Kajian Pemetaan sosial yang secara umum adalah usaha untuk menggambarkan kondisi sosial ekonomi budaya masyarakat , salah satu kawasan yang menjadi lokasi kajian adalah Kelurahan Yosowilangon Kecamatan Manyar. Kelurahan Yosowilangun cukup strategis karena terletak di wilayah perkotaan dan dekat dengan pemukiman penduduk sehingga akses cukup mudah. Letak geografis berbatasan bagian Utara dengan Desa Sukomulyo, sebelah Timur dengan Desa Roomo, sebelah Selatan dengan Desa Randu Agung dan sebelah Barat dengan Desa Suci. Luas Desa Yosowilangun adalah 101 Ha. Sehingga tujuan kegitan pengabdian pada tahun ini adalah mengidentifikasi bentuk kegiatan program pemberdayaan masyarakat berdasar potensi dan permasalahan Pembangunan Desa, serta Implementasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat desa di Desa Yosowilangun di Kab. Gresik.

This study analyzes the effect of financial experience and income level on family financial behavior. This research took place in Yosowingaun village in Manyar Gresik sub-district, which was inhabited by 9490 residents with economic activities including trading, farming, or being employees. The number of unemployed continue to rise, people can not afford to make business that is caused by bumped capital, skills, and limited market access. In fact, positive benefits for migrant workers who work abroad are also many to get jobs, income, improve welfare and develop skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by making the migrant workers and former migrant workers as key informant as well as to extract the data through 3 kinds of way, interview, observation and documentation. From this research, there are many factors that influence the people of Gresik Regency to become migrant workers such as, at least the employment around them, the low level of education, the economic factor of the family, and the environment, whether from the internal family and the environment. Another thing that gained from this research is still many people who become TKI with illegal status.

Financial behavior is the study of how psychological phenomena affect financial behavior. This financial behavior can be influenced by several factors including financial attitude, financial knowledge, and income. However, there are other factors that can influence financial behavior such as parental education. This research aims to find out the influence of Financial Attitudes, Financial Knowledge, Parental Education, and, Parental Income on Financial Behavior in Management Students of the Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 159 respondents. The data obtained is analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that financial attitudes have a positive effect on financial behavior, financial knowledge has a positive effect on attitude-behavior, parental education has a positive effect on behavior and parental income positively affects financial behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of capital, labor, and counseling on farmers' income in the village of Punduttrate Benjeng Gresik. The research gap in this study is that farmers in the village of Punduttrate manage their own land with important capital and labor but extension services are less attractive to farmers because they rely on the experience they have. The number of samples used in this study were 81 respondents. The analytical technique to test the hypothesis is using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that capital has a significant effect on income, labor has a significant effect on income, and counseling has no significant effect on income.

This study aims to test working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector. By using 30 samples of the company's annual financial statements to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. This test is done by using multiple linear regression. The regression results show that partially working capital turnover has a significant and significant effect on profitability with a level of 7.1%. While the cash turnover and inventory turnover variables have no effect on profitability. This research can be used by companies in determining performance and making managerial decisions based on financial statements. This study has limitations only on financial statements for companies.

The teaching and learning process is the core of education. Everything that has been programmed will be carried out in the teaching and learning process where interaction and involvement is needed between educators and students with materials as the medium. Teaching activities at the strata 1 level involve educators called lecturers and students called students. In general, teaching activities are carried out offline, which involves direct interaction between lecturers and students. At the beginning of 2021, rumors began to appear that there was a global disaster of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, which initially Indonesia considered that the Corona virus was impossible to enter Indonesia. However, the development of the virus is so fast. Indonesia finally announced in early March 2021 as a country experiencing the impact of the global disaster due to the COVID -19 pandemic. This study wants to find out how effective it is to use blended learning by using google classroom and zoom to improve the understanding of FEB students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. This research is a quantitative research using causal clause relationship, using SPSS version 23.0 analysis tool. The results obtained from this study are that the Google Classroom and Zoom applications partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student understanding.

The rapid development of this rapid technology can have a negative impact such as unlimited human needs, causing people to be unable to manage personal finances properly and trigger financial conditions to become less stable. This phenomenon can lead to consumptive financial behavior in the community, especially students, meaning that the community lacks awareness of financial behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to determine whether locus of control, financial knowledge and parental income can influence the financial management behavior of new students of the management study program, University Muhammadiyah Gresik. The use of purposive sampling technique in sampling obtained 152 correspondents who were then analyzed use multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS 16 program. The result is Locus of control has a significant positive effect, Financial Knowledge has a significant positive effect, and Parental Income has an insignificant negative effect on management behavior finance for New Students Management Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik in 2021.

Background - The people in Pelang Village, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency, the majority of their livelihoods come from the agricultural sector. In 2017-2020 many farmers are converting rice land into sugar cane plantations. The impact of land shifting results in reduced planting and harvested areas for food crops or reduced amounts of rice production and changes in income. Objective - This study aims to determine the income before land conversion, the impact on income after land conversion, the causes of land conversion, and the impacts. Design/Methodology/Approach - This type of research is a qualitative research. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with structured interviews and unstructured interviews (free). The data used in this study is primary data. Findings - The results of this study indicate that the impact on the income obtained by farmers before transferring land is experiencing stability, while the impact after transferring rice land to sugar cane has increased. The cause of rice farmers who transfer their land to sugar cane farmers because they can get increased profits. Research implications - This research can be used as material for consideration when changing the function of land owned by farmers. Research limitations - This study has limitations regarding the yield generated during harvest. Researchers only get income information every time it is harvested, the income has not been reduced by drugs in the treatment of the land owned.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on debt policy at PT XYZ which is engaged in logstiks and heavy equipment rental. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is all the financial statements of PT XYZ in 2016-2020, while the samples used in this study are the income statement and balance sheet statements in 2016-2020. The technique of data collection is done with the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) and profitability (Return on Assets) have no significant effect on debt policy simultaneously affect debt policy. If assets have increased, it will affect the use of debt to finance company assets.
