South Kalimantan. Partially that the provincial minimum wage in the previous year had a very significant influence on employment in the South Kalimantan Province.Keywords:Employment, populationgrowth,employment and economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) know the level of restaurant tax growth rate of the City of Banjarmasin (2) find out how much the contribution of restaurant tax to the original income of Banjarmasin City (3) in order to find out how far the restaurant tax effectiveness Banjarmasin City.The data taken by this study uses secondary data and primary data with annual time series data from 2013 to 2018. The data source is obtained from the Banjarmasin City Financial Board. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods.The results of this study is that the rate of tax growth in restaurants in Banjarmasin City has an average of 14.17% which is categorized as less successful. For the calculation of restaurant tax contributions the city of Banjarmasin has an average of 14.04% which means it is still not contributing while from the restaurant tax effectiveness the city of Banjarmasin has an average of 109.13% which can be categorized very effectively.Keywords: Restaurant Tax, Local Revenue.

Abstract

This research was done to know the influence of land area, seed costs, fertilizier costs, and labour costs simultaneously to income of rice farmer in Berangas Village Alalak District Barito Kuala Regency and to know which variabel is the most dominant influence to the income’s of rice farmers in Berangas Village Alalak District Barito Kuala Regency with fifty-three sampel. This research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistic program application SPSS 23.            The results of the regression analysis n this study can be seen that variabel land area, seed costs, fertilizier costs, and labour costs have a simultan effect on farmer income, while partially only land area and seed costs, which significantly influence the income of lawland rice farmer in Berangas Village Alalak District Barito Kuala Regency and fertilizier costs and labour costs that have no significant effect, and the most dominant variabel affects the income of farmers, namely the variabel cost of seeds based on the value of count which amounted to 4,400 tables of 2,021 and greater than the other independent.Keyword : Farmer Income, Land Area, Seed Costs, Fertilizier Costs, and Labour Costs

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine: (1) The Effect of economic growth on poverty in Banjarmasin City, (2) The number of population in poverty in Banjarmasin City, (3) the Effect of inflation on poverty in Banjarmasin City.This type of research is quantitative research with the method used that is using multiple linear regression methods. The variables used are poverty, economic growth, population, and inflation. While the data used to analyze this research uses time-series data by using secondary data that are data sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors, such as data from the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) Banjarmasin City.The results showed the variables of economic growth, population, and inflation together affected poverty, and economic growth factors dominantly influenced poverty in the city of Banjarmasin in 2007-2018.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing thetax  potential and ability of the apparatus in managing PBB-P2 after the transfer from Central Tax to Local Tax in Banjar Regency, and the efforts made by the management to increase the acceptance of PBB-P2. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysys techniques. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data, secondary data is data on the target and realization of PBB-P2 and Local Tax. While the primary data is data on efforts to increase PBB-P2 revenues. The results of this study showed that the potential of PBB-P2 in Banjar Regency after the transfer in 2014 amounted to IDR6.111.956.879 while the target set by Regional Revenue Office was IDR3.700.000.000 or only 61% of the potential PBB-P2. Analysis results of the apparatus ability shows the contribution indicators in 9,23%, which means that the level of PBB-P2 contribution to Local Taxes is still low. Indicators of effectiveness is 116.43%, which means PBB-P2 is very effective. Then the elasticity indicator shows 2.5 which means that it is elastic or the PBB-P2 growth is sensitive to GRDP growth. It can be concluded that the apparatus is quite capable in managing PBB-P2. Efforts made by the management to increase the acceptance of PBB-P2 include providing counseling either through mass media or directly, and also through services with mobile and door-to-door programs.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the difference in clothing merchant income in the old market of Banjarmasin City before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.This study uses T Sample Paired test data analysis technology, processed with SPSS 16. It uses primary data from interviews that are obtained directly from several samples by providing questionnaires to clothing traders in the old market. There are 36 clothing merchants. This research is quantitative descriptive research.The results of this study showed that before being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a difference in the income of clothing merchants.
